ABSTRACT: This study aims to determine the effect of the message content of Korean dramas and the influence of the characteristics of the role of Park Saeroyi who works hard in opening a business and doing business in the Korean drama series "Itaewon Class" on motivational behavior to become entrepreneurship. The researcher uses the uses and effect theory with variables adjusted to the "Itaewon Class" show, which is classified into indicators of Intensity, Message Content, and Attractiveness. The analysis technique used in this study is an explanatory analysis technique with classical assumptions and simple regression analysis, which is a form of research based on data collected during systematic research from the object under study by combining the relationships between the variables involved using a questionnaire as the main instrument for collecting data. , with a total of 66 respondents. The results of this study indicate that respondents get positive results or effects from the media, namely "Itaewon Class" in all indicators with the dominant indicator being Message Content and Attractiveness, and unexpected effects occur in the Intensity indicator. The results are generally stated that respondents get the influence of the Korean drama "Itaewon Class" and have the motivation to become entrepreneurship. Abstract: The purpose of this study is to find models or patterns from bank and fintech groups for the progress of MSMEs (micro, small and medium enterprises) in assisting with funding and supervision related to finance. The research method is a qualitative research where the approach is carried out through a literature study, namely research that examines critically knowledge, ideas or findings and provides theoretical and methodological contributions to the object of study. The data used are secondary data in the form of interviews. The results of this study show that the map or model of each bank and fintech has formed policies that support each other, both banks and fintech. Banks must support MSMEs with appropriate and effective PKB (Bank Credit Distribution) policies for MSME actors or entrepreneurs and KB (Bank Policy) which must be flexible, friendly and controlled to MSME actors or entrepreneurs so that they do not experience total losses or go bankrupt. While Fintech has similarities in determining policies by informants, namely KF (Fintech Policies) and TF (Fintech challenges) where these 2 policies will trigger the success of MSME actors or entrepreneurs in carrying out entrepreneurial activities with fintech support. This research was conducted to see the preferences of studen-workers in the Greater Tangerang area in determining 3 marketplaces (marketplaces), namely: Lazada, Shopee and Tokopedia, which they considered better. The literature review in this study was sourced from Svobodová and Rajchlová (2020) regarding the identification of online buying behavior which consists of 13 components, namely: reviews and complaints, certification and security, advertising and communication, product prices, websites, organizational factors, product descriptions, payment methods, store chains, transportation, and discounts. This is a descriptive survey study that uses 55 student-workers as respondents in answering the questionnaire submitted by the researcher. Simple percentages were used for data analysis. The research findings show that Tokopedia has the highest average respondent's answer assessment. So it can be assumed that Tokopedia is superior in fulfilling the 13 components to identify online buying behavior. In addition, it was also revealed that the components of reviews and complaints as well as transportation are priorities for consumers in making online purchases.

Pancasila as the state ideology and upholding the ideals of the state. As time goes by, the value of Pancasila can be a weapon against today's challenges. The application of Pancasila values is an obligation for Indonesian citizens as a guide for their life. This study aims to explore and study information about the application of Pancasila values as a weapon against various challenges according to the times. The research method uses a qualitative or descriptive approach. The technique of collecting data and information is done through literature study. So the development of the times, the value of Pancasila must be more and more inherent in everyday life so that it can become a habit and not just fade away. To fight against various challenges, Pancasila acts as a weapon in honor of the heroes who have fought for the Indonesian state. The next generation of young people who will defend Pancasila. Pancasila as the embodiment of life in accordance with the times. A form of belief in the struggle of heroes.

This study aims to determine the constraints and problems in the marketing of micro business products in Probolinggo Regency so that it can be used in policy making by the local government for efforts to increase the marketing of the micro business. The object of this research is micro business actors in Probolinggo Regency. The analysis used is micro business data analysis, policy analysis, analysis of marketing potential and problems and analysis of micro business marketing strategy directions. Based on the analysis and identification of conditions in the field, the results of the marketing strategy for micro-enterprises in Probolinggo Regency are located in quadrant I, meaning that in this quadrant they face enormous market opportunities and internal strengths. The strategy set is Room A with Rapid Growth Strategy, which is a fast-flow growth strategy to show maximum development for certain targets and in a short time. The following is an action plan for marketing micro-enterprises in Probolinggo Regency.

The teaching campus provides opportunities for students to hone their leadership and character and have a learning experience. The campus teaching program is expected to increase the effectiveness of the learning process in the emergency conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic. Through the campus teaching program, students have activities that are responsible for assisting learning activities, assisting technology adaptation, and assisting administration at the school where they are assigned. This study aimed to find out how the implementation of campus teaching at Muhammadiyah 1 Padas Elementary School. The research method uses descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The data collected was then processed using qualitative data processing techniques from Miles & Huberman. The study results indicate that the implementation of the campus teaching program batch 1 in 2021 at Muhammadiyah 1 Padas Elementary School includes; First, teaching, which consists of face-to-face learning, home visits, and online learning. Second, technology adaptation by assisting teachers in making teaching media and teaching materials by the curriculum. Third, the administration is also carried out with students assisting teachers in preparing learning tools as administrative completeness. The implementation of the teaching campus can provide experience and empower students and have a positive impact on students in the COVID-19 situation.

Abstract: This study was conducted with the aim of knowing how much influence service quality has on Gojek’s consumer satisfaction during the Covid-19 pandemic in Bandung City. The research method use is a quantitative method with a descriptive and associative approach. In this study, to collect data using questionnaires distributed to Gojek consumers in Bandung, which were processed using SPSS V28.0. The data analysis technique used is normality test, simple linear regression analysis test, and T test. In the result of the pearson product moment correlation coefficient, it was obtained that it was worth 0.724, which means the level of relationship between service quality variable ad customer satisfaction variable can be stated to be positively correlated. And the result of hypothesis testing using the T test with a significant value is t count of 4.844 and t tabel of 2.036 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The advice that the author gives is that Gojek’s must always prioritize service quality to customer satisfaction so that consumer always give trust and more value to Gojek Drivers. In theory, communication affects a person's morale, as well as the environment in which a person works will affect his performance. Researchers want to prove this theory at the Vocational School of the Rokita Sari Bangun Purba Foundation Vocational School. The sample is all teachers in the SMK and multiple linear regression analysis is used to determine the effect of the independent and dependent variables. It was found that communication had a positive and significant effect on morale (sig value 0.000 <0.05), the work environment had a positive and significant effect on morale (sig value 0.001 <0.05), and simultaneously communication and work environment had a positive and significant effect on teacher morale. Peningkatan pelayanan merupakan aspek terpenting dalam proses bisnis salah satunya adalah dibidang penjualan makanan dan minuman. Oriental café merupakan salah satu resto yang bergerak dibidang food and beverage. Penjualan tahun 2020 mengalami penurunan sebesar 13% karena menurunya minat pelanggan terhadap pemberian paket produk yang mempengaruhi pelayanan pelanggan. Pemberian sistem paket dapat dilakukan dengan memperlajari kebiasaan pelanggan dalam membeli makanan dan minuman. Salah satu alternatif yang digunakan adalah dengan Data Mining yaitu market basket analysis, market basket analysis dapat menciptakan pola produk yang sering dibeli oleh pelanggan sehingga dapat menjadi aturan pembuatan sistem paket produk. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengujian data menggunakan associaton rule dengan algortima apriori. Algoritma apriori memiliki keunggulan karena lebih sederhana dalam pengolahan data dan bisa menangani data yang cukup besar. Dari hasil pembahasan dan analisis data yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan penerapan algoritma apriori dalam menentukan kombinasi antar itemset dengan minimum support 30% dan minimum confidence 70% ditemukan 1 aturan asosiasi, dimana yang memiliki nilai support dan confidence tertinggi adalah jika pelanggan melakukan pemesanan menu Mineral, Fish dan Rice secara bersamaan dengan nilai support 30% dan nilai confidence 100%. Dengan demikian, jika terdapat pelanggan membeli mineral maka kemungkinan pelanggan tersebut membeli fish, rice adalah 100%.

The skin is one of the essential and vital organs or parts of the human body and is a mirror of health and life. However, sometimes people still know about facial skin problems and visit a dermatologist. Examinations are usually carried out conventionally by doctors to analyze facial skin problems. However, doctors need time to diagnose facial skin problems, which can cause long queues. Since the COVID-19 outbreak, all activities have been restricted. Positive cases of COVID -19 which continue to increase every day in Indonesia make direct interaction between doctors and patients very dangerous. In this study, a classification of types of facial skin problems will be carried out using digital image processing technology. Image analysis using the Histogram of Oriented Gradient (HOG) method, feature extraction is obtained by calculating the gradient of the image to be grouped and block normalization will be carried out. The HOG parameters used are pixels per cell = (8, 8), orientation = 9, cells per block = (3, 3), and block norm = L2-Hys. Then the classification process uses the Support Vector Machine method to identify facial skin problems, namely black spots, acne and wrinkles. Classification of facial skin problems using the SVM method gets an accuracy value of 98% with a processing time of 8.79 seconds.
