Abstract

This research is knowing effect on employee productivity monitoring the production of PT Sunson Textile Manufacturer, Supervision as an independent variable  (x) and labor productivity as the dependent variable (y), and this study takes the number of respondents  as many as 48 people. Data obtained through the questionnaire and then further processed to be tested  through statistical  analysis such as a simple regression nalysis,  t-test and correlation analysis and determination with the help of using SPSP version 17. Result show than the results  of  t-test of hypothesis testing.  (5,757 ) (2,013 ). This ni indicates that moitoring signifikan effect on the level of employee productivity. The amount of supervision on employee productivity in the production of PT Sunson textile manufacturer PT sunson Textile manufacturer Thorn is at 41,9 %.

Abstract

The development of the coffee shop business is influenced by the socio-economic development of the community and lifestyle changes. This condition is spurring for the growth of coffee shops by carrying the concept of modernization in an effort to increase consumer satisfaction. The level of customer satisfaction can be measured using the instruments of tangible dimensions, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The level of satisfaction measurement is done by using a questionnaire and 5 dimensions of quality measurement. Consumer satisfaction is a large value of expectations so that consumers feel their needs are met. Achieving satisfaction by 81.40%. impact on increasing sales. A high level of customer satisfaction can increase sales volume by 41.9% and the following month it rises to 49.50%. The data shows that customer satisfaction is one of the factors that can increase sales volume.

Abstract

The focus of the problem in this study examines the factors that play a role in improving teacher performance in the city of Bandung. In this study the performance of teachers can be determined by the principal managerial leadership (planning, communication, organizing, supervision). This study aims to find out, obtain a description and analysis of the effectiveness of managerial leadership of principals, teacher performance, and measure the effect of effectiveness of managerial leadership of principals on teacher performance. This research is done by using quantitative approach with survey method. The design of this study is grouped into descriptive and verification research to analyze the causality relationship between the variables studied. Samples in this study were 3 SMKN in Bandung and Primary data source obtained from questionnaires to 271 respondents. The result of descriptive analysis shows that the overall effectiveness of managerial leadership of headmaster and teacher performance is good, but still not optimal so that required improvement of performance, especially dimension can mingle effectively, development of pedagogic ability, financial compensation.

Abstract

This research intends to know how much contribution of funding allocation to the program improving  quality of early childhood education. This is based on the program of improving quality of early childhood education is closely related to the allocation of funds provided. Starting from the problems,the purpose of this research are  to know how much contribution and effectiveness of funding allocation to the program improving quality of early childhood education. The method used in this research is descriptive research method with quantitative approach. While the data collection method used are observation, questionnaire and documentation. The result of this reseach concluded that contribution of funding allocation to the program improving quality of early childhood education included in the medium (enough) category with the percentage of 46,69% each year. While the effectiveness of the quality improvement program of early childhood with the percentage of 82,6% included in the very effective category.

Abstract

Purpose  ?  To  know  the  implementation  of  school-based  quality  improvement  management (MPMBS) in an effort to improve the effectiveness of learning process at SMP Negeri 23 Bandung. Findings ? The declining quality and competitiveness of education have become one of the obstacles in preparing the reliable human resources and the spirit of global level competition, so that the right strategy is needed to overcome them. Methodology ?The steps taken in the research is using Qualitative Descriptive approach method. Technique of collecting data was done by observation, interview by circulating questionnaire, and documentation study. Data analysis model used is strategy formulation through data reduction, conclusion, verification and SWOT analysis calculation. Testing and Realization ? The result of calculation usingthe Cartesian SWOT diagram is that the coordinate point of school position is at power axis point 0.60 and axis probability 0.75 for strength (S) = 1.80, weakness (W) = 1.20, opportunity (O) = 1.95 and threat (T) = 1.20. The internal Factor Analysis shows a power figure of 1.80 on a scale of 1 to 4 indicates a number that is still lacking in the power category. The difference between S and W is relatively small (0.60), means that the strength is possible to cover the weakness if the school do things that contribute to the power aspect. The External Factor Analysis shows the number of opportunities (O) = 1.95 and Threat (T) = 1.20. The difference between O and T is 0.75 can be used as an input to improve the ability and look for other opportunities from outside. In the analysis of Cartesian SWOT diagram with strength axispoint 0.60 and probability axis0.75 can be obtained a strategy that is considered appropriate for the school,  that  is  the  aggressive  strategy,  to  improve  the  power  aspects  (S)  to  obtain  value Opportunities (O) from the outside effectively and efficiently

Abstract

Dalam program pengurangan volume sampah melalui  program 3R sangat diperlukan kesadaran dan komitmen semua pihak, juga masyarakat sebagai penghasil sampah dalam mewujudkan system pengelolaan sampah ramah lingkungan dan berkelanjutan. Menjadi penting untuk terus mengembangkan pengelolaan sampah dengan konsep berbasis masyarakat yaitu 3R( Reduce/pengurangan volume-Reuse/penggunaan kembali-Recycle/daur ulang). Karena  keberhasilan program 3R ini sangat ditentukan oleh kesadaran dan partisipasi masyarakat,maka proses pemberdayaan dan pendampingan kepada masyarakat menjadi sangat penting. Proses pemberdayaan dilakukan untuk menyiapkan masyarakat dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pengelolaan sampah terpadu dengan metode 3R skala sumber dan kawasan secara mandiri, sedangkan pendampingan dilakukan ketika masyarakat melakukan kegiatan ujicoba pemilahan sampah, pembuatan kompos, daur ulang, pengumpulan sampah dan lain-lain.

Abstract

The results ofthis studyare expected to contributeto expanding the horizons for the study ofsciencein general management, hospital management, especially in managing human resources management, especially in terms of the management work of thenursesso that they canbe used asa reference development offuture studies. This researchis expected to improve the performance of nursesin hospitals AMN Subang PTPN VIII in improvingthe performance ofnursesthat will ultimately improvehealth carein hospital AMN Subang PTPN VIII. The method use disdescriptive survey method of verification. Data collectionis to use questionnaires to the nurses who responded, ie all nurses who work in inpatient hospitalunitsAMN Subang PTPN VIII. The data collectionwas conducted inMay 2014. Techniquesof data analysis using path analysis(path analysis). The results showed that leadership, communication and motivationin the category quit ewell although there are still some short coming sand constraintson the factorsthat influence it, as well asthe performance of nursesin health careactivities. Effect of partial (individual) leadership to motivation that is equal to34.3%, the communication of the motivations of 34.4%, the motivationon the performance of 67.1%, whereas the effect together (simultaneously) leadership and communication and their impacton motivationon the performance o fnurses by 68.6% .

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of changing cash transactions to non-cash on customer satisfaction at the Pasteur Purbaleunyi Bandung Toll Gate. This research used descriptive quantitative method with 100 respondents. SPSS version 25 was used to analyze the data and Simple Linier Regression Test and Pearson Product Moment Correlationas the analysis technique. The result are value of t result> t table, that is 14,862 > 1,661. And the result of Adjust R Square analysis are value of R Square Coefficient are 0,693 or 69,3%. It?s mean that non cash transactions has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Pasteur Toll Gate.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze what are the factors that can cause bad debt to KUDRahmat Widodo, Sruweng, Kebumen. Independent variables used in this study include Character (X Conditions (X1), Capacity (X2), Capital (X 3), Collateral (X 4), 5). While the independent variable used is the Bad Debt (Y). The  methods  of  data  collection  was  conducted  throught  questionnaires, interviews, and with the way the study of literature relating to the subject matter. Data measurement techniques using Guttman Scale, the value is 1 for yes and 0 for no answer. Research methods used are Regression Analysis by using SPSS version 16. Hypothesis testing using t-test and F test.  Research object in this study is USP KUD Rahmat Widodo and the number of respondents is 51 debtor. The results showed that the Capacity and Condition variables significantly influence their bad debt. Collateral and Character variables are not significant influence on bad debt. While the Capital variable does not influence the existence of bad debt. The  advice  given  on  this  study  (1)  for  the  KUD  Rahmat  Widodo  in determining a credit analysis to members should acctually performing checks on prospective debtor, such as 5 C to analyze factors especially factor Capacity and Condition debtor becomes more dominant cause of the bad debt. (2) for futher research that examines the same issue that adds to other variables that research result more accurate. (3) for the public in using loans in accordance with the requirements which have been planned to avoid bad debt.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of liability on net income at Badan Penyelenggaraan Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Ketenagakerjaan period of 2013-2017. The method for this research used quantitative method, collected data by literature study, field study, and review of literature that relevance to the subject. While for data analysis using coefficient pearson product moment, coefficient of determination and linear regression analysis. The conducted of research, the influence of liabilities with net income and after measured correlation is 0,928 which mean very strong. Based on data analysis, a regression estimation model is formed Y = 599195049263,286 + 0,130X that every liability increasingly, it will be followed by increase in net income by Rp 130,- at a constant 599195049263,286. The amount of liability relationship to net income based on the coefficient of determination is 86,20% which means 13,80% influenced by other factor. The company have to solve: 1) increase in tax payable; 2) the amount of accrual expenses that causes an increase in the value of liabilities. The advice given in this study are: 1) pay attention to expense that can trigger the increase in the value of liabilities; 2) re-establish the fair value of available investment assets.
