This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy on accounting students' personal financial management. Chen & Volpe, (1998) states that financial literacy is defined as the ability to manage finances so that life can be more prosperous in the future. In this case, it is not only knowledge about managing finances, but also the behavior of each individual student in increasing financial literacy. The sample of this research was 187 Accounting Students with data collection using a questionnaire. The results showed that financial literacy has an effect on personal financial management of accounting students with a significance value of t of 0.000 <0.05, which is significant or H0 is rejected, meaning that there is a significant relationship between financial literacy and personal financial management of accounting students. The results of the research correlations between the independent variable and the dependent variable R are known to be 0,697 this number shows the level of correlation or relationship between the two variables is at the interpretation of 0.50 - 07.0 with a strong correlation with a Coefficient of Determination of 48,6% and the rest are other variables that are not the focus of research This. The stock price is the price formed between supply and demand that occurs in the market. In addition, stock prices reflect the performance of a company which tends to fluctuate in the short term while in the long term good companies tend to increase. When the stock price of a company is high, the value of the company in the eyes of investors is also good and vice versa. The pharmaceutical industry is one of the sectors that has performed well and contributed significantly to the national economy. This study aims to determine the Return On Assets, Current Ratio and Total Asset Turnover on Stock Prices in Pharmaceutical Companies listed on the IDX for the 2016-2020 period either partially, simultaneously or dominantly. The sample in this study were 8 companies obtained by purposive sampling method. The data collection method used is documentation. This study uses Panel Data Regression Analysis, Classical Assumption Test, t-test and F-test using the eviews 12 program. Based on research with a significance level of 0.05, partial results obtained: ROA has no effect and is not significant with a probability value (0.6075 > 0.05). CR has no effect and is not significant with the probability value (0.2601 > 0.05). TATO has a significant effect on the probability value (0.0105 <0.05). Simultaneously ROA, CR and TATO have a significant effect on stock prices with a probability value (0.0000 <0.05). R Square value of 87% is influenced by the above variables while the remaining 13% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study. Zakat is an important instrument in efforts to eradicate poverty in society. Dompet Dhuafa has implemented a fundraising strategy through technology aimed at increasing the collection of zakat funds. Increasing zakat collection needs to be balanced with the ability to distribute zakat funds and readiness to face potential risks. Amil's work productivity is needed to be able to collect large amounts of zakat funds and at the same time be able to distribute zakat funds. This research aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and amil's competence on amil's work productivity at LAZNAS Dompet Dhuafa. This research uses a quantitative-descriptive approach. Respondents in this study were 75 people using simple random sampling techniques. Data was collected through filling out questionnaires by respondents. The results of the research show that the processing indicators influence the test using PLS-SEM (Structural Equation Model). The results of the research show that the indicators which have the highest average score on each variable include the need for affiliation on the work motivation variable, spiritual competence on the amil competence variable, and ability and improving the results achieved on the work productivity variable, test results of the model of the influence of work motivation and Amil's competence on work productivity shows an R-Square figure of 0.47 while the remaining 0.53 is influenced by other factors not examined in this research. Another finding from the influence test results is that the amil competency coefficient has a significant direct influence of 0.655. This shows that the better the amil's competence, the higher the work productivity produced by the amil. This research has limitations in the variables studied and the number of respondents. This research has high originality because it is in accordance with the challenges faced by national zakat institutions today. Keywords: Amil Zakat, Motivation, Competence, Work Productivity

This study aims to understand the impact of Hedonic Shopping Motivation on impulsive buying behavior among Millennial users of Shopee e-commerce. A quantitative approach was utilized in this research, with a questionnaire as the data collection tool. The sample consisted of 172 respondents who are Shopee e-commerce users. The results indicated that Hedonic Shopping Motivation has a significant influence on impulsive buying behavior among Millennial Shopee users, with a t-significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. This demonstrates a significant relationship between Hedonic Shopping Motivation and impulsive buying behavior on Shopee among Millennials. The study also found a correlation of 0.540 between the independent and dependent variables, indicating a strong relationship between these variables. The coefficient of determination shows that 29.16% of the variation in impulsive buying behavior can be explained by the Hedonic Shopping Motivation variable, while the remaining portion is due to other factors not addressed in this study. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect labor wages at the Harapan Bersama Savings and Loans Cooperative in East Lombok Regency. This study uses an associative quantitative approach in the form of primary and secondary data. The analytical model used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis processed using SPSS software. The population in this study are all Cooperative employees. Data collection techniques used were interviews, documentation and observation by distributing questionnaires. The results of this study partially show that the level of education and years of service have a significant effect on wages, while the variables of gender and age have no significant effect on labor wages at the Harapan Bersama Savings and Loans Cooperative in East Lombok Regency. Simultaneously it shows that the level of education, gender, age, and years of service have a significant effect on labor wages at the Harapan Bersama Savings and Loans Cooperative in East Lombok Regency. Creative economy is a concept in the new economic era that allows communities to start businesses and channel their innovative ideas to create something new and different. This research aims to understand the role of the creative economy in increasing the income of woven rope artisans in Kalianda, viewed from the perspective of Islamic economics. This is a qualitative study that employs a descriptive approach. This research finds that making woven ropes is very difficult, and the wages earned differ from the weaving ropes process. However, poverty keeps the artisans engaged in weaving rope work. As observed, most woven rope artisans in Kalianda still rely on their income from crafting woven ropes to make a living. These craftsmen are reluctant to remain idle and dependent on others; they work enthusiastically to meet their livelihood needs. Keywords : Creative economy, Income, Islamic economics.

Even though inter-island trade is important and Sumatra is Indonesia's second largest economy, Sumatra imports more from other islands in Indonesia than exports. This research will be carried out descriptively to determine the trade structure of the island of Sumatra with other islands in Indonesia and potential sector purchases in downstream. This study uses secondary data published by the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). The secondary data used is the input-output data table between Indonesian regions, domestic transactions based on producer prices according to 6 island groups and 17 business fields in 2016. The results of this study indicate that trade between Sumatra and other islands suffers a slight loss because there are more imports from other islands. compared to export output by Sumatra. The use of output from the island of Sumatra is almost balanced between final demand and intermediate demand. The majority of Sumatra's output circulates in the Sumatra region only. Sumatra trade interaction is dominant with the island of Java. From a sector perspective, the majority of Sumatra's exports come from the manufacturing sector as well as the sector with the largest output value. Even though it has the largest output value, this sector is the most powerful in driving progress in the upstream sector. As for downstream, the Electricity and Gas Procurement sector has the greatest potential in terms of impacting progress on the downstream sector. Keywords : Economic Sector, IRIO, Inter-Island Trade.

This Study aim for know Utilization of e-commerce in Development of Small and Micro Enterprises Medium (MSMEs) Handicrafts weaving Tapis in Subdistrict Kotabumi selatan reviewed in Perspective Islamic Economics. Study this use approach qualitative with method studies case. Technique data collection used is technique interview in a manner depth, documentation, and observation. Data collection and determination informant study use technique purposive and snowball. Research data sources that is using primary data and secondary data. Inspection or data validation using technique triangulation that is triangulation source and triangulation method. Results study this showing that utilization of e-commerce in MSMEs development in Subdistrict Kotabumi selatan enough maximum, the proven with exists effort use of digital media in the form of e-commerce in development effort. The increasingly worrying condition of the earth requires humans to be aware of environmental damage, and one of the efforts is to buy green products. This study will examine the effect of environmental awareness and green advertising on purchasing decisions for labelled bottled mineral water. The study population amounted to 679 who were Economics Education students from public universities in Central Java—obtained a sample based on the Slovin formula 252 students. The study used the theory of consumer purchasing decisions. Validity and reliability tests were used to test SPSS 25-assisted research instruments, followed by four prerequisite analysis tests. Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the effect of more than two independent variables. The result found that environmental awareness (0.000) and green advertising (0.000) positively and significantly impacted purchasing decisions for labelled bottled mineral water, with the magnitude of the effect being 48%. The results showed the importance of environmental awareness and green advertising to encourage students to make decisions to buy green products.
