Abstract

Penelitian ini menyajikan quasi eksperimen dengan desain pretest dan postest. Tahap penelitian meliputi penyusunan skenario pembelajaran untuk mengetahui kondisi awal anak sebelum diberikan perlakuan, terlebih dahulu diadakan assesmen berupa tes perbuatan dilakukan secara acak dan diobservasi, pelaksanaan pembelajaran kecakapan hidup dengan bantuan media yang sudah dipersiapkan melalui berbagai permainan yang telah dirancang oleh peneliti dan guru. Subjek penelitiannya siswa kelompok B dengan teknik sampel menggunakan total sampling yaitu semua populasi dijadikan sampel yang berjumlah 26 anak. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan dua instrument pengumpul data utama yaitu observasi dan dokumentasi. Data sebelum diujikan ke responden perlu dilakukan uji coba intrumen fungsinya untuk mengetahui validitas dan reliabilitas instrument. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis data statistik dengan melakukan uji beda. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kreativitas antara sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan dan observasi dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Tujuan pembahasan ini adalah untuk menemukan keunggulan dan kelemahan manajemen mutu pembelajaran yaitu: (1) Perencanaan pembelajaran, (2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan (3) Evaluasi pembelajaran. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah mixmethod sequential explanatory. Penelitian dilakukan secara secara berurutan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Sitiung, Kabupaten Dharmasraya. Subjek penelitian meliputi; Kepala Sekolah, 4 orang Wakil Kepala Sekolah dan 49 orang guru. Teknik pengumpulan data kuantitatif menggunakan angket kemudian dianalisis menggunakan persentase Manajemen Mutu Pembelajatran (MMP). Teknik pengumpulan data kualitatif dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi kemudian dianalisis dengan data collection (triangulasi data), reduksi data, data display (penyajian data), dan conclusion (penarikan kesimpulan). Hasil penelitian, deskripsi keunggulan dan kelemahan manajemen mutu pembelajaran. Keunggulan komponen perencanaan; pada sub komponen persiapan penyusunan perangkat pendukung pembelajaran, penyusunan silabus, persiapan bahan ajar dengan mengadakan workshop KTSP. Lemah pada sub komponen; penyusunan RPP, sumber belajar, menyiapkan alat evaluasi, menyiapkan format penilaian. Keunggulan komponen pelaksanaan; pada sub komponen pembelajaran aktif dan efektif, ada literasi dalam proses, pembelajaran nyaman, aman, dan bersih. Lemah pada sub komponen; belum menggunakan strategi/metode pembelajaran, belum mengaitkan materi ajar dengan kontek siswa, belum optimal memanfaatkan sarana/prasarana. Keunggulan komponen evaluasi; telah maksimal melakukan evaluasi proses pembelajaran. Lemah pada sub komponen pemahaman tentang pentingnya penilaian (sikap, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan), kurangnya pelaksanaan remedial dan pengayaan karena kurangnya waktu, kurangnya pemahaman tentang tujuan melaksanakan evaluasi hasil belajar. Direkomendasikan untuk penelitian selanjutnya tentang strategi peningkatan manajemen mutu pembelajaran.

Abstract

The article discusses implementing a point of sale (POS) system in a coffee shop business through a case study method and SWOT analysis. The study shows that the performance of a POS system can significantly improve the efficiency and financial management of the company. The POS system can help inventory management, predict customer demand, and avoid excess or shortage of merchandise stock. It can also speed up the customer payment process, improve customer experience, and generate accurate sales reports. The article concludes that implementing a POS system can be an effective solution for coffee shop businesses to optimize their operations and increase profitability, despite facing challenges and obstacles such as high implementation costs and staff training. Therefore, coffee shop businesses should consider implementing a POS system and ensure that it can be integrated with the existing systems of the business.

Abstract

Low level of critical thinking among the dozens of students working on question-based cognitive critical thinking tests in History subjects. The purpose of this research was to demonstrate efforts to improve learners' critical thinking skills in history learning through a problem-based learning model in class X of Public Senior High School 1 Rengel, Tuban Regency. The results showed that the problem-based learning (PBL) learning model in class X of Public Senior High School 1 Rengel, Tuban Regency could increase learners’ critical thinking skills from the results of the tests given according to the minimum completeness criteria. The conclusion of this research is that the problem-based learning (PBL) learning model is effective in increasing the critical thinking skills of class X learners of Public Senior High School 1 Rengel, Tuban Regency in History subject.

Abstract

Not all employees will immediately succeed in pursuing a career as an entrepreneur. There are several shocks that can discourage you from switching careers as an entrepreneur. Therefore, this study aims to describe career shocks (consisting of: career choice, career development, and career adaptation) experienced by millennial entrepreneurs when they switch careers from employees to entrepreneurs. This study uses qualitative methods with observation, interviews, and documentation, as data collection techniques. Data reduction was carried out to get the meaning of the informants' answers. This meaning will be aligned to obtain an explanation of the research questions. For this reason, this study used 5 (five) informants who are millennial entrepreneurs, choosing to switch careers from employees to entrepreneurs and domiciled in Tangerang City. The results of the study show that facing career shocks as an entrepreneur requires capital and mentality when choosing a career, skills and performance strategies that can be obtained from experience while being an employee to develop a career, and self-management by making standard adjustments to adapt.

Abstract

The main problem in this study is that there are some training faculty who actually abuse the school rules, for example, arrive later than expected, leave early and there are also teaching staff who seek work elsewhere for their own benefit, it can be said that almost every day there are teaching staff who appear after the expected time, in completing the work requested by the leadership in accordance with their obligations and their abilities are still not ideal at work. the principal of SMKN 1 Batusangkar plays seven parts in further developing the work discipline of the training staff, in particular: the school principal educator provides opportunities and applies strictly to instructive staff. As well as giving directions to instructive staff who abuse standards. As a manager the principal manages his subordinates with the aim that they can work together so as to create more work discipline. As an administrator the principal has a pleasurable connection with different administrative organization practices such as record keeping, ordering and detailing, as a supervisor especially leads supervision and control to further develop work discipline throughout the family. As a pioneer, the principal coordinates, motivates, empowers, and coordinates all meetings related to achieving school goals, and has the choice to acknowledge the analysis and ideas of his subordinates. As innovators, principals direct, develop, empower, and coordinate all meetings related to achieving school goals, and have the option to acknowledge analysis and ideas from their subordinates. And as a motivator complete various exercises that can give energy to work, and include instructive staff in every movement. The research used is field research which is a subjective description. The information gathering procedure used is through perceptions, meetings, moreover, documentation. The validity of the data used is triangulation. The insightful procedure used by Miles and Huberman.

Abstract

Discipline character development is not just applying rules that force children to comply with applicable regulations, but teaching children about moral behavior, respecting time and other people. The purpose of this study was to find out the role of parents in developing the character of discipline in children. The research method uses descriptive qualitative. Data collection uses a questionnaire, data analysis uses percentages. The results of the study concluded that the role of parents in instilling the character of discipline with 5 indicators including: honesty, discipline, responsibility, politeness, mutual cooperation and self-confidence is categorized as good. This means that the role of parents in shaping the character of discipline has been carried out properly

Abstract

This study analyze consumer satisfaction with product quality at the 'Bebeke Om Aris' restaurant in Bogor. The analytical method used is Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Cartesian diagrams. Respondents used were 96 respondents with the convenience sampling method. The results showed that the highest consumer satisfaction was found in the display attribute of food presentation with a conformity level of 98.99%. The lowest consumer satisfaction is found in the texture attribute of the duck that is not tough with a suitability level of 80.67%. Quadrant A shows important attributes but not as expected by consumers which is the delicious aroma of food.

Abstract

Indonesian language learning is a very important and mandatory learning for students throughout Indonesia. Learning Indonesian also leads to writing sentences and words that are in accordance with the rules or EYD. This research was conducted to determine whether the quantum learning method affects the learning process Indonesian especially in grade 3 at UPT SD Negeri 49 Gresik 2023. This study used PTK research. In class action research (PTK) this refers to the theory proposed by Stephen Kemmis and Robin MCTaggart, which uses the spira system. In this PTK model there are 4 stages of the cycle. To obtain results in each cycle, steps will be carried out such as planning, action / observation, reflection. So that research results are obtained in accordance with the desired success indicators. Pre-cycle results (before action is given) obtained an average result of Indonesian learning of 62.7 percentage of 63% of the "Enough" category, in cycle I carried out using the Quantum Learning method obtained the "Enough" category but with a slightly higher average of 75.3 with a percentage of 75%, in cycle II obtained the "Good" category with an average of 87.7 percentage of 88%, then the last observational study was carried out, namely cycle III with the category "Very Good" with an average of 95.3 percentage of 95%.

Abstract

The purpose of this review is to determine the teacher's role in the planning, implementation, evaluation process of entrepreneurial character formation in limited face-to-face learning in the subjects of Creative Products and Entrepreneurship class XI SMKN 2 Boyolangu. The literature is the role of the teacher, character education, entrepreneurial character, limited face-to-face learning. This research is qualitative with a case study method approach. The research was conducted by examining the current condition of the implementation of learning at SMK Negeri 2 Boyolangu. This research includes the pre-field stage, field work stage, and data analysis stage. Data analysis used data analysis according to J. P. Spradley. The research subjects in this study were teachers of Class XI Creative Products and Entrepreneurship (PKK) at SMKN 2 Boyolangu. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and documentation methods. Based on the results of the study that the teacher's role in planning is as a planner of learning activities. The teacher's role in implementation is: as an educator (educating students), as a manager (class manager) - teaching according to KD, as an actor (implementing learning). The teacher's role in evaluating the formation of entrepreneurial character is as a supervisor and motivator, as an integrator - evaluating learning through PKG and strengthening character
