<![CDATA[The focus of the research is to find solutions based on lesson learning bulletins shared by the company in the form of case studies at PT. ABC clumsy occurs in wireline valve equipment. This study aims to improve by determining the key factors in the design of wireline valve brackets that consumers expect and can reduce work accident factors. The method used in this study is the Application of Quality Function Deployment (QFD) to design and develop QFD products in determining customer needs and technical tequirement for making House of Quality (HoQ) matrices, after that continued making part deployment matrices To help research determine priorities and ensure the characteristics of product components are connected to customer needs. The results of the study produced a prototype with a simple bracket design concept, dimensions of 240x50x423 mm, the weight of the wireline valve bracket prototype is 6 kg, installation time <60 seconds, and the wireline valve bracket has received a rust-resistant coating, namely Mn. Phospating, has also passed the 1040 kg load test and magnetic particle inspection test , for the color according to PT. ABC and wireline valve brackets can be installed on all three sides of the frame. Wireline valve brackets that have been designed are a solution to problems because they have advantages in terms of safety, design and compliance with specifications.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which the behavioral variables of teacher training and development in Indonesia, both partially and simultaneously affect the quality of excellent school services throughout Indonesia through competency improvement variables as intervening variables. The population of this study is teachers throughout Indonesia which amounts to 1,485,602 people and the sampling method in this study is to use the accidental sampling method, where the number of samples that exist after being calculated using the slovin formula is 400 teachers throughout Indonesia. The data analysis used is to use quantitative descriptive methods using structural equation model (SEM) analysis. The results of the study explained that partially the variables of training and development of school teachers in Indonesia affect the variables of the quality of excellent service in schools in Indonesia and these two variables affect the variables of increasing teacher competence in Indonesia, Simultaneously, the variables of training and development of school teachers in Indonesia affect the variables of excellent service quality of schools in Indonesia through the variable of increasing teacher competence as an intervening variable, where with the increase in teacher training and professional development, it is hoped that teachers will be able to hone and sharpen their abilities and skills, especially their competence in improving the ability to teach and learning process consistently and continuously, so that later students will increase their abilities and knowledge to be useful for the community.]]>

<![CDATA[This study is about the acceptance of new students (PPDB) at SMPN Tanah Datar by using a zoning system. As for the goals of this study is to find out how it is implemented, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in PPDB by using the zoning system at SMPN Tanah Datar Regency. This study uses qualitative methods with phenomenological types. The research instrument is the researcher himself and is added with notebooks, recording devices, and other documents as supporters. Sources of data were obtained from principals, teachers, parent and student at 7 SMPN Tanah Datar Regency. data collection using observation techniques, interviews and documentation. to check the validity of the data using the triangulation method and then analyzed using the Miles and Hubermen model consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that in the implementation of the zoning system policy in the acceptance of new students (PPDB) at SMPN Tanah Datar for 3 years, there were several problems encountered in the field such as zone mapping by the local government which was not yet accurate, the quota set was not in accordance with the needs. schools, regulations that are not yet firm so that there are still schools that violate the zoning provisions in the PPDB, there is still a lack of socialization to the community and the motivation and learning achievement of students / wi has decreased. The conclusion in this study is that the government as a stakeholder in education needs to evaluate especially in education policies in order to assess and measure whether the zoning system in PPDB has been implemented properly or not, what needs to be improved and addressed and can provide inputs. input so that the zoning system policy in this PPDB will be even better next time.]]>

<![CDATA[In the world of tourism is growing rapidly, this is what makes hotels in Jakarta make changes to attract consumers who will travel between companies. The problem that will be discussed in this thesis is how consumer satisfaction at Café Sirih Jakarta and how the influence of cleanliness and safety on consumer satisfaction at Millennium Sirih Hotel Jakarta. And the research methodology used is simple linear regression. The purpose of the results of this study is to determine the effect of hygiene and safety quality variables on consumer satisfaction, a T test was carried out.The conclusion of this study is cleanliness and safety and consumer satisfaction at Café Sirih at the millennium betel hotel Jakarta there remains the lowest dimension that needs to be improved and considered by the owner of the millennium betel hotel Jakarta and the advice from this study is on cleanliness and safety in a betel café must need to be improved again and needs to be arranged.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to increase the activity and learning achievement of Accounting class students at SMK Kharisma Nusantara Purwakarta by using the Team Games Tournament (TGT) collaborative learning model in the 2022/2023 school year. This research is a class action conducted in two periods. Data collection techniques include participant observation, tests, documentation, and field notes. The data analysis used is quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that applying collaborative learning Teams Games Tournament (TGT) can increase student learning activities and achievements in accounting. The average numeracy score increased from 80% in Cycle I to 81% in Cycle II. In addition, the average accounting learning outcomes in the pretest Cycle I increased from 80% to 85% in the posttest. In period II, the learning outcomes of accounting in the pretest had an average of 80 which increased to 85 in the posttest. The mastery level of accounting learning outcomes in the period I was 70%, while in period II, the mastery level of accounting learning outcomes reached 83% in the fall.]]>

<![CDATA[The aspect of developing the personality of students is the school environment. Personality development is not only in the learning stages, but can provide students with knowledge and expertise in society and social life. The school cooperative is an aid that can build students, which is distributed by the school for the student section. In arousing the entrepreneurial spirit of students, that school must form a cooperative in a school institution. This type of research is to direct and inform the function of school cooperatives in increasing the entrepreneurial spirit of SMA/MA level students at MAN 2 Model Medan. Where this research is a descriptive qualitative research, using a fact-based unification tool in the form of interviews and observations, and taking from various sources such as reference books, journals, and the internet. In the analysis carried out in fact, the researcher uses reduction facts, display facts, and couclusion drawing (fact verification). Based on the results of this study, the function of school cooperatives in increasing the spirit of entrepreneurship in students is growing and developing so that students are enthusiastic about entrepreneurship.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the factors that cause debtor customers to engage in bad credit at the Employee Savings and Loans Cooperative of MAN 2 Model Medan. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, namely reference sources are taken from primary and secondary data, through interviews, documentation, and from several reference sources. The results of the study show that the factors that cause debtor customers to do bad credit are; honorary teachers who do not have a fixed salary and are in a poor financial condition, then the character of the debtor's customers is also the cause of the debtor's bad credit.]]>

<![CDATA[As a component of economic growth, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are in a strategic position to accelerate structural change and improve people's livelihoods, especially in the Kabanjahe region of the Karo region. This study uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. To accomplish this, the researchers went directly to the scene and interviewed one of his staff members working at his UKM in Kabanjahe district of Karorigency. In its role, SMEs can increase their own employment and become a source of sustainable business development and smooth income growth. This motivated researchers to explore approaches that would lead to success in the Kabanjahe area of the Karo region. The purpose of this study was to investigate the extent to which the strengthening of SMEs affects the economic development of municipalities.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this study is to find out some relevant theories and research relating to managing the EYL students in learning Vocabulary using short Islamic stories. The method used is Systematic Literature Review. The result of the study shows that the use of Islamic short stories offers a comprehensive method of moral and spiritual instruction. These narratives efficiently communicate moral ideals, ethical concepts, and spiritual lessons in an approachable and interesting way by leveraging the power of storytelling. These tales, which are inspired by Islamic history and heritage, encourage cultural sensitivity and a strong sense of Islamic identity. Islamic short stories are a wonderful tool for building good character characteristics and spiritual development because of their capacity to impact hearts and minds. Islamic short stories convey moral quandaries and show the effects of various decisions, making them a valuable resource for moral instruction. Characters that encounter difficulties and make judgments based on Islamic principles like honesty, compassion, and justice are frequently featured in these stories.]]>

<![CDATA[Vocabulary plays a crucial role in communication and is considered one of the important aspects of the English language. Insufficient vocabulary knowledge can impede the process of learning English. Technology can serve as a valuable option for learning English vocabulary, as it provides various resources such as language learning apps that can enhance vocabulary and language skills. Quizlet is one such application that assists students in learning vocabulary concepts interactively and enjoyably. Student perceptions in learning activities are important things to know. This study aims to find out how students perceive the use of the Quizlet application in learning vocabulary whether they have negative or positive perceptions. This study uses qualitative methods in data collection. Ten students from grade seven became participants in this study. Researchers used two instruments, namely questionnaires and interviews. After distributing the questionnaires to students, the researcher also conducted interviews with five students to obtain more detailed information. The results showed that students had a positive perception of using Quizlet.]]>
