Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of digital marketing activities on purchase intentions at Shopee. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling with a total sample of 96 people, and the data collection method was a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis. The data was processed with the help of the SPSS 24 program. This study shows that content and social media marketing significantly positively affect purchase intentions. Meanwhile, electronic promotion has no significant effect on purchase intention. In addition, content marketing, electronic promotion and social media marketing simultaneously influence purchase intentions.

Abstract

This research produces further findings regarding the definition of marketing strategy analysis, which involves the use of marketing mix techniques to integrate IFE, EFE, IE, SWOT, and QSPM analysis. To prevent disappointed clients from choosing to patronize other businesses, the front page of the Giriloyo Batik Industry must continue to provide goods and services of the best quality in order to maintain and expand the loyalty, trust and consumer satisfaction that still exists today. In addition, the Giriloyo Batik house industry must improve its management structure to create a positive business environment so that it can develop and develop. Basically, marketing requires quite dominant abilities in marketing through marketing science so that it can make consumers ask questions about Indonesian culture. Therefore, marketing is very necessary when it comes to selling traditional batik. So that marketing in the batik product mix can also circulate in the world through Instagram social media, Indonesian traditional batik product buying and selling groups and national batik events in each region. This makes researchers set a goal to market the batik product mix and be recognized for their work and innovate in terms of the diversity of works that give rise to unique wayang results.

Abstract

Light-emitting diode (LED) technology offers several advantages, including a longer lifespan, stability in light output, and higher efficiency compared to incandescent bulbs. EcoLink is a brand that provides high-quality, eco-friendly LED lighting at affordable prices, designed for consumers seeking reliable and long-lasting lighting solutions. The global LED lighting market share is expected to grow to around 70% by 2020, making evaluating this technology from various perspectives important. Garden LED lights are a more environmentally friendly and economical solution than traditional lights, with better energy and financial outcomes. EcoLink’s design is adapted to Indonesia’s living conditions and electrical system to create stable, uniform, and environmentally friendly lighting. LED lights are often used in energy-efficient products, consuming less energy and having a longer lifespan than traditional lights. EcoLink LEDs are proven to last longer and come with a 1-year warranty. Qualitative research methods, such as interviews and observation, are used to understand the experiences of EcoLink lighting users of all ages. These methods aim to uncover the underlying meaning of the data and provide rich and in-depth descriptions of complex phenomena. The data collection technique for this study involves interviews, which allow participants to express their thoughts and feelings in their own voice.

Abstract

Understanding of risks and risk concepts related to Sharia financing is widely known in the financial industry using profit-and-loss sharing (PLS). However, the risk in a murabahah financing contract is the counterparty’s inability to complete its obligations within the agreed time period. Therefore, it is called credit risk or default risk. Credit risk occurs when customers fail to make payments on time after the bank completes the transfer of assets. Therefore, this has an impact on bank growth because the banking business is not well-positioned to cover these risks. Therefore, the bank may impose a penalty on the outstanding balance. The aim of this research is to highlight the determinants of credit risk and issues surrounding Islamic banks in Surabaya in terms of Murabahah financing and how to manage them using appropriate techniques. Finally, explore the concept of credit risk management, which might be able to solve the problems that arise. The research results found that credit risk can be managed well by increasing the use of a comprehensive business partner reference checklist regarding their character and past performance as well as their comprehensive database.

Abstract

This research investigates the role of social media in enhancing consumer trust in PT United Waru Biscuit Manufactory products. Employing a descriptive qualitative research method, data were collected through interviews and observations, focusing on social media dimensions. The qualitative approach aims to provide in-depth insights into the phenomenon under study. Three informants who had purchased products from PT United Waru Biscuit Manufactory participated in the study. The findings reveal that social media significantly contributes to building consumer trust in PT United Waru Biscuit Manufactory products. Consumer belief in a product is identified as a crucial factor influencing purchasing decisions. The study concludes that a successful social media presence positively correlates with increased consumer trust. Notably, the research suggests that PT United Waru Biscuit Manufactory could enhance its social media strategies by advertising on popular platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and television. Furthermore, endorsing influencers or artists is recommended, considering their substantial influence on society, particularly among followers. In conclusion, the research emphasizes the pivotal role of social media in shaping consumer trust. The implications for PT United Waru Biscuit Manufactory include diversifying advertising strategies to reach a broader audience and leveraging influencers to foster increased consumer trust. This study provides valuable insights for companies aiming to strengthen their brand perception through effective social media engagement.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the visitors’ motivations for visiting the Mpu Tantular Museum and their intentions for visiting. This research uses qualitative data techniques using the interview method with stages of data reduction, data presentation and decision-making. This research indicates that push or pull motivation can influence someone to visit the Mpu Tantular Museum. The museum is an educational tourist attraction that collects all ancient relics and regional cultural collections. The Mpu Tantular Museum can be used as a reference for learning that encourages a person’s motivation to visit the museum because of their own encouragement to learn about historical heritage or interesting motivation obtained from outside. Someone visits a museum to learn about past history, broaden their knowledge and look for something new. In the museum, they can observe objects from the past directly. The average museum visitor visits a museum because they want to know something new that they have never seen before. Museums also provide various access for visitors so that visitors have the opportunity to use facilities and services, research and study collections, and various information available. The attraction of the Mpu Tantular Museum, such as its collections, buildings, and learning facilities, is one of the factors that make people visit the museum.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the impact of teaching experience on the work performance of pre-service teachers at SMAN 1 Krian Sidoarjo, utilizing qualitative research methods and case study techniques involving observation, document analysis, and interviews. The study, conducted in November 2022, focused on understanding human behavior in a post-positivist framework, using the researcher as the main instrument for data collection and inductive/qualitative data analysis. The findings underscored the pivotal role of teaching experience in enhancing the competence and performance of pre-service teachers. Factors such as management support, collaborative efforts among teachers, and reflection on teaching experiences emerged as crucial indicators of success. This research contributes valuable insights to the development of pre-service teacher professional development programs. Teaching experience was revealed as not only shaping the teacher's role in the classroom but also serving as a foundation for developing professional identity and mentorship skills for students. The challenges faced during the learning process contributed to dynamic and strengthened understanding. Reflecting on teaching experiences became a fundamental practice, fostering continuous improvement in teaching methods. School management support, breaking down structural barriers, and fostering a supportive work environment were identified as crucial elements in professional growth. This study significantly contributes to understanding how teaching experience positively influences pre-service teachers' job performance.

Abstract

Turnover intentions often occur in the world of work, and there are several factors that can trigger turnover intentions, including workload and work stress factors. This research was conducted to determine the workload and work stress factors that influence nurses’ turnover intentions at Petrokimia Gresik Hospital. Data was obtained by interviewing nurses who had worked for more than three years. This research was discussed by describing the results of the interviews and strengthening them with scientific statements and existing theories. This results in the conclusion that workload and work stress are factors that are often found in the emergence of turnover intentions in employees. Meanwhile, salary and work environment factors do not influence the intention to leave the nursing job at the Petrokimia Gresik Hospital.

Abstract

This research explores the critical nexus between security perceptions, user satisfaction, and reuse intentions in the context of motorbike parking at Royal Plaza Surabaya. This qualitative research explores security aspects in the reuse of the Royal Plaza Surabaya motorbike parking area. It involves observation, and document analysis methods. User perceptions of security, encompassing factors such as lighting, the presence of security officers, and surveillance systems, are identified as influential determinants of confidence in parking safety. Utilizing an innovative parking system aligned with principles of convenience, speed, and safety, the study investigates the impact of security measures on users' intentions to reuse the facility. The theoretical framework incorporates the Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) approach, emphasizing the significance of environmental design strategies in enhancing security perceptions. Findings reveal a theoretical relationship between security, user satisfaction, and reuse intentions. The active presence of security officers, extended beyond operating hours, and the integration of advanced technologies contribute to a well-maintained and secure parking environment. The theoretical implications underscore the multidimensional nature of security and its role in shaping user perceptions, extending discussions on environmental design, user satisfaction, and the interconnectedness of security measures. These findings provide valuable insights for managerial strategies, highlighting the importance of a comprehensive and effective security approach to foster user satisfaction and encourage repeat usage of parking facilities at Royal Plaza Surabaya.

Abstract

The presence of social media in today’s society brings enormous benefits, especially in the digital economy. Social networks can indeed be called a popular phenomenon that attracts the attention of many people. In many of his works, experts have given many different definitions of the technologies that society still needs today. Business development in Indonesia is very rapid and continues to progress. Based on the method used, this research is qualitative using library research and descriptive qualitative methods. This research refers to previous research that will be discussed again to find something that has not been known before. Research that is library research and descriptive qualitative Based on the results of the analysis that refers to the results of previous research, it can be said that social media has an important role in supporting overall activities, one of which is being able to establish public relations relationships with customers social media has become a platform that can provide benefits that can facilitate business people to interact, Promote, introduce, and brand products to be sold online media play an important role in almost all levels of society, sharing information to find information. The role of Public Relations is great for every business, not only acting as an image developer but also marketing products to the public. Based on the results of the analysis that refers to the results of the previous research, it can be said that an important role in supporting overall activities is to be able to establish public relations relationships with customers.
