Abstract

Abstract This research is a quantitative study of the most popular food delivery service in Indonesia, GoFood. The objective of this research is to prove whether the Purchasing Decision on GoFood services is influenced by the variables of Lifestyle, Service Quality, and Promotion. The population drawn from the research object was GoFood consumers who used services during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents. The author uses descriptive analysis and inferential analysis with the PLS analysis test tool. The output obtained in this study shows that the Lifestyle and Service Quality variables have a positive-significant influence on the Purchasing Decision variable. For the promotion variable, the purchasing decision is not influenced by the promotional variables in a positive-significant manner. Objektif yang ingin dicapai pada penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan apakah Keputusan Pembelian pada layanan GoFood dipengaruhi dengan variabel Gaya Hidup, Kualitas Layanan, dan Promosi. Populasi yang diambil dari objek penelitian merupakan konsumen GoFood yang menggunakan layanan selama masa Pandemi Covid-19. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 100 responden. Penulis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial dengan alat uji analisis PLS. Keluaran yang didapatkan pada penelitian ini menunjukan variabel Gaya Hidup dan Kualitas Layanan memiliki pengaruh positif-signifikan terhadap variabel Keputusan Pembelian. Untuk variabel promosi, Keputusan Pembelian tidak dipengaruhi oleh varibel promosi secara positif-signifikan. Kata kunci: Gaya Hidup; Kualitas Layanan; Promosi; dan Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of service quality and brand image on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction to customer service JNE in Yogyakarta. The method used was purposive sampling, with the sampling of the population is based on certain criteria namely JNE service customer in Yogyakarta have used JNE service at least 2 times. The sample in this study were 270 respondents. Data analysis methods include descriptive analysis and quanitative analysis using the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling),an analysis technique based on PLS (Structural Equation Modeling). The result of this study prove that (1) service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (2) brand image service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (3) service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (4) brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (5) customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (6) service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction (7) brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of brand involvement, brand communication, and brand interactivity on brand engagement J.CO Indonesia Instagram. The population of this study is J.CO Donuts & Coffee customers, and the sample is J.CO Donuts & Coffee customers that follow company official Instagram. Using purposive sampling technique, a total of 120 respondents is asked to fill the questionaire as main survey data sources. The results show that partially Brand Involvement has a positive and significant effect on Social Media Brand Engagement, Brand Communication has a positive and significant effect on Social Media Brand Engagement, and Brand Interactivity has a positive and significant effect on on Social Media Brand Engagement, and simultaneously Brand Involvement, Brand Communication, and Brand Interactivity have a positive and significant effect on Social Media Brand Engagement.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of motivation and work environment on employee performance with work discipline as a mediating variable for the employees of the Bagelen District Office. The population for this study were employees of the Bagelen District Office, Purworejo Regency. The sample used was 45 respondents. The technique used in this research is saturated sampling. The data analysis technique used the SPSS 25 application. This study used a quantitative approach. The test instruments used in the study were validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, normality test, multicolinearity test, heteroscedasticity test. The hypothesis test used in this study is the t test. The results showed that extrinsic motivation has a positive effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance, extrinsic motivation has a positive effect on employee performance through work discipline, the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance through work discipline. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Giro Wajib Minimum and Loan to Deposit Ratio on Return On Assets in banking companies included in Book IV for the period 2014-2019. The method was used a descriptive qualitative method with data obtained secondary from the financial statements of each bank. Data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis methods with multiple linear regression analysis, determination analysis, simultaneous significance test (F test) and partial significance test (t test). The results of this study indicate that: 1) Statutory Reserves have no effect on ROA, 2) Loan to Deposit Ratio has a negative and significant effect on ROA 3) The Statutory Reserves and Loan to Deposit Ratio have a significant effect on Return On Assets. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and compasation on intention to stay with organizational commitment as an intervening variable. The sampling method used in this study nonprofit sampling with purposive technique. The total sample in this study was 40 respondents. The method of collecting data using a questionnaire. The data analysis used was the validity and reliability instrument, the classical assumption test, hypothesis test and path analysis using the SPSS 25 for windows program. The results of this study indicate that all items of each variable are valid and reliable. The first model fulfills the criteria for the classical assumption test with no multicolonierity, heteroscedasticity, and fulfills the normality assumption, but in the second model there is multicolonierity. Based on the t test, it shows that job satisfaction and compensation have a significant effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction and compensation have a significant effect on intention to stay, organizational commitment has a significant effect on intention to stay.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of trust, usefulness, security and convenience as a mediating variable on the intention to use LinkAja mobile payments. This research is a survey research, where the research instrument is a questionnaire. The population in this study were the users of the LinkAja mobile application among students in Yogyakarta. Data collection was carried out in January. A sample of 225 respondents who were determined by purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study found that: Trust has a positive and significant effect on intention to use. Usefulness has a positive and significant effect on intention to use. Security has a positive and significant effect on intention to use. Ease has a positive and significant effect on intention to use. Trust has a positive and significant effect on intention to use through ease. Usefulness has a positive and significant effect on intention to use through ease. Security has a positive and significant effect on intention to use through ease. Key words: Trust, Usefulness, Security, Ease, And Intention to Use ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepercayaan, kegunaan, keamanan dan kemudahan sebagai variable mediasi terhadap minat menggunakan mobile payment LinkAja. Penelitian ini dikategorikan sebagai penelitian survei, dimana instrumen penelitian ini berupa kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna aplikasi mobile LinkAja pada mahasiswa di Yogyakarta. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan Januari. Sampel sebanyak 225 responden yang ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square(PLS). Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa:Kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menggunakan. Kegunaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menggunakan. Keamanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menggunakan. Kemudahan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menggunakan. Kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menggunakan melalui kemudahan. Kegunaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menggunakan melalui kemudahan. Keamanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menggunakan melalui kemudahan. Kata kunci: Kepercayaan, Kegunaan, Keamanan, Kemudahan, dan Minat Menggunakan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Inflation Rate and Profit Sharing Rate on Sharia Commercial Bank Profitability in Indonesia. The independent variable (independent) in this study is the level of inflation and the level of profit sharing, while profitability is the dependent variable. In this study, researchers used Return on Assets (ROA) as an indicator for profitability. The method used is descriptive method and verification method. The data used are secondary data sourced from Financial Statements that have been published by Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Syariah, Bank Bukopin Syariah, Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) Syariah, and Bank Central Asia (BCA) Syariah. The data analysis technique used is panel data regression analysis and classic assumption test, because the data used are secondary data and the type of data used is a combination of cross section data and time series data. Data processing techniques using the help of Eviews 9 program. Based on data analysis that has been done using panel data regression and classical assumption tests, it is found that the Inflation Rate has a negative and significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA), this result is evidenced by the significance value of 0,0012 and the regression coefficient shows a figure of -0,0817. Level of Profit Sharing is positive and significant effect, this result is evidenced by the significance value of 0.0000 and the regression coefficient shows a figure of 0,1644. The coefficient of determination (R-square) value is 77,26%. Keywords: Inflation Rate, Profit Sharing Rate, Return on Assets (ROA).

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of Loan to Deposit Ratio, Capital Adequacy Ratio and Non Performing Loans on Banking Profitability Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) that occurs at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk, PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) in 2014-2018. The data used in this study are quantitative data with secondary data sources derived from the financial statements of each bank. This research uses descriptive statistical analysis methods, inference analysis, classic assumption test, multiple linear analysis and coefficient of determination. Regression analysis is used to find out how the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable with a significance value of 5 percent. While the determination coefficient analysis is used to determine the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. From the partial hypothesis test (T Test) that has been done by the author, it is obtained that the Loan to Deposit Ratio affects Return On Assets, Capital Adequacy Ratio has no effect on Return On Assets and Non Performing Loans has no effect on Return On Assets. For simultaneous hypothesis testing (Test F), the results obtained are that the independent variables namely Loan to Deposit Ratio, Capital Adequacy Ratio and Non Performing Loans simultaneously influence the Return on Assets. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of inflation and BI 7-Day (Reverse) Repo Rate on Retrun On Assets(ROA). The data obtained were then entered into the Statistical Package Social Sciences (SPSS) program to carry out advanced statistical analysis. Data obtained from the financial statements of 10 banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2015 to 2019. The analysis techniques used are classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing, and others. The results obtained from the simultaneous hypothesis test (f test) show that inflation and the BI 7-Day (Reverse) Repo Rate simultaneously have an effect on Retrun On Assets(ROA). The results of the partial test (t test) show that inflation data has a significant negative effect on Retrun On Assets(ROA) and BI 7-Day (Reverse) Repo Rate data has a significant positive effect on Retrun On Assets(ROA). The result of the coefficient of determination with adjusted R2 shows that the predictive ability of this research data is 98.8%, meaning that the independent variables, namely Inflation and BI 7-Day (Reverse) Repo Rate affect the dependent variable, namely Retrun On Assets(ROA). amounting to 98.8 % Keywords : Inflation BI 7-Day (Reverse) Repo Rate, Retrun On Assets(ROA)
