Abstract

One of indicators in the successful health affair in a country is the number of infant mortality rate. Causes of mortality among others are respiratory disorders 37%, prematurity 34%, sepsis12%, hypothermia7%, post mature 3% and congenital defect 1% and blood defect or icterus 6%. Infant mortality due to hypothermia can be prevented by practical method as an alternative to incubator namely Kangaroo Care Method. The implementation of Kangaroo Care Method must be monitored and evaluated by health care provider especially the midwife. This research was conducted in 2015.The purpose of this research was to find out the correlation between midwives’ knowledge and their attitude in implementing Kangaroo Method to premature infant.This research was observasional with design cross sectional approach. The number of population was 65 midwives and as a sample 49 midwives. The data were collected by means of questionnaire. Data analyses used bivariate Spearman rho test. The result of the research showed that 32 midwives (65.3%) had good knowledge and most of 27 midwives (55.1%) had positive attitude. It was obtained from Spearman rho test ρ value 0.001 and correlative coefficient (r) 0.696. The conclusion, there was any close correlation between knowledge and attitude of midwives in kangaroo care method.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ekuitas merek dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Coca-Cola. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pelajar SMA N 5 Purwokerto yang terletak di Jl. Gereja No. 20, Purwokerto. Dengan menggunakan teori Donald R Cooper dan C. William Emory, diambil 100 responden untuk dijadikan sampel dan teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah dengan accidental sampling. Skala pengukurannya menggunakan skala Likert. Pada analisis data menggunakan ujji regresi linear sederhana dan uji regresi berganda dengan program aplikasi SPSS 16.0.Dari hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa kategori ekuitas merek sebesar 62 persen menyatakan cukup. Kategori promosi diketahui sebesar 53 persen menyatakan cukup menarik. Variabel ekuitas merek berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 46,6 persen. Variabel promosi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 44,6persen. Variabel ekuitas merek dan promosi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 51,2 persen. Hal ini berarti semakin baik ekuitas merek dan promosi diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keputusan pembelian konsumen.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, pihak Coca-Cola menambahkan frekuensi penayangan slogan Coca-Cola, memberikan edukasi pada konsumen tentang minuman bersoda, menambahkan frekuensi promosi, dan menetapkan harga yang lebih murah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya keterampilan melisankan pantun pada siswa kelas V SDN Sidomulyo 01. Hal ini disebabkan karena media yang tersedia di sekolah masih kurang memadai dan kurang mendukung pembelajaran melisankan pantun. Selain itu, guru masih kurang kreatif dalam teknik penyampaian materi. Guru tidak menggunakan model pembelajaran yang membuat siswa aktif dan kreatif dalam melisankan pantun. Oleh karena itu, peneliti ingin melakukan penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) yang mengembangkan media pembelajaran berupa kartu pantun. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu (1) menghasilkan media kartu pantun, (2) menguji kelayakan media kartu pantun, dan (3) menguji keefektifan media kartu pantun. Berdasarkan penelitian ini didapatkan hasil sebagai berikut. Rata-rata nilai siswa sebelum (pretest) yaitu 58,93 dan setelah mendapat perlakuan (postest) yaitu 78,35. Presentase peningkatan hasil unjuk kerja melisankan pantun yaitu sebesar 59%. Kartu pantun juga efektif untuk digunakan sebagai media penunjang pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia dengan materi melisankan pantun, terlihat dari hasil uji perbedaan rata-rata dengan thitung sebesar 7,531 lebih besar dari ttabel yang hanya 1,703. Hasil perhitungan N-gain sebesar 0,44. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kartu pantun efektif meningkatkan keterampilan siswa melisankan pantun.This research is based on the expressing rhyme skill inadequacy of 5th grade student at Primary School Sidomulyo 01. Such phenomenon happens because the learning media in primary school is insufficient and unable to support the rhyme uttering learning. More to the point, the learning technique and model used by teacher cannot stimulate the students to be participatory, active, and creative in rhyme uttering learning.  Therefore, the researcher wants to do a research and development that evolves a learning media so-called rhyme card. This research aims (1) to produce rhyme card learning media (2) to know the properness of the rhyme card, and (2) to know the effectiveness of rhyme card. The result of the research shows the positive effect of rhyme card. The pretest means result of students expressing rhyme skill is 58,93 and after the treatment or posttest the means result is 78,35. It shows that the students’ rhyme uttering skill increased for about 58%. Rhyme card is also effective to support the expressing rhyme learning. The Paired t-Test done by the researcher shows that the t-value result is 7,531which is bigger than the t-table result, 1,703. The N-gain result is 0,44. From the explanation above, we can conclude that rhyme card is effective to increase the students’ rhyme uttering skill. The researcher suggests the teacher to develop another learning media so the students’ linguistics skill could increase

Abstract

Observasi peserta didik memperlihatkan bahwa motivasi belajar peserta didik dalam pembelajaran fisika masih tergolong rendah. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan penerapan model pembelajaran problem-based learning.  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat perbedaan pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran problem-based learning  terhadap motivasi belajar fisika peserta didik kelas XI-1 SMAN 13 Surabaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas pada materi vektor yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus pembelajaran. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu angket motivasi belajar yang memuat 4 indikator motivasi yaitu perhatian, relevansi, percaya diri, dan kepuasan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada siklus I terdapat 54,1% peserta didik yang berada pada kategori motivasi Tinggi dan pada siklus II 100% peserta didik telah mencapai motivasi Tinggi. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan model problem-based learning dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar fisika. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya peningkatan skor motivasi pada setiap siklusnya.

Abstract

Pemulihan kondisi pasca pandemi Covid-19 masih terasa sulit, tantangan kehidupan semakin komplek, manusia mengalami kekhawatiran, ketakutan, kecemasan. Kebutuhan kehidupan yang beragam sulit dihindari, menuntut dipenuhi, apabila tidak, akan mendatangkan permasalahan. Orang tua harus mampu menganalisis kebutuhannya, mendesak atau dapat ditangguhkan. Orang tua juga harus memiliki kemampuan memahami diri sendiri, faham kekuatan dan kelemahannya dengan harapan dapat mengambil keputusan yang tepat. Keduanya penting dimilikinya agar supaya terhidar terjadi stres sebagai akibat pemenuhan kebutuhsn yang tidak dapat terpenuhi. Tujuan penelitian untuk mendiskripsikan tentang pentingnya kemampuan menganalisa kebutuhan dan pemahaman diri sebagai upaya preventif terjadinya stres. Metode penelitian kualitatif, pengumpulan data dengan metode wawancara dan observasi, analisa dengan teknik domain. Hasilnya, antisipasi stres, masih banyak orang tua belum mampu, kemampuan orang tua dalam menyesuaikan diri dengan realita masih rendah, sering orang tua kurang tepat menyikapi stres. Dalam mengnalisa kebutuhan masih sering kebingungan, hal tersebut karena orang tua sering terpengaruh lingkungannya, malu jika tidak sama dengan yang lain. Kemampuan orang tua dalam memahami diri sendiri masih sangat memprihatinkan, karena pada umumnya kurang bisa mengenali siapa dirinya dan tindakannya berorientasi dengan orang lain, bukan berkaca pada “siapa dirinya”.

Abstract

Krisis pembelajaran di Indonesia telah berlangsung lama dan belum membaik dari tahun ke tahun. Krisis pembelajaran semakin bertambah karena pandemi Covid-19 yang menyebabkan hilangnya pembelajaran (learning loss) dan meningkatnya kesenjangan pembelajaran. Untuk mengatasi krisis pembelajaran Kemendikbudristek meluncurkan kurikulum merdeka dan platform merdeka mengajar. Keunggulan kurikulum merdeka jauh lebih sederhana dan mendalam karena kurikulum ini akan fokus pada materi yang esensial dan pengembangan kompetensi peserta didik pada fasenya. Namun minimnya pengetahuan tentang implementasi pembelajaran pada kurikulum merdeka menjadi kendala bagi guru ekonomi khususnya. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan dan mengimplementasikan pembelajaran ekonomi pada kurikulum merdeka bagi guru ekonomi yang tergabung dalam MGMP Kota Semarang. Kegiatan ini terlaksana pada hari Sabtu 4 Juni 2022 secara daring dengan peserta 76 guru ekonomi di Jawa Tengah. Kegiatan ini berlangsung dengan lancar dengan antusiase peserta dalam diskusi. Berdasarkan hasil evalusi ditahap akhir menunjukan bahwa kegiatan ini mampu meningkatakan pemahaman dan kesiapan guru dalam meningkatkan kesiapan mengimplementgasikan kurikulum merdeka dalam pembelajaran ekonomi. Kata kunci— Guru ekonomi, Kurikulum merdeka, Pembelajaran Abstract The learning crisis in Indonesia has been going on for a long time and has not improved from year to year. The learning crisis is increasing due to the Covid-19 pandemic which causes learning loss and increasing learning gaps. To overcome the learning crisis, the Ministry of Education and Culture launched an curriculum merdeka and an independent teaching platform. The advantage of the independent curriculum is that it is much simpler and deeper because this curriculum will focus on essential materials and the development of student competencies in phases. However, the lack of knowledge about the implementation of learning in the curriculum merdeka is an obstacle for economics teachers in particular. This training aims to introduce and implement economics learning in the curriculum merdeka for economics teachers who are members of the Semarang City MGMP. This activity was carried out on Saturday, June 4, 2022 online with 76 economic teachers in Central Java as participants. This activity went smoothly with the enthusiasm of the participants in the discussion. Based on the results of the final evaluation, it shows that this activity is able to increase the understanding and readiness of teachers in increasing readiness to implement an curriculum merdeka in economics learning. Keywords— Economics teachers, Curriculum merdeka, Learning

Abstract

Abstract: The land is the settlement place for most of the community, besides being a source of livelihood for those who earn a living through farming and plantations. Ultimately, the land also serves as the final resting place for someone who has passed away. The population of Indonesia continues to grow, but the land area remains unchanged. The available land area eventually becomes disproportionate to the increasing population. How people meet their needs for land includes buying and selling, exchanging, gifting, or through bequests. This journal will discuss the legal consequences of a grant deed made by a married couple still in the bond of marriage from the perspective of the law. Abstract

This research aims to overcome the Hajj data collection mechanism for prospective Hajj pilgrims by digitizing Hajj registration via the Muamalat Digital Islamic Network (DIN) mobile banking application. The stages for registering for Hajj through Muamalat DIN are as follows: First, prospective pilgrims first open an account online at Muamalat DIN. Second, register and make an initial deposit of IDR 25 million into the Hajj Pilgrimage Savings Account (RTJH). After making the payment, the congregation will receive proof of payment and a validation number. Third, the congregation enters the validation number into the Ministry of Religion's Smart Haji application to get the portion number and year of departure. The results of this research show that it uses a descriptive-qualitative type of research and approach. creating a Hajj information system. The research method used is by providing online Hajj and Umrah services. The results can be concluded that the Hajj information system is more efficient and accurate than the previous Hajj registration system which was still done manually. Registration for the Haj portion can now be done online via Muamalat DIN without having to come to a branch office. Bank Muamalat has also synchronized with the Smart Hajj application belonging to the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia so that registration for paying off Hajj costs can be done online. As a Bank Recipient of Deposits for Hajj Organizing Costs (BPS BPIH), we have carried out digital innovation in the form of registering and paying off Hajj costs online. On line. This makes it easier for prospective Hajj pilgrims because it is practical, easy, anytime and anywhere right from their hand.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of digital marketing activities on purchase intentions at Shopee. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling with a total sample of 96 people, and the data collection method was a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis. The data was processed with the help of the SPSS 24 program. This study shows that content and social media marketing significantly positively affect purchase intentions. Meanwhile, electronic promotion has no significant effect on purchase intention. In addition, content marketing, electronic promotion and social media marketing simultaneously influence purchase intentions.

Abstract

Setting odd prices is one of the pricing strategies applied in retail. Setting odd prices can help one of their goals, which is to get more customers. It is a tool that companies use to influence consumer buying decisions. Consumer purchasing decisions are a reason for how consumers determine the choice of purchasing a product in accordance with their needs, desires, and expectations so that it can lead to satisfaction with product dissatisfaction and odd prices can have an impact on setting odd prices because it can make consumers feel satisfied and benefited and can lead to customer satisfaction. Ease of calculation fluency (processing fluency) will change their price perception and increase purchase intention for a final price that is consistent between the original price and the selling price is much cheaper than under inconsistent conditions, even though the magnitude of the discount under conditions of consistent final prices is lower than under inconsistent final price conditions. This research is a quantitative study and the respondents in this study were 100 respondents. In this study, the samples were taken by means of nonprobability sampling, namely by accidental sampling technique. Based on data analysis, it is known that there is an effect of odd prices on purchasing decisions, there is an effect of processing fluency on purchasing decisions and processing fluency mediates the relationship between odd prices and purchasing decisions.
