Abstract

Volleyball is a medium for developing achievements. Volleyball achievements can be started from school, namely by taking part in extracurricular activities as a forum for development and to improve the quality of the game both strategically and technically. The purpose of the identification (improving underpassing skills through paired drill exercises in volleyball games) is to increase the effectiveness of the use of underpassing. Underpassing is one of the techniques that determines the attack in a volleyball game, whether it is defending or being the start of an attack. The aim of this research is to find out how the paired drill training program influences students' underpassing technique when competing. The method used in this research is quantitative (experiment), using pre-experiment with one group pretest-posttest as a form of research design. The results of this research had an average pretest of 3.00 and posttest of 4.29. From the results of the hypothesis test, the p-value obtained is 0.000 based on the test criteria that this value is smaller than 0.05, which shows that there is a significant difference. From the results of the discussion, it can be concluded that pair drill training on bottom passing skills has a good or increasing impact so it needs to be a recommendation or an illustration that can be used by teachers, trainers, extracurricular coaches in schools to be used as a reference for research that has a good impact. Very good. This training program is suitable for improving students' lower passing techniques when competing.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the improvement of physical fitness through traditional games. The design used in this research is quasi experiment. The population in this study were 4th and 5th grade students. The subjects of this study were 20 students. Data collection using the TKJI test for ages 9-10 years. Data analysis techniques using t-test analysis, through prerequisite tests of normality and homogeneity. The results of hypothesis testing using paired samples T-tests. The results of the paired samples t-test statistical analysis of the traditional game control group have a sig value of 0.1111 > 0.05, meaning that the traditional game exercise control group has no significant difference between the initial variable and the final variable. While the traditional game exercise of the Experimental Group has a sig value of 0.001 < 0.05 so that it can be interpreted that there is a significant difference between the initial variable and the final variable. It is concluded that the traditional game exercises of the control group did not increase, while the traditional game exercises of the experimental group increased significantly, the increase was initially 12.70 increased to 14.40 the amount of increase was 1.7.

Abstract

SMAN 17 Garut has extracurricular futsal activities, but its achievements are still relatively low. This study aims to reveal the effect of the power play training program on the goalkeeper's role in futsal matches when competing. The method used in this research is quantitative, using an experimental approach with a pre-experiment design with one group pretest-post test. The population of this study included all futsal extracurricular students. This study uses non probability sampling with total sampling or saturated sampling techniques. The data collection technique in this study used a playing skills test or GPAI. The data analysis process uses the SPSS version 26 program, and includes normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing. The results have an average pretest of 0.3086 and posttest of 0.3986. From the results of the hypothesis test, the p-value obtained is 0.000 based on the test criteria that the value is smaller than 0.05 which indicates that there is a significant difference. The results of the discussion can be concluded that power play training on goalkeeper contributions during futsal games has a good or increasing impact.

Abstract

Sleep quality is a person's level of satisfaction with their sleep. 43.7% of the Indonesian population aged > 19 years has a poor level of sleep quality. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of yoga and poundfit exercises on sleep quality, and to determine the comparison of the effect between yoga and poundfit exercises on sleep quality in women aged 30-40 years. The method uses a pretest-posttest group design with a quantitative descriptive approach. The sample was determined using purposive sampling technique with a total of 14 samples with the criteria of women aged 30-40 years with normal BMI. Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) questionnaire. Samples received yoga and poundfit interventions with a duration of 45 - 60 minutes / day for 3x / week in 1 month. The results of the effect test using the paired t test obtained the results of p 0.008 <0.05 for the yoga exercise group and p 0.006 <0.05 for the poundfit group, so the results showed that there was an effect of yoga exercises and poundfit on sleep quality. Comparison test using independent t-test with the results of p 0.951> 0.05, it can be concluded that there is no difference in the influence between yoga and poundfit groups on sleep quality in women aged 30-40 years.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of students' physical fitness whether there is an influence with traditional sports games. This research design is one-group pretest posttest design. The population was all students of SDN Sidorejo 2 Ngawi. The sample of this study was 20 students in grades IV and V. Instrument data is the TKJI test in children aged 10 to 12 years. Hypothesis testing used is the TKJI instrument test in children aged 10 to 12 years. Data analysis techniques using t-test analysis, swimmer normality and homogeneity tests, and hypothesis testing, are data analysis techniques. The t-test in hypothesis testing produces a t-count value of 3.538 which is greater than 1.730 on the t-table. (3,538 > 1,730). Therefore, there is a significant difference between the data before and after the treatment. The average value during the pretest was 12.40 and the average value for posttest data was 13.95. These results indicate that the level of physical fitness increased by 1.55 or 10.58% after the provision of traditional sports. In this case it can be said that the increase in students' physical fitness after learning through traditional sports is 10.58%. The conclusion is that the physical fitness of classes IV and V of Sidorejo 2 Ngawi State Elementary School increased after the provision of traditional sports.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of footwork training on student agility. This research method is experimental. The population in this study was 30 students. The technique of determining the sample using purposive sampling as many as 20 students. The data analysis technique of this research is paired sample test. The instrument used is shadow training. Based on these results, a correlation value of 0.896 was obtained, which means that there is a very strong relationship between pretest and posttest. From the pretest normality test data obtained with a value of 0.080 > 0.05 and posttest data with a value of 0.306 > 0.05, the data is normally distributed. Homogeneous test for pretest and posttest data is 0.058 which means > 0.05 the data is homogeneous. Data from the hypothesis test used to compare pretest and posttest results with a t value of 5.842 in the t table of 2.179 with a significant p value of 0.000. Therefore, t count 5.842 > t table 2.179 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. From the data analysis, description, testing of research results, and discussion that has been done, it can be concluded that footwork training has an effect on increasing agility.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of caffeine in coffee on the level of physical fitness in students. Pre-experimental research with one group pretest posttest design. This sample was selected by purposive sampling, respondents carried out normal learning activities for 8 meetings with the first pretest using the Indonesian student physical fitness test instrument without giving coffee, after that learning according to the lesson plan for 6 meetings with the treatment of giving coffee one hour before learning and posttest with the same test instrument as the first meeting with coffee. The results of the pretest and posttest data analysis were carried out with the T-Test (Paired Sample Test) test. The fitness value of respondents after the stimulus using coffee showed an increase. The conclusion of this study is that the results of the value of the posttest from each test instrument have the results of the paired sample T-test test value with the "Test Statistic" outpot sig value (2-tailed) < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), so it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted, so it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of the results of giving treatment in the form of caffeine intake on physical fitness to improve the learning process carried out at SMAN 1 Dramaga.
