Abstract

Designing a Web-Based Printing Service Ordering Information System for CV Multigraph is a project aimed at developing an efficient and practical information system for online printing service orders. CV Multigraph is a printing company that offers a variety of printing services to its customers. In this research, the author designed and implemented an information system that enables customers to easily place orders through the web platform. Utilizing modern web technology, the system harnesses the power of the internet to expedite and streamline the ordering process. The system allows customers to choose their desired printing services, upload design files, select print quantities and sizes, and provide specific instructions. Upon completion of the order, customers receive real-time order status updates and confirmations. Additionally, the system facilitates CV Multigraph in managing incoming orders. Printing staff can view the list of ongoing orders, schedule production, and send confirmation messages to customers, enhancing service effectiveness and responsiveness to customer needs. The methodology used is Extreme Programming, which encompasses analysis, planning, design, coding, and testing. The system development utilizes web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. The result is an efficient, practical, and user-friendly printing service ordering information system for CV Multigraph customers. The system is expected to enhance customer experience, expedite the ordering process, and improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction for CV Multigraph.   Keywords: information system, ordering, printing service, CV Multigraph, web- based.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, there are many different types of businesses that can be found in Indonesia, both on a small and large scale. In this case, the government always strives to provide support for MSMEs so that they can create thriving businesses in each of their respective fields. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The research results show that: 1) The wage level and the F Test for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises both have a simultaneous influence on unemployment in Lampung Province . 2) Based on the findings of a partial test (t test) comparing SMEs, the response rate in East Java Province has decreased. This can be explained by the calculated t value of 27.85499 but the t table value is only 2.13185. The calculated t value obtained exceeds the t table significantly, or the significance level of 0.00 is smaller than 0.05. Action in Lampung Province will decrease by 22.2% with the growth of micro and small businesses, according to the regression coefficient of 0.222454 or 22.2%. 3) The level of wages in MSMEs has a negative impact on reducing income in Lampung Province , according to the partial test (t test) between them. This can be explained by the fact that the calculated t value, namely -7.082008, is substantially smaller than the t table value, 2.13185, or by using a significant threshold of 0.0021 < 0.05. The response rate in Lampung province will decrease by 3.92% when the wage rate for micro, small and medium enterprises is increased, according to the regression coefficient of -3.920577, or 3.92%. Abstract

The purpose of the study is to determine the Organizational Climate, Engagement, and Commitment simultaneously on Performance with Leadership as a Moderation Variable (Empirical Study on ASN Directorate General of Regional Development, Ministry of Home Affairs). This study uses a type of causal associative research with a quantitative approach. The population in this case is all SUPD III employees and the total sample used is 67 respondents with a sampling technique using the Krecjie Table. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires with data analysis using validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression analysis, moderation regression analysis, determination test, t test and f test. Based on the results of the T test, it is known that each independent variable of Organizational Climate, Engagement , and Commitment has an effect on Performance. In the Coefficient of Determination (R2) test, it can be seen that the Adjusted R Square value obtained is 0.580 (58%). This shows that the independent variables of Organizational Climate, Engagement, and Commitment have a strong ability to explain the bound variables (Perfromance) in this case learning. The remaining 42% was influenced by other factors that could not be explained in this study. Keywords: Organizational Climate, Engagement, Commitment, Performance, Leadership.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether Third Party Funds, Loan to Deposit Ratio, and Capital Adequacy Ratio have a partial and simultaneous effect on Return On Assets. The population in this research is banks registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018 - 2022, totaling 45 banks, then the sample was determined using the Purposive Sampling method so that a sample of 7 banks was obtained. The analytical methods used are the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, t test, f test, and coefficient of determination test. Data testing was carried out using IBM SPSS Statistics 27 Software. The results of this research show that: 1) Third Party Funds partially have a significant effect on Return on Assets. If Third Party Funds experience an increase, this will be followed by an increase in Return On Assets. 2) Loan to Deposit Ratio partially has a significant effect on Return on Assets. A high LDR ratio can cause banks to earn greater profits as loans increase. 3) Capital Adequacy Ratio partially has a significant effect on Return on Assets. A high CAR indicates that the bank has sufficient capital to cover risks that may arise from its operational activities. 4) Third Party Funds, Loan to Deposit Ratio and Capital Adequacy Ratio simultaneously have a significant effect on Return On Assets with a coefficient of determination of 52.2%.
