Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see how unemployment and poverty affect criminal behavior in Lampung Utara Regency. The data analysis approach used in this research is multiple linear regression, and the type of data used is secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and Lampung Utara District Police. The results of this study indicate that (1) In Lampung Utara Regency, unemployment has a negative and small impact on criminal activity. (2) Poverty has a positive but small impact on criminal activity in Lampung Utara Regency Keywords : Crime, Unemployment and Poverty

Abstract

Public health is a vital resource for the growth and life of a nation. One effort to improve health degrees is to improve environmental health. Environmental health is an important factor in social life, even being a determinant of the welfare of the population. Health is one of the essential human resources needed to sustain economic development. This is because health is a prerequisite to increasing productivity, so health and economics have a powerful influence on one another. Health affects the economy, with high public health levels, the productivity of human labor is also high. When comparing the welfare rates of various community groups, it is important to look at life expectancy and annual income levels. In countries with better health rates, the average live longer, which means they have a financial opportunity to earn more. According to kotabumi's rate of life expectancy and public health, it is concluded that the region's health status still requires special attention. Keywords : Health, Ecomomics, and Life Expectancy

Abstract

Business is never-ending, this business is increasingly growing along with the development of the population and a lifestyle that wants everything to be served quickly. The businesses that we often encounter are in the form of accommodation such as hotels. A hotel is a building that is managed commercially by providing accommodation facilities for the public with service facilities. A hotel is a building with many rooms that is rented out as a place to stay and eat for people who are traveling, or a form of commercially managed investment, provided for everyone to obtain services, lodging, food and drink. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of macroeconomic variables on the Indonesian Sharia stock price index. The macro variables in this study are inflation and the rupiah exchange rate. This research is quantitative research with an associative approach. The samples in this study were taken from January 2018 to December 2022. Data analysis used the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression with partial tests. The results of this study indicate that inflation has a positive and significant effect on the Islamic stock price index, while the rupiah exchange rate has a negative and significant effect on the Islamic stock price index in Indonesia. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination is 47.9 percent. Keywords : Inflation, Rupiah Exchange Rate, Indonesian Syariah Stock Index

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of variables brand experience, perceived quality, value, brand love to brand loyalty. This research uses a quantitative method approach through techniques purposive sampling. This research obtained 192 respondents, respondents aged 18-35 years, domiciled in JABODETABEK (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi), and had purchased Janji Jiwa products more than once. This research uses the method Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS).The results of this research show brand loyalty formed because it is influenced by value and brand love. Next, increase perceived quality influenced by brand experience, brand experience and perceived quality influence on value. The findings of this research can be used as an assessment of the Janji Jiwa product in increasing customer loyalty. Janji Jiwa’s brand is a coffee shop in Indonesia that is liked by many people. A positive customer experience regarding the purchase of Janji Jiwa products can expand the Janji Jiwa brand.

Abstract

International trade is the main pillar of the global economy, therefore the government's role is needed to improve the quality and quantity of international trade, especially exports, by implementing import duty exemption policies and providing incentives for MSMEs. The government must also be able to take advantage of the potential for market expansion and improve people's welfare. However, strict supervision of imports is also needed to protect domestic industry from the negative impacts of international trade. The government needs to use various instruments, such as tariffs and import quotas, to strike a balance between protecting local industry and meeting domestic needs. Free trade agreements are also an important instrument for opening wider market access. This research highlights the key role of government in managing the dynamics of international trade for sustainable economic growth and societal welfare. Abstract

This research aims to see the influence of the Covid-19 pandemic on the volume of exports and imports of Indonesian rice commodities compared to the period before the Covid-19 pandemic using data for three years before the Covid-19 pandemic was officially announced in Indonesia. This research uses a library study method by using data collected and then studying and reading several library sources via electronic media. The library sources used in this paper are scientific journals and secondary sources in the form of data that has been processed by government agencies. The results of this research show that there was a decrease in the average volume of exports and imports of Indonesian rice commodities during the Covid-19 pandemic which was caused by restrictions on the mobility of goods and services entering from abroad as part of the implementation of health protocols. Abstract

Poverty is a social problem that has always been an important issue in regional development programs because it is related to people's welfare. This research was conducted to determine the magnitude of the influence of Regions' Transfer Funds and Village Funds directly on the Poverty Level as well as by moderating Local Own-source Revenue in East Java during the period 2015–2021. The research population was 29 districts in East Java Province. Data with an observation span of 7 years resulted in 203 datasets in the form of historical data on Regional Original Income, Transfer Funds to Regions, Village Funds, and Regional Expenditures, and the number of poverty figures collected from the official website of the Ministry of Finance and Indonesia's central statistical agency. The data analysis method used is the SEM-PLS analysis model. The results showed that the Village Fund variable had a positive effect on the Poverty Level, but Regions' Transfer Funds had no effect while Local Own-source Revenue did not moderate the effect of Regions' Transfer Funds and Village Funds on Poverty Levels. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of five variables, namely procedural justice, organizational trust, organizational commitment, in assessing job crafting's impact on strengthening or weakening the relationship between procedural justice and work engagement. The research is analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with 200 respondents from Civil Servants in the Indonesian National Police (Polri). The results show that procedural justice has a positive effect on organizational trust, organizational commitment, and work engagement. Organizational commitment positively influences work engagement, and job crafting moderates the procedural justice variable's impact on work engagement. Abstract

Public health center is facility service organizing health​ effort health society and efforts health individual level First with more prioritize effort promotive and preventive , for reach degrees health community in the work area . One of The health centers in Bogor City are: Public health center Pulo Armyn Bogor City, where Public health center the using the website as a media provider information related service Public health center . For know level satisfaction user end to a website, then need did it study about analysis level satisfaction user end from that website. Researcher do analysis related level satisfaction user at the end of the website using the End User Computing Satisfaction Method with 6 indicators in the his that is regarding Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease of Use, Timeliness. Data collection is carried out with spread questionnaire to employees and residents who live there place live in the Bogor City area, distribution questionnaire done for 2 weeks with total respondent data namely 107 users . Data obtained tabulated with compile to in table and calculated magnitude percentage its , validity test and reliability test his with using Rstudio tools. Result of research that has been done showing that 57 users feel satisfied with amount percentage 53.3%. Followed with 34 users feel No satisfied with percentage 31.8 %, 14 users feel very satisfied with amount percentage 13.1% and 2 users feel very not satisfied with amount percentage 1.9%.
