Abstract

Marketing in modern times is no longer focused on how the product sells, but there are many factors and strategies that companies must have. The development of the detergent industry in Indonesia is growing very rapidly. Evidenced by the number of circulating various brands. Detergent is one of the industrial products that is very important in everyday life, especially for household and industrial purposes. Detergents can be in the form of liquid, paste, or powder containing constituents of the active ingredients on the surface and constituents of additives. The purposes of this study are (1) to determine and analyze the effect of brand image on consumer buying interest, (2) to determine and analyze the effect of product quality on consumer buying interest, (3) to determine and analyze the effect of price perception on consumer buying interest ( 4) To find out and analyze the effect of Brand Image, Product Quality and Price Perception together on Consumer Buying Interest. The number of respondents in this study found 100 respondents who were taken from housewives in the city of Bogor. The research data was processed using SPSS. The results of this study are as follows: (1) Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Buying Interest in Attack detergent products with a regression coefficient value of 0.340 and a significant value of 0.028. (2) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on Buying Interest in Attack detergent products with a regression coefficient value of 0.272 and a significant value of 0.029. (3) Price Perception has a positive and significant effect on Buying Interest on Attack detergent products with a regression coefficient value of 0.325 and a significant value of 0.012. (4) Brand Image, Product Quality and Price Perception together have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Interest in Attack detergent products with a calculated F value of 28.912 and greater than the F table of 2.70 and has a significance value of 0.000. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of NPF, ROA and BOPO on Fund Distribution. This research was conducted using the method of collecting and processing financial report data for the 2005-2020 period of Bank Syariah Mandiri based on a predetermined sample using a saturated sample. This study used a data test tool, namely the classical assumption test and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are as follows: Partially the Non-Performing Financing Ratio has a significant effect on the distribution of funds, the significance value is -2.971 <0.012. Return on Assets has a significant effect on the distribution of funds with a significance value of -2.361 <0.036. Operational Expenses Operational income has no significant effect on the distribution of funds, the significance value is 1.050> 0.314. Simultaneously, the effect of NPF<ROA, and BOPO has a significant effect on Fund Distribution with a significance value of 0.012<0.05. The value of Adjusted R2 is 0.479, which means that the three independent variables affect the dependent variable by 0.479 (47.9%) and the rest is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Pandemic Covid-19 impact on health and economic aspects. These two aspects are trade-offs with each other, so handling the health aspect also pays attention to aspects of economic growth, so that Indonesia's economic performance during the Covid-19 pandemic is well preserved. The objectives of this study were to analyze: (1) the effect of the Covid-19 pandemic and relaxation factors on public consumption, government spending, investment, and net exports; (2) the effect of public consumption, government spending, investment and net exports on Indonesia's economic growth; and (3) the factors that drive economic growth during the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. The analytical method used is ordinary least square, with multiple regression. The data used are secondary data, quarterly 2018-2020 quarter. The findings of this study indicate that the Covid-19 pandemic has a negative and significant effect on public consumption, investment, exports, and imports. The relaxation factor has a positive effect on public consumption, government spending, and net exports, but has not succeeded in creating positive investment growth. Government policies seek to strengthen people's purchasing power and strengthen the production sector. This has an impact on increasing public consumption and is a dominant factor in influencing economic growth during a pandemic. The Covid-19 pandemic affected a contraction of economic growth by 2,07% and also decreased per capita income from 4.192,7 US $ (2019) to 3.911,7 US $. The handling of Covid-19 managed to overcome the worse potential (-4,58%) and kept the per capita income from falling to 3.774,4 US $. Abstract

The rapid development of technology has made business competition in the e-commerce sector even tighter. Consumer purchasing decision making is influenced by several factors such as Trust Online. Tokopedia is an Indonesian company that is engaged in e-commerce. The problems of this research are worry, uncertainty and fear of the risks received when faced withshopping online. For this reason, in this study, the researcher wanted to know what factors influence generation Y. Researchers narrowed down three variables, E-Wom, Security, E-Trust This study used a quantitative research type and selected 150 people (male & female, 18-28 years old, and using e-commerce Tokopedia) as research subjects. Researchers used the SPSS application to test the results of the study. The results showed that the most influencing factor in influencing purchasing decisions when doingshopping online application-basedwas Electronic Trust, followed by Electronic Word Of Mouth, and the last which had the least effect was Security. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of exchange rates, Interest Rates Sertificates of Bank Indonesia and inflation on the Composite Stock Price Index in the Indonesian stock exchange. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The samples obtained were 60 samples. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that the exchange rate has a negative and significant effect on the Composite Stock Price Index. Interest Rates Certificates of Bank Indonesia and Inflation has a negative and unsignificant effect on the Composite Stock Price Index. Collectively exchange rate, Interest Rates, Certificate of Bank Indonesia and inflation have a positive and significant effect on the Composite Stock Price Index. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Nilai Tukar, Suku Bunga SBI dan Inflasi terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling. Sampel diperoleh sejumlah 60 sampel. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa Nilai Tukar berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan, Suku Bunga SBI dan Inflasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan. Secara bersama Nilai Tukar, Suku Bunga SBI dan Inflasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan. Kata Kunci : Nilai Tukar, Suku Bunga SBI, Inflasi dan IHSG.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study to test the stock return by implemented Debt to Equity Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Return On Asset, Total Asset Turn Over of automotive and component industries listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) 2015-2019 period. The entire population was 15 companies. Purposive sampling method was the technique used in sampling retrieval. From the method of determining the sample by purposive sampling, the were 11 companies that met the sampling criteria. The data analysis techniques used SPSS 20 analysis tools. The result showed that simultaneously DER, NPM, ROA, and, TATO had significant impact to stock return. In partial, DER had negative impact and did not significant impact to stock return. NPM variables affect significant negative to stock return. ROA and TATO had significant positive impact to stock return. ABSTRAK Maksud penelitian ini untuk menguji return saham dengan mengimplementasikan Debt to Equity Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Return On Asset, Total Asset Turn Over pada perusahaan sektor industri otomotif dan komponen yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode 2015-2019. Keseluruhan populasi yang ada yaitu berjumlah 15 perusahaan. Metode purposive sampling adalah teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel penelitian. Dari metode penentuan sampel dengan purposive sampling, didapatkan 11 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria pengambilan sampel. SPSS 20 digunakan sebagai alat analisis dalam menganalisis data. Secara simultan, hasilnya yaitu variabel DER, NPM, ROA, dan TATO memengaruhi return saham secara signifikan. Secara parsial, variabel DER memengaruhi return saham secara negatif dan tidak signifikan. Variabel NPM memengaruhi return saham secara negatif dan signifikan. Variabel ROA dan variabel TATO memengaruhi return saham secara positif signifikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Sosial Media Marketing Dan Electronic Word Of Mouth Terhadap Minat Beli Produk Sepatu Converse Pada Mahasiswa Feb Universitas Prof. DR. HAMKA. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teori Manajemen Pemasaran yang berhubungan dengan sosial media marketing dan e-word of mouth. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode survey dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner, sedangkan jenis penelitiannya deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 155 responden. Untuk menguji hipotesis digunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan melakukan uji T dan uji F. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan software SPSS 20.0 menunjukan bahwa 1). Sosial Media Marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap Minat Beli. 2). E-Word Of Mouth berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap Minat Beli. 3).Sosial Media Marketing dan E-Word Of Mouth berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Minat Beli. Karena nilai t hitung sosial media marketing (5,923) lebih besar dari t tabel (1,975) dan e-word of mouth (4,480) lebih besar dari t tabel (1,975) dan f hitung variabel independen (97,157) lebih besar dari f tabel (3,06). Nilai koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R)2 diperoleh nilai sebesar 55,5% menunjukan bahwa kontribusi pengaruh sosial media marketing dan e-word of mouth secara bersama-sama dapat mempengaruhi minat beli. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 44,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain diluar penelitian.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is a quantitative study that aims to determine whether there is an influence of career development and work environment on the desire of millennial generation employees who live in RW 10, Pancoran Mas District, Depok Village, Depok City to leave the company where they are currently working. This study used 75 respondents from 108 residents aged 21-40 who lives in RW 10, Pancoran Mas District, Depok City. The hypothesis in this study is to determine the effect partially and simultaneously so that the test uses the T test and F test with the help of the SPSS version 25 statistical program. The results of the test are (1) There is a negative and significant effect of giving career development for millennial generation RW 10 employees on the desire to leaving the company, (2) there is a positive and significant influence on the work environment of RW 10 millennial employees on the desire to leave the company, (3) there is a significant influence on career development and the work environment affecting the desire of millennial generation employees to leave the company. Abstract

As management has the authority over the financial statements issued by the company, much of earnings management is trying to overhaul profits or what is called earnings engineering. One of the profit engineering techniques is income smoothing, which rules profits in order to reduce fluctuation. This study aims to analyze the effects of financial leverage and profitability on income smoothing. The object of this research is the IDX Quality 30 index (IDXQ30) Non-Bank for the 2015-2019 period. The data used is secondary data obtained from the companies’ financial statements during the 2015-2019 period and literature studies. The method used in this research is binary logistic regression analysis with Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Assets (ROA), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) as independent variables and Eckel Index as dependent variable. The results showed that simultaneously DER, ROA, and NPM have a significant effect on income smoothing. Partially, DER and ROA have no effect on income smoothing, while NPM variable has a significant negative effect on income smoothing.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative that aims to determine the influence of job stress, job promotion and organizational culture on employee work productivity at PT Jasamarga Related Business. This research used a sample size of 60 respondents who were all employees of the head office of PT Jasamarga Related Business. The analysis technique in this research is to use the coefficient of determination test, t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous) using SPSS version 25 software. The test result show that (1) job stress has a significant effect on the employee work productivity of PT Jasamarga Related Business, (2) job promotion has a significant effect on the employee work productivity of PT Jasamarga Related Business, (3) organizational culture has a significant effect on employee work productivity of PT Jasamarga Related Business, (4) job stress, job promotion and organizational culture simultaneously have a significant effect on employee work productivity of PT Jasamarga Related Business.
