Abstract

The purpose of this study were (1) to determine the influence of social environment on purchasing decisions of iPhone, (2) to determine the effect confidence brand on purchase decisions of iPhone users,(3) to determine the effect of brand image to purchasing decisions of iPhone (4) to determine the influence of social environment, brand trust and brand image altogether on purchasing decisions of iPhone. The respondents in this research were 100 respondents, taken from the iPhone smartphone users in the city of Bogor and the campus STIE Kesatuan. The data were then processed using SPSS, 2016. From the analysis conducted, following results were obtained; (1) The social environment has a positive influence on purchase decisions resulted in a coefficient of 0.056 and a significance value of 0.247. (2) Trust brand has a positive influence on purchase decisions resulted in a coefficient of 0.257 and a significance value of 0.004. (3) The influence of brand image has a positive influence on purchase decisions resulted in a coefficient of 0.251 and a significance value of 0.002. (4) Social Environment, Brand Trust and Brand altogether have positive influence and significance on purchasing decisions of iPhone smartphones with significant value 0,000. Detreminasinya coefficient value of 0.369 indicates that 36.9% Social Environment variables, Brand Trust and Brand Purchase Decisions influencing variables, whereas for 63.1% explained by other variables not examined in this study

Abstract

Sudirman (2013:93) opined that banks are obliged to provide minimum capital as of 8 (eight) percent. This can be measured using Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). CAR is a ratio calculated from the amount of Bank’s capital compared to ATMR. CAR is an indicator of Bank ability to cover its depreciated assets. This is a result from loss, due to risque assets (Dendawijaya, 2005). Fund distribution to the society in the form of loans is a Bank main actitivy other than collecting the fund from third party. The increase in revenues will result in the increasing of capital, such is with an assumption that the earned revenues are reinvested into capitals. In accordance to this, then Net Interest Margin (NIM)is being used to acquire the Bank management ability in managing its productive assets in order to produce net profit. Liquidity ratios are used to measure a Bank ability in fulfilling its short term when due (Kasmir, 2009). The larger the ratios, the more liquid the assets. The relationships of capital and liquidty is firm enough, the Bank does not need to obtain other source of capital to fulfill its short term obligations.

Abstract

This research is purposed to obtain and analyze the description of assurance, empathy and reliability implemented by the employees of KPR Bank BJB Bogor and how they partially and simultaneously affecting the customers satisfaction. This study is based on the assosiative analysis technique, where the populations are the customers of KPR Bank BJB Bogor office. The Slovin technique is used to obtain 10% sample size error of 99.33 or 100 people. To further analyze the data, descriptive and multiple linear analyses are applied.The survey result revealed that the assurance, empathy and reliability have all been implemented by the service person. Assurance, empathy, and reliability are proved to have influence on the customers’ satisfaction and are also have significant effect both partially and simultaneously on customers’ satisfaction.

Abstract

Go public companies need capital from investors to run the company’s operating activities. The companies can sell its proprietary rights in the form of shares. Currently, shares has been viewed as an interesting instrument of investment by investors to produce quick return (realized return can be seen from historical of closing price) and represented one of the factors that motivated investor for investment. Besides from return, investor also have to calculate risks he would face, which then can be measured by observing the response sensitivitygains of a profits movement toward movement of market gains or called the beta.The purpose of this research is to attaine a beta daily shares movements, the movement of daily shares return, a beta connection daily toward shares return daily and a beta influence daily towards shares return daily. The object of thisresearch are the for LQ45 shares from February – July 2015. Methods of analysis that used in this research are correlation Rank-spearmansn to determine the connection between an independent variable with the dependent variable whether an independent variable and dependent variable associated positive or negative.Simple linear regression method is also used to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable whether positive or negative effect and to predict the value of the dependent variable when the independent variables increase or decrease with a 5% of significant level. The results concluded that the daily shares beta are significant and positive toward shares return to strength daily but the level n the medium category. This is because most of the factors that affect the return is not incorporated into the research model

Abstract

Stock price movement is a reflection of a company value caused by many factors, both of internal and external. The higher stock price means higher the company value and it will better attract the investors. Variables used in this research consist of three independent variables, they are Basic Earning Power with Basic Earning Power as the indicator, Capital Sturcture with Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) as the indicator, and Dividend Policy with Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) as the indicator, and one dependent variable that is Stock Price. Research period is during year 2005 until 2014. Data that used in this research is quantitative data with secondary source which analysed by trend method, regression, significance F and t test, and coefficient of determination. Trend analysis is used to determine the trend of the movement of all variables during the period of year 2005 until 2014. Regression analysis is used to determine direction and influenceof the independent variables to the dependent variable. Sigificance test is used to determine whether influence of the independent variable to the dependent is significantly to α 5% (0.05). The Correlation analysis and determination is used to know level of the correlation and strength of the independent variables to the dependent variable.The trend analysis method showed that during the research period basic earning power, capital structure, and dividend policy is increase and decrease. Classic assumption test showed that all of data that used in the research was completed the requirement. The result of the research showed that partially, capital structure variable had a real influence to the company stock price. As we could see that F test point for capital structure is 4,690 andsignificance point is 0,000. Then the rest of the variables, there are basic earning power and dividend policy didn’t have real influence to the stock price. Then the result of the research showed that simultaneously, all of the variables that used in the research had a real influence to the stock price. As we could see that F test point is 21,466 and significance point is 0,000

Abstract

Corporate value is very important for a company to achieve its main objectives. Companies always want to increase their values to look expensive sothat investors are willing to invest funds in them. Increased corporate value is influenced by many factors both from fundamental factors and technical factors.Fundamental factors come from within a company such as growth opportunity, profitability, capital structure, ownership structure, and firm size. While technicalfactors come from outside the company such as volume and frequency of stock trading in the stock market. The higher the resulting factor the higher the value of the company produced.Based on the results of research and discussion it can be seen that in the results of Bootstrap Test Coefficient of Company Value Construct Line, Growth Opportunity variables measured using IOE, INVOS, PER, MBTA, and MBTE show that MBTA and MBTE have a positive and real effect on Growth Opportunity. Profitability variables measured by using ROA and ROE indicate that Profitability is influenced significantly by ROA and ROE Variable GrowthOpportunity have a positive and significant impact on company value. All exogenous variables (Capital Structure, Ownership Structure, Company Size,Trade Volume, Frequency of Trade) have no effect on Corporate Value. Corporate Value Variability can be explained by the Capital Structure, Size Ownership Structure, Trading Volume and Trading Frequency of 99.2% and the rest of 0.8% explained by other variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this research isto find out how the influence of customers expectation, customers value, and customers satisfaction on customers loyalty.Thevariables of expectations, value, satisfaction and loyalty of the customers will then be associated and calculated to obtain robustness of the influence. The results of the study showed that value obtained table standardized coefficients beta x1 (expectations of y (loyalty consumers) of 0,038 .X2 (a value of y (loyaltyconsumers) of 0,188 .X3 (satisfaction of y (loyalty consumers) of 0,028. The evaluation resulted from the calculation is that customers loyalty can beinfluenced by expectations, value and satisfaction of customers. The findings conclude that it is important for the marketing department to focus on developingand increasing the quality of their products and/or services to maintain a sustainable customers’ loyalty.

Abstract

The purposes of this research was to analyze investment policy, the growth in sales, and operational cost efficiency to profitability of PT. Gudang Garam Tbkand PT. Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Tbk. The type and source of data that used by the author are secondary data derived from the company's official website and the Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id). To obtain partial and simultaneous variables’ influence, analytical method was being applied. Thepartially regression analysis results for the case of PT Gudang Garam Tbk. indicates that investment policy and operational cost efficiency were not significantly affecting the company's profitability (ROA), and the growth in sales was significantly affecting the company's profitability (ROA). While simultaneously regression analyses (on investment policy and growth in sales) were not significantly affecting the company's profitability (ROA). In the case of PT. Ultrajaya Mil Industry & Trading Company, Tbk. the contradicting results were obtained, where the investment policy and operational cost efficiency were significantly affecting the company's profitability (ROA), and growth in sales was not significantly affecting the company's profitability (ROA). Simultaneously, investment policy and growth in sale), growth in sales and operational cost efficiency, were not significantly affecting the company's profitability (ROA)

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis tingkat pengaruh antara variabel kebijakan dividen dan kemampulabaan terhadap pertumbuhan serta nilai perusahaan. Untuk keperluan pengukuran tersebut, digunakan data keuangan dari lima perusahaan perkebunan di Indonesia yang telah go public, yaitu : PT Tunas Baru Lampung, Tbk., PT. Astra Agro Lestari, Tbk., PT. Bakrie Sumatera Plantations, TBK., PT. SMART, Tbk., dan PT. PP London Sumatera Plantations Tahun 2004 – 2014. Target penelitian ini diharapkan mampu mengidentifikasi dan menghasilkan keluaran dalam bentuk model nilai perusahaan perkebunan dengan mempertimbangkan kebijakan deviden, pertumbuhan perusahaan, dan profitabilitas perusahaan. Yang kedua adalah mementukan faktor dominan yang menentukan nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan perkebunan. Metode analisis yang digunakan untuk menganalisis kebijakan dividen dan kemampulabaan terhadap nilai perusahaan menggunakan metode analisis statistik yang umum digunakan yakni, analisis koefisien korelasi (r), analisis koefisien determinasi (r2) dan analisis koefisien regresi (β). Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi secara parsial dan simultan.

Abstract

The objectives of this research is to analyze the model of relationship between customer’s level of satisfaction and their loyalty to “roti unyil” and to construct the strategic implication to improve this satisfaction and loyalty.The research was conducted in June 2017. The data were collected from 100 respondents and were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis and two-top boxes to measure customer satisfaction index. The results showed that contribution of customer’s satisfaction on customer’s loyalty was 0.49 and the most significant dimensions for customer’s satisfaction were human resources (0.40), promotion (0.15), and place (0.08). Most attributes had high customer satisfaction index, with parking access (56%) and viral marketing (59%) were the lowest ones
