Abstract

Repurchase interest is the most important target in the field Repurchase interest is the most important target in the marketing sector, so companies must pay attention to related factors. The aim of this research is to determine the moderating role of gender on the influence of brand image, product quality and price on consumer attitudes and their impact on repurchase intention. This type of research is correlational with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique will begin by distributing an initial questionnaire to 30 respondents to determine valid statements, which will then be analyzed using factor analysis. The data collected was processed using (PLS-SEM). Brand Image, Product Quality, Price influence Consumer Attitudes and Consumer Attitudes influence Repurchase Intention. Gender has a moderating effect on the influence of Brand Image and Price on Consumer Attitudes. Gender does not have a moderating effect on the influence of product quality on consumer attitudes and repurchase intention. Companies should improve their brand image by providing customer ideas, creating digital marketing that is considered effective and conducive, using good quality raw materials to produce a good perception of the product and further researchers should expand the scope of research variables.

Abstract

Concert organizers in Bali are increasing almost every year, this project requires consideration of many things that can affect the decision to buy tickets and from this the organizer relies on services such as event organizers to help run the project smoothly. Balinese entertainment and cultural performances attract the attention of tourists and increase the resources of local communities, so that performances and entertainment in Bali are increasingly prominent in the world of arts and are able to compete in their class. The purpose of this study is to analyze service quality, purchase interest, and brand trust on purchasing decisions for Joyland Festival concert tickets. This research method uses purposive sampling with a sample of 126 respondents with predetermined characteristics and this research data collection method is collected through questionnaires, using SmartPLS 4.0 analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that purchase intention, brand trust, and service quality influence purchasing decisions. Due to adding factors that influence purchasing choices, it is hoped that future researchers can expand the scope of their research.

Abstract

The era of globalization, development phenomena are described in increasingly complex problems. The management of Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Desa/ABDes) in Jurang Jero Village, Gading District, Probolinggo Regency has been implemented in accordance with the budget management mechanism, from the preparation stage, assessment stage, alternative activity planning stage (planning), action plan formulation stage, activity implementation stage (implementation), Evaluation stage and termination stage. And there are also factors that hamper Village APBDes Management in the Village, namely the difficulty of unifying Perceptions Regarding Budget Use, Reporting Systems and Disbursement Mechanisms which are influenced by the quality of Human Resources. APBDes Management Efforts are to Unify Perceptions Regarding Budget Use, Reporting Systems and Disbursement Mechanisms. In this way, the inhibiting factors in APBDes Management in Jurang Jero Village, Gading District, Probolinggo Regency, have been resolved. The type of research used in this research is qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques using interview techniques and interview guides were used only in the form of an outline of the problem. Assessment of alternative activity planning stages (planning), action plan formulation stage (formulation action plan), implementation stage, evaluation stage, and termination stage. The inhibiting factor in managing the Village Budget and Expenditures in Jurang Jero Village, Gading District, Probolinggo Regency is the difficulty of unifying perceptions regarding the use of budgets and reporting systems, as well as disbursement mechanisms.

Abstract

Online shopping has become a new culture along with the growth of startups in the world of online shopping, this culture is increasingly growing and developing among people who increasingly want convenience and sophistication in their lives. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Celebrity-Product Congruence on Purchase Intention with Source Credibility and Parasocial Relationship as Intervening Variables on Tiktok Live Streaming. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study is the entire community who use the Tiktok application and who know Fujianti Utami. This research uses primary data. The total sample for this research was 189 respondents. Sampling technique in this research. using purposive sampling. This research uses SMARTPLS 3.0 software. This research uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this research are that source credibility has a positive influence on purchase intention. Source credibility has a positive influence on parasocial relationships. Parasocial relationship mediates the relationship between source credibility and purchase intention. Parasocial relationships have a positive influence on purchase intention. Celebrity product congruence has a positive influence on source credibility. Source credibility mediates the relationship between celebrity product congruence and purchase intention. Source credibility mediates the relationship between celebrity product congruence and parasocial relationships. Source credibility and parasocial relationship mediate the relationship between celebrity product congruence and purchase intention.

Abstract

The ability of human resources is formed by the character or behavior of each employee and the company's external environment. High concern for human resource development is expected to be a way to maintain and improve quality, so that it has an impact on improving employee performance in a company. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of motivation, compensation, work discipline, and leadership on employee performance. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all employees of PT Dan Liris in Sukoharjo. The sampling technique used in this study uses one type of Non-Probability Sampling, namely Purposive Sampling.  The number of samples of this study were 154 respondents. this research uses primary data. The data processing method in this study is to use SPSS version 29.0 software.  The results of this study are motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Compensation has no effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of service quality dimensions of sub-district office employees on community satisfaction in Sendangijo village, Selogiri District. The type of research used in the research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were people aged 17-40 years in Sendangijo Village, Selogiri District, totaling 715 people. The sampling technique in this research is non-probability sampling. The number of samples in this study was 107 respondents. The data source for this research is primary data. The data analysis technique in this research uses the Classic Assumption Test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis test. The results of the research show that the reliability of sub-district office employees has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction. The responsiveness of sub-district office employees has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction. Assurance/guarantees held by subdistrict office employees have a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction. The empathy possessed by subdistrict office employees has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction. Tangible/physical evidence owned by subdistrict office employees has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the ijarah financing model for farmers’ capital with a post-harvest return system at BMT Maslahah Cabang Krucil. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. One of the financing products offered by BMT Maslahah Cabang Krucil is ijarah financing with a post-harvest repayment system whose aim is to make it easier for farmers to obtain capital. Members who borrow capital with a post-harvest repayment system can return the capital they have borrowed in several harvests and the collateral required is also not that difficult, but BMT Maslahah The Krucil Branch continues to apply caution in providing loans. So this is one of the factors of public interest in ijarah financing with a post-harvest repayment system and at BMT Maslahah, the Krucil Branch does not apply an interest system but applies a profit sharing system. Where members can pay profit sharing. At the beginning of the loan period or paying in installments every month but cannot pay in full at the end of the due date.

Abstract

This research aims to determine: (1) the influence of Destination Image on the Satisfaction of Visitors to the Bogor Botanical Gardens, (2) the influence of Tourist Attractions on the Satisfaction of Visitors to the Bogor Botanical Gardens, (3) the influence of Destination Image and Tourist Attractions on the Satisfaction of Visitors to the Bogor Botanical Gardens. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire-based survey distributed to 105 respondents. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with the characteristics of respondents, namely tourists who have visited the Bogor Botanical Garden once in the past year. The data analysis methods used are descriptive analysis, SEM-PLS analysis, outer model, inner model, and hypothesis testing using SmartPLS version 4 software. Based on the test results, the data obtained are as follows: (1) Destination image partially has a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction at the Bogor Botanical Gardens, (2) Tourist attraction partially has a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction at the Bogor Botanical Gardens, (3) Destination image and tourist attraction simultaneously have a significant effect on visitor satisfaction at the Bogor Botanical Gardens, (4) Tourist Attraction is the variable that has the most influence on visitor satisfaction to the Bogor Botanical Gardens. Abstract

Global transformation towards sustainable mobility, the electric vehicle (EV) industry plays an important role in creating a cleaner and environmentally friendly future with the journey towards sustainable mobility, PT PLN (Persero) plays an important role in supporting the electric vehicle ecosystem in Indonesia. With more than a thousand Public Electric Vehicle Charging Stations (SPKLU) operating by the end of 2023, PT PLN confirms its commitment to accelerate the transition to clean mobility. However, technical challenges, change management, and organizational culture are obstacles that must be overcome. This research method uses a qualitative approach to understand PT PLN's strategy in supporting the electric vehicle ecosystem in Indonesia. PT PLN's strategy in supporting clean mobility includes infrastructure development, strategic partnerships, home charging installation initiatives, and the application of digital technology. Through holistic analysis, it highlights the importance of effective change management and an inclusive organizational culture. The results of this research provide insight into best practices in supporting the electric vehicle ecosystem and provide input for designing more effective policies. By continuing to strengthen infrastructure, develop partnerships, empower communities, technological innovation and good change management, PT PLN can strengthen its role as a leader in clean mobility and contribute to global sustainable development goals.

Abstract

The Indonesian beauty industry has experienced very rapid development in recent years. This can be seen from the increasing number of local and international beauty brands offering various facial skin care products and services. The aim of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of promotion, price and purchasing decisions on facial skin care products which is moderated by brand image. This research method uses a quantitative type of research with the aim of collecting and analyzing numerical data to answer questions. Primary data was collected through distributing questionnaires online. The population used in this research were FEB UMS students. The sample in this study were Feb UMS students who had used Wardah brand skincare products 1-2 times or >2 times. To determine the research sample size, the researcher measured the size of the sample that would be researched. Referring to Hair's opinion, namely, the number of indicators x 5. In this study the number of indicator questions was 21 items, so 21 indicators x 5, namely 105 respondents. This research uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis techniques with Partial Least Square (PLS), a smart PLS software tool to analyze and process data. From the research results, it was found that promotions and prices do not have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Product quality has an influence on purchasing decisions. Brand image has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. And brand image is able to mediate the variables of promotion, price and product quality on Wardah skincare purchasing decisions.
