Abstract

Penelitian ini bermaksud menyajikan gambaran keadaan ekonomi Indonesia, menilainya secara subyektif, dan menyarankan koperasi syariah kerakyatan Indonesia. Koperasi syariah adalah koperasi yang dijalankan sesuai dengan hukum syariah. Keberadaannya, meski masih muda, semakin membaik. Koperasi Jasa Keuangan Syariah atau disebut juga Koperasi Syariah bergerak dalam bidang peminjaman uang kepada usaha kecil dan menengah dalam bentuk simpanan. Masih ada situasi yang membuat Indonesia bergantung pada negara lain dan dibebani utang di luar negeri. Menerapkan paradigma ekonomi kerakyatan versi Indonesia melalui pembentukan koperasi sangat penting untuk kemandirian. Peraturan Menteri Koperasi dan UKM No. 91/Kep/M.KUKM/IX/2004 tentang Pedoman Pelaksanaan Kegiatan Usaha Koperasi Jasa Keuangan Syariah (KJKS) menjadi landasan hukum. Melalui pembiayaan barang yang mereka berikan, koperasi syariah telah meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat secara signifikan. Penerapan manajemen yang baik pada lembaga keuangan alternatif masyarakat.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia (KPRI) Guru-Guru SD Kec. Lubuk Pakam dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggotanya. KPRI merupakan koperasi yang beranggotakan Pegawai Negeri Sipil yang bekerja di sebuah departemen/kantor/instasi pemerintah. KPRI merupakan organisasi ekonomi yang berasaskan kekeluargaan dengan mengutamakan rasa persaudaraan, solidaritas dan persatuan diantara para anggotanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif di mana teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara terhadap informan yang merupakan salah satu anggota di koperasi tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peranan Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia (KPRI) Guru-Guru SD Kec. Lubuk Pakam untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan sesama anggotanya dengan melakukan kerjasama dan membantu masalah bersama.Kata Kunci: Koperasi, Peranan KPRI, Kesejahteraan

Abstract

Cooperative development is very important because it contributes to the development of community financial potential. This study aims to determine the role of UB.Amanah savings and loans in developing the economic activities of members and the community. This research is a descriptive-analytic research. Data collection techniques used include interviews and observations, as well as literature review from various journal sources related to the topic. Based on the results of the research analysis, the UB.Amanah cooperative can play an important role in developing the financial welfare of members and the community by providing financial and capital support without certain criteria.

Abstract

The aspect of developing the personality of students is the school environment. Personality development is not only in the learning stages, but can provide students with knowledge and expertise in society and social life. The school cooperative is an aid that can build students, which is distributed by the school for the student section. In arousing the entrepreneurial spirit of students, that school must form a cooperative in a school institution. This type of research is to direct and inform the function of school cooperatives in increasing the entrepreneurial spirit of SMA/MA level students at MAN 2 Model Medan. Where this research is a descriptive qualitative research, using a fact-based unification tool in the form of interviews and observations, and taking from various sources such as reference books, journals, and the internet. In the analysis carried out in fact, the researcher uses reduction facts, display facts, and couclusion drawing (fact verification). Based on the results of this study, the function of school cooperatives in increasing the spirit of entrepreneurship in students is growing and developing so that students are enthusiastic about entrepreneurship.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (KSP) dalam mendukung pengembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia. Studi ini mencakup evaluasi faktor-faktor penunjang dan penghambat yang memengaruhi efektivitas KSP dalam mendukung pertumbuhan UMKM, serta mengidentifikasi perbedaan dengan penelitian terdahulu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif-analitis. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan pengelola KSP, anggota UMKM, dan pemangku kepentingan terkait. Data tersebut kemudian dianalisis secara tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola-pola dan temuan utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran KSP dalam mendukung pengembangan UMKM sangat signifikan, terutama dalam hal pemberian akses modal, pelatihan manajerial, dan dukungan ekonomi lokal. Namun, terdapat beberapa faktor penghambat seperti keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dan regulasi yang kompleks yang dapat mengurangi efektivitas KSP. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya peran KSP dalam mendukung pertumbuhan UMKM dan menyarankan adanya upaya untuk memperkuat kapasitas internal KSP, menyederhanakan regulasi, dan meningkatkan kerjasama antara koperasi, pemerintah, dan sektor swasta untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih kondusif bagi pengembangan UMKM di Indonesia. Abstract

The problem in this research is the lack of understanding regarding student learning motivation and the use of media in student learning which affects learning outcomes. Low motivation and the use of inappropriate methods can hinder students’ achievement of learning outcomes. This research aims to analyze and describe the extent of social studies learning motivation and the use of wordwalls on the learning outcomes of Class IX MTS Hifzhil Qur’an Medan students. This analysis uses a quasi-experimental quantitative method. The results of this research obtained a tcount of learning motivation of 2.409 with a ttable value of 2.000. The order is based on accepting Ha and rejecting Ho if tcount > ttable. So if the total learning motivation is 2,409 > 2,000 it means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The results of the research obtained were that the t-count of learning outcomes for the group given the treatment and the group that was not given treatment was 7.337 with a t table value of 2.000. The order is based on accepting Ha and rejecting Ho if tcount > ttable. Then, the learning outcomes of the class given treatment and the class not given treatment used wordwall media with a total f count greater than f table, namely 4.349 > 3.16 and the significance value was 0.042 < 0.05, so Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected, meaning there was a significant influence between Use of Technology-Based Learning Media on Student Learning Outcomes in Class IX MTS Hifzhil Qur’an Medan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the credit granting system and procedures at KSP Nasari KC. Medan. The research method employed includes interviews with KSP managers, documentary studies, field observations, literature reviews, and distribution of questionnaires to customers or potential customers. The results of the research indicate that KSP Nasari KC. Medan has a credit granting system and procedures that have implemented various assessment aspects, such as character, capacity, capital, collateral, and economic conditions. This research also identifies strengths and potential areas for improvement in the system and procedures. Based on the analysis, it is concluded that KSP Nasari KC. Medan has a fairly good credit granting procedure, although there are several areas that can be improved to enhance effectiveness and efficiency in granting credit to its customers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which self-regulation influences students' interest in learning social studies at SMP Muhammadiyah 21 Serbelawan. Learning effectiveness is not entirely stable if the internal factors of students are also unstable, which is influenced by a lack of interest within themselves. The main factor in achieving goals is the internal drive formed from self-regulation. According to Zimmerman, self-regulation is a spirit towards self-efficacy, self-satisfaction, and interest in what one does. Self-regulation involves an effort within oneself to achieve a goal with a good outcome, so self-regulation is closely related to one's interest in learning. The higher the interest in learning, the better the learning outcomes, which arise from good self-regulation. This study uses a quantitative approach with an ex post facto method. The test results show that the probability of significance in the t-test (partial) is 0.001, which is less than 0.05. Therefore, (alternative hypothesis) is accepted and (null hypothesis) is rejected. Thus, is accepted for each variable in this study, indicating a significant influence between self-regulation and learning interest among students at SMP Muhammadiyah 21 Serbelawan.
