Abstract

The rapid growth of digital technology has transformed social media into a strategic platform for consumer interaction and digital advertising. Organizations are increasingly required to utilize data-driven approaches to improve marketing effectiveness. This study aims to analyze the role of social media analytics in enhancing consumer engagement and optimizing digital advertising campaign performance in the Indonesian context. A qualitative research design using a systematic literature review was employed. Data were collected from reputable academic databases, including Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar, and ScienceDirect. The selected studies were analyzed using content analysis and thematic synthesis to identify key patterns and relationships among variables. The findings indicate that social media analytics significantly improves consumer engagement through content optimization, sentiment analysis, personalization, and influencer evaluation. In addition, analytics enhances advertising effectiveness by enabling precise targeting, real-time performance monitoring, and cross-channel attribution. These mechanisms contribute to higher click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on advertising spend. The study confirms that social media analytics supports evidence-based marketing decisions and strengthens competitive advantage in the digital marketplace. The results provide both theoretical and practical implications for organizations seeking to improve their digital marketing strategies through data-driven approaches.

Abstract

The increasing complexity and volatility of the global extractive industry have made employee performance a critical determinant of organizational sustainability, particularly in technology-intensive mining companies. This study investigates the mechanical influence of training effectiveness and work motivation on employee performance, positioning job satisfaction as a pivotal mediating factor. Utilizing a quantitative approach with Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), data were garnered from 354 validated respondents across mining and smelting sites via structured questionnaires. Empirical findings demonstrate that both training effectiveness and work motivation exert a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Notably, job satisfaction was identified as the most dominant predictor and a partial mediator that substantively amplifies the impact of managerial interventions on operational outputs. The inner model evaluation confirms a robust predictive power of 72.4%, asserting that production efficiency in the extractive sector depends not merely on technological sophistication but is fundamentally determined by the emotional validation and psychological well-being of the workforce. This study provides strategic implications for organizational leaders to integrate satisfaction metrics into competency development programs to ensure long-term performance resilience.

Abstract

In the wake of widespread adoption of hybrid work arrangements, organizations face challenges in retaining talent. This study investigates the influence of employee experience on workforce retention within a hybrid work environment while examining the moderating effect of digital leadership. Using a quantitative approach and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), data were collected from employees working under hybrid arrangements. The findings reveal that employee experience has a positive and statistically significant effect on workforce retention. Digital leadership also demonstrates a direct positive influence on retention outcomes. The interaction analysis confirms that digital leadership strengthens the relationship between employee experience and workforce retention, indicating an amplifying effect. These results suggest that retention in hybrid settings is not solely driven by flexible work policies or technological infrastructure, but by the capacity of leaders to orchestrate digital collaboration, maintain trust, and provide strategic clarity. The study contributes to contemporary human resource management literature by highlighting the integrative role of digital leadership in transforming work experience into sustained employee commitment. Practical implications emphasize the need for organizations to align hybrid work design with leadership capability development.

Abstract

In the context of increasingly competitive business environments, maintaining employee well-being has become a critical concern for organizational success. This study examines the structural relationships among work-life balance, work stress, and employee engagement in MSMEs. Employing a quantitative approach, we analyzed data from 250 respondents using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with bootstrapping for robust parameter estimation. The findings reveal that work-life balance exerts a positive yet relatively weak influence on work stress. The direct effect of work-life balance on employee engagement is negative and statistically limited, indicating that balance alone does not automatically foster stronger involvement at work. In contrast, work stress demonstrates a positive association with employee engagement, suggesting that certain levels of stress may function as constructive challenges that stimulate dedication and focus. Mediation analysis confirms that work stress serves as an intervening mechanism linking work-life balance to employee engagement. Although the model explains a modest proportion of variance, its predictive relevance remains statistically meaningful. These results highlight the nuanced psychological dynamics shaping engagement in resource-constrained organizational environments.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of Professional Management as a variable in mediating Strategic Planning, Readiness for Change, and Family Involvement towards Business Performance in a family property business. The analytical method used to answer this research problem is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), where the data processing uses the Analysis of Moment Structures (AMOS 22) program. The number of samples in this study was 250 respondents from Senior Staff up to Top Management Level. The results of this study found that there were two hypotheses that had an unsupported influence: the Readiness for Change variable on Professional Management and the Readiness for Change variable on Business Performance through Professional Management. The remaining hypotheses indicated that Strategic Planning, Readiness for Change, and Family Involvement supported Business Performance. The Strategic Planning and Family Involvement hypothesis supported Professional Management. This study contributes both theoretically and practically by demonstrating that Professional Management plays a critical role in transforming organizational antecedents into business performance. The findings highlight a behavioral–structural gap in family firms, where readiness for change does not automatically translate into formal governance mechanisms, providing important implications for the professionalization and sustainability of family businesses.   Keywords: Strategic Planning, Readiness for Change, Family Involvement, Professional Management, Business Performance.

Abstract

Low employee performance in labor-intensive industrial sectors is often driven by weak leadership, an unconducive work environment, and poor discipline, factors that ultimately impact organizational productivity. This study examines the influence of transformational leadership and work environment on employee performance, with work discipline serving as a mediating variable, within the maintenance and workshop industry in Indonesia. Data were collected from 57 employees using quantitative research methods and analyzed using path analysis. The findings show that both the work environment and transformational leadership have a major impact on work discipline and have direct consequences on performance. Additionally, work discipline has a significant effect on performance and modulates the indirect effects of environment and leadership on performance. The proposed model explains 51.6% of the variance in employee performance and 40.1% of the variance in work discipline. These results demonstrate the vital role that supportive work environments, motivating leadership, and participatory discipline systems play in improving performance in strategically significant labor-intensive industries.

Abstract

Operational performance is a critical factor in logistics management, directly affecting service quality, customer satisfaction, and overall company efficiency. Delays in unloading processes and the readiness of the truck fleet are common challenges that can hinder smooth operations. This study aims to examine how unloading delays and truck fleet readiness influence operational performance. A quantitative research method was employed, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 30 operational staff members. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 26, including validity and reliability tests and multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that both unloading delays and truck fleet readiness have a significant impact on operational performance, both individually and collectively. The coefficient of determination shows that approximately 55.3% of operational performance variation is explained by these factors, while the remaining portion is influenced by other variables outside the scope of this study. These findings highlight the importance of optimizing unloading efficiency and ensuring fleet readiness to enhance overall operational performance.

Abstract

Public sector organizations face significant challenges in enhancing performance during digital transformation. This study examines the effect of innovation capability and learning agility, comprising eight dimensions, including two novel dimensions: digital flexibility and cross-functional collaboration, in driving organizational performance at the Ministry of Religious Affairs. The research involved 307 civil servants across 14 regions of the Religious Education and Training Center, employing a quantitative approach with PLS-SEM analysis. Results demonstrate that innovation capability significantly influences both learning agility and organizational performance. Learning agility exhibits strong positive effects on organizational performance and serves as a significant partial mediator in the relationship between innovation capability and performance. The research model explains substantial variance in both learning agility and organizational performance, demonstrating substantive contribution. The novel learning agility dimensions, digital flexibility, and cross-functional collaboration, prove significantly contributory to the model, reflecting relevance to digital transformation and public sector challenges in Indonesia. This study provides the first empirical evidence of learning agility’s mediating role in Indonesia’s government training sector and recommends strategic human resource policies, including strengthening learning agility training programs, digital infrastructure investment, fostering cross-functional collaborative culture, implementing robust knowledge management systems, and organizational structure alignment to promote sustainable organizational learning.
