Abstract

The development of the business world is increasingly rapid accompanied by intense competition, making companies must be able to survive, one of which is by improving financial performance. Non-bank financial institution sector companies are one of the pillars of economic development. However, in the last five years, mining sector companies have experienced fluctuations in company profits due to the impact of the covid 19 pandemic, causing a decline in the company's financial performance. This research was conducted to examine the effect of intellectual capital, growth ratio, liquidity (cash ratio), efficiency (net profit margin), effectiveness (total asset turnover), and leverage (debt to asset ratio) on companies in the non-bank financial institution sector on the IDX. There are 58 population of mining sector companies listed on the IDX. The sample of this research is 35 companies' financial statements obtained by using purposive sampling method. The analytical method used is panel data regression analysis with eviews 12 tools. The results showed that intellectual capital, net profit margin, total asset turnover had a positive effect on return on invested capital (ROIC), growth ratio had a negative effect on return on invested capital (ROIC), while cash ratio and debt to asset ratio no effect on return on invested capital (ROIC). simultaneously intellectual capital, growth ratio, cash ratio, net profit margin, total asset turnover, and debt to asset ratio jointly influence return on invested capital (ROIC).    Keyword : Intellectual Capital, Growth Ratio, Cash Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Total Asset Turnover, and  Debt to Asset Rasio

Abstract

The aims of this study were to analyze the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions of Dettol Hand Sanitizer, to analyze the influence of price on purchasing decisions of Dettol Hand Sanitizer and to analyze the effect of product quality and price simultaneously on purchasing decisions of Dettol Hand Sanitizer. The research method used is quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The population and sample used are Dettol Hand Sanitizer consumers in Bogor City. The results showed that partially both product quality and price had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, therefore hypothesis 1 and hypothesis 2 are accepted. Furthermore, product quality and price simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions and hypothesis 3 is accepted. Based on the results, it can be concluded that either partially or simultaneously, product quality and price significantly influence the purchasing decision of Dettol hand sanitizer. Abstract

This research is a quantitative study with a causal relationship to determine the immediate effect of e-serservice quality, e-wall, trust in buying interest and knowing the indirect influence, e-s service quality, e-wall, trust in non-Shopee app cash payment interest. Data collection was conducted by the method of collecting information through a survey with a questionnaire. The population in this study were someone who had used Shopee, regularly using Shopee, domiciled in Jakarta, a minimum of 17 years old. The sampling method used is non-possibility sampling using purposed sampling technique. Based on the results of the study, 4 hypotheses can be accepted, namely e-sservice quality affects trust, e-wall quality effects of purchasing interest and e-wallt have effect interest in buying and 1 hypothesis cannot be accepted by interest in purchasing interests, Contributions from this study e-servis quality and e-walling interest in purchasing interest. Abstract

Technological developments have changed the music industry, music consumption preferences have changed from purchasing physical albums to downloading digitally released music. The shift from a proprietary to a streaming-based business model is underway in various industries such as movies, games, and books. The digital music industry has already experienced a shift due to technological advances. One of the famous digital music services is Spotify. This study is to examine the effect of customer experience and customer value on repurchase intention with customer satisfaction variables as intervening variables. This type of research is quantitative research with causal relationships. Primary data was collected using the survey method by distributing questionnaires to respondents who used Spotify and then the data was processed by the path analysis method. Based on the results of research analysis, there is a direct influence between customer experience and customer value on customer satisfaction, a direct influence between customer experience and customer value on repurchase intention, a direct influence of customer satisfaction on repurchase intention, However, customer satisfaction has not been shown to be an intervening variable between customer experience and customer value to repurchase intention. Abstract

Employees are the organization's most important asset and play a strategic role in the organization as constituents and managers of its activities to achieve company goals. Employee performance is the result of work performed by an individual in carrying out a given task. With high employee performance it is hoped that organizational goals can be achieved. Many factors such as motivation are important and work environment that can affect employee performance. The purpose of this study is to prove that there is a relationship between all variables in non-academic staff at a university located in West Jakarta. This study uses a structural equation model (SEM) involving 120 respondents who are non-academic staff employees at the University located in West Jakarta. Analysis of data processing in this study used Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0. Some of the findings in this study are that Organizational Culture affects Employee Engagement. Meanwhile, employee engagement cannot improve employee performance. Furthermore, organizational culture has a positive influence on employee performance. Conversely, employee engagement cannot mediate organizational culture and employee performance. Abstract

This research is a quantitative study with a causal relationship to determine the direct effect of e-service quality, e-trust on e-customer satisfaction, the direct effect of e-service quality, e-trust, e-customer satisfaction on e-customer loyalty and the indirect effect between e-service quality and e-trust on e-customer loyalty through e-customer satisfaction on users of the OVO e-wallet application. The benefits of this research are carried out to increase our understanding, provide information and knowledge needed to solve problems and make decisions. Data collection was carried out through a survey with a questionnaire in the form of a google form. The population in this study are those who have used the OVO e-wallet, regularly make payment transactions using OVO in the last 1 month, live in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi (Jabodetabek) and are at least 17 years old. The questionnaire collected 150 respondents using the formula (Hair et al., 2019). The sampling method used is non-probability sampling with purpose sampling technique, to test validity and reliability using SmartPLS software. Based on the results of the study, of the 7 accepted hypotheses, namely e-service quality has no positive effect on e-customer satisfaction, e-trust has an effect on e-customer satisfaction, e-service quality and e-trust have no effect on e-customer loyalty, e-customer satisfaction has no positive effect on e-customer loyalty. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze knowledge sharing, employee organizational commitment will have a significant impact on employee job satisfaction, this is done to encourage business growth. This study used a structural equation model (SEM) involving 110 respondents, but the data that met the criteria in the study were 122 respondents who worked in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. Analysis of data processing in this study used the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) system using SmartPLS and assisted with SPSS software. Some of the findings in this study are that Transformational Leadership has a significant positive effect on Knowledge Sharing. Meanwhile, Transformational Leadership has a positive effect on Organizational Commitment. Then Knowledge Sharing has a positive effect on Job Satisfaction. Furthermore, Organizational Commitment has a positive effect on Job Satisfaction. Then Transformational Leadership has a positive effect on Job Satisfaction. Meanwhile, Transformational Leadership has a positive effect on Job Satisfaction which is mediated through Knowledge Sharing. Furthermore, Transformational Leadership has a positive effect on Job Satisfaction which is mediated through Organizational Commitment. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of perceived price, promotion, and packaging design on consumer buying interest in ADES brand bottled drinking water (AMDK), both partially and simultaneously. The sample used in this study was 120 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with the dependent variable being consumer buying interest, and the independent variable being price perception, promotion, and packaging design. The results showed that promotion partially had no effect on consumer buying interest, price perceptions and packaging design had a partial effect on consumer buying interest. Perceived variables of price, promotion, and packaging design simultaneously affect consumer buying interest. Of the two influential independent variables, the packaging design variable has the greatest influence on consumer buying interest. Abstract

This research aims to examine the implementation of Islamic finance in Islamic banking in Indonesia based on the characteristics of Islamic finance, namely Tauhid (Monotheism), Adl (Justice), Nubuwwah (Prophethood), Khilafah (Stewardship), and Ma’ad (Afterlife). This study also aims to serve as a means for the Indonesian public to obtain information related to the application of financial systems in Islamic banking. The researcher employs a qualitative research method, using secondary data sourced from literature, including journals, articles, documentation, written texts, and relevant materials related to the research topic. The results of this study indicate that Islamic banks indeed practice their activities in accordance with Sharia regulations. The five values or characteristics of Islamic finance serve as the main foundation in its implementation. Firstly, in the concept of Tauhid, leaders consistently maintain their devotion to Allah. Moreover, Islamic banks make all policy decisions based on the Qur'an and Sunnah (traditions of the Prophet). Secondly, in terms of Adl, this principle is evident in the implementation of Islamic banking contracts, which do not prioritize personal gain in their collaborations. Thirdly, the principle of Nubuwwah, which prohibits monopolies and encourages cooperation in community building, aligns with one of the practices of the Prophet Muhammad during his time. Fourthly, Khilafah, through the practice of Islamic banking involving zakat contributions from its activities, demonstrates that Islamic banks in Indonesia do not forget their obligation to contribute to a just economy. Lastly, Ma’ad; Islamic banks always consider the ultimate outcome of their activities, as everything they undertake will be rewarded or punished in accordance with their deeds.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This literature review examines the impact of the Russia-Ukraine war on international trade and global economic stability, identifying key findings and research gaps. Using a systematic approach, the review analyzes relevant studies published between 2022 and 2023, employing bibliometric analysis techniques and the Scopus database. The war disrupts food and energy supply chains, posing challenges to food security and availability, while significantly affecting European consumption patterns and energy resources. Existing studies lack a comprehensive analysis of the war's impact on international trade. The findings provide insights into the complex relationship between the war and trade, offering guidance for policymakers. Further research is recommended for conducting in-depth analysis of the war's impact on specific trade sectors, enabling a better understanding of changes in trade patterns and their implications for the global economy. ABSTRAK Tinjauan literatur ini mengkaji dampak perang Rusia-Ukraina terhadap perdagangan internasional dan stabilitas ekonomi global, serta mengidentifikasi temuan-temuan utama dan kesenjangan penelitian. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan sistematis, tinjauan ini menganalisis studi relevan yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2022 dan 2023, menggunakan teknik analisis bibliometrik dan database Scopus. Perang ini mengganggu rantai pasokan pangan dan energi, menimbulkan tantangan terhadap ketahanan dan ketersediaan pangan, serta secara signifikan mempengaruhi pola konsumsi dan sumber daya energi Eropa. Penelitian yang ada saat ini kurang memberikan analisis komprehensif mengenai dampak perang terhadap perdagangan internasional. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan tentang hubungan kompleks antara perang dan perdagangan, serta memberikan panduan bagi para pembuat kebijakan. Penelitian lebih lanjut disarankan untuk melakukan analisis mendalam mengenai dampak perang terhadap sektor perdagangan tertentu, sehingga memungkinkan pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai perubahan pola perdagangan dan implikasinya terhadap perekonomian global. Kata kunci: Perdagangan Internasional, Perang Rusia-Ukraina, Gangguan Perdagangan, Stabilitas Ekonomi, Gangguan Rantai Pasokan
