Abstract

This study aims to investigate the factors inhibiting interest in entrepreneurship, especially in martabak entrepreneurs in Lebaksiu District, Tegal Regency. As the object of this research is in Lebaksiu Subdistrict which is divided into17 villages, researchers used sample three villages namely Lebaksiu Lor, Lebaksiu Kidul and Kajen. Descriptive qualitative methods is a method applied in this research. The data collection techniques used are with observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The results showed that the inhibiting factors in martabak entrepreneurship concisted of factors originating from internal and external factors. Detected internal factors arise from within the entrepreneur martabak such as personal characteristics, experience, ability to control a business and capital factors. The second inhibiting factor is an external factor, which this factor comes from outside the private entrepreneur martabak which includes the environment, recruitment of employees who are proficient in martabak making and promotion to the mass media.

Abstract

Tamarillo Yogurt is a healthy drink developed by a group of students at the Institut Bio Scientia Internasional Indonesia. After several months of sales trial, the product has received a very good response from customers as well as good sales performance. Based on this, the founder aims to continue expanding their business even though the feasibility of the business is unknown yet. This research aims to analyze the business feasibility of Tamarillo Yogurt product. There will be two aspects of analysis, first is non-financial aspects such as market and marketing, management and organizational, technical, legal, socio-economic and environmental. The second is financial aspects that will use criteria such as NPV, IRR, Benefit/Cost Ratio and Payback Periods. In addition, the research will analyze whether the business is affected by the changes in cost and benefit of producing the products. The data used in the research will be based on primary data and secondary data. Based on financial and non-financial aspects, the result of the study shows that the business is feasible and profitable.

Abstract

Article 33 of the 1945 Constitution aspires to the Indonesian economy being managed by the state with the aim of the prosperity of the Indonesian people. But the fact is that prosperity is only enjoyed by certain people and certain groups because the economy is only controlled by those who are only a small part of the Indonesian people. The growth of super markets, modern retail stores such as IndoMart, AlfaMart in all corners of the country, both villages and cities, has displaced traditional markets and caused traditional traders to go out of business. This is a violation of the constitution and must be stopped. Traditional traders are populist economic actors in the economic system, so the state must not commit arbitrariness, such as allowing competition, unhealthy competition between traditional traders and modern retail traders. This study aims: a). Knowing the need for social construction to traditional traders, b). what is the impact of the presence of modern retailers on traditional markets, c). the response of traditional traders to the mushrooming of IndoMart and AlfaMart, d). How should the local government protect Traditional market traders. This study uses a qualitative approach, with its social paradigm of social definition. Data retrieval through in-depth interviews, observation, documentation, while data analysis uses Interactive Miles and Hubermann Models. The results of the study show that it was necessary to do "Social Reconstruction" to traditional traders. The presence of modern markets has resulted in declining sales levels, the flight of buyers from the “Sleko” market, “Besar” market, and other traditional markets. This condition creates an "economic shock" for traditional traders because they felt their territory is "robbed" by traders who have large capital. If this condition is left uncontrolled, it would create social insecurity, namely traders become unemployed, beggars, which shall trigger an increase in crime rates. Local governments must act quickly by doing "Social Trader Reconstruction Traditional". A policy that was oriented to the economy of the people to revive traditional markets and allow traditional traders to resell. Don't treat people only become social objects! Economy, politics of politicians and regional governments at certain times such as the regional elections and the presidential election

Abstract

Ekonomi kreatif ternyata mampu membentuk gelombang ekonomi baru dengan nilai yang sangat fantastis. Kuncinya ada pada membangun barang dan jasa yang berbasis pada inovasi dan kreatifitas. Ragam keunikan budaya, seni, kuliner, dan kerajinan bisa menjadi sumber inspirasi, salah satunya contohnya pada makanan tradisional Opak Ladu, suguhan wajib favorit masyarakat Lamongan pada hari raya idul fitri bagi. Namun makanan tradisonal warisan turun-temurun ini hampir punah keberadaanya karena jumlah produsen yang semakin sedikit sedikit dan kurang minat melestarikannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keberadaan makanan tradisonal Opak Ladu di masyarakat, perkembangan produsen Opak Ladu, dan upaya yang dilakukan untuk mempertahankan Opak Ladu berbasis pada ekonomi kreatif agar mampu mampu menjadi solusi permasalahan ketimpangan ekonomi dan kesejahteraan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptrif dengan pendekatan kualitatif agar mampu mengungkap secara sistematis, faktual, dan akurat mengenai fakta-fakta dan karakteristik objek penelitian di masyarakat Prijekngablak, Kecamatan Karanggeneng, Kabupaten Lamongan. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat Lamongan masih memegang tradisi turun menurun dengan menyajikan Opak Ladu sebagai sajian khas pada hari raya Idul Fitri sehingga penjualan meningkat 95%, namun pada hari biasa permintaan sangat kecil karena konsumen para generasi tua saja sedangkan generasi muda lebih memilik makanan cepat saji. Kecilnya permintaan ini berakibat pada penurunan jumlah Produsen Opak Ladu yang tersisa hanya 6 orang yang seluruhnya sudah berusia tua. Generasi muda enggan menjadi produsen Opak Ladu dan lebh memilih merantau untuk mencari pekerjaan. Masyarakat dan pemerintah daerah telah melakukan upaya pelatihan kewirausahaan kepada produsen Opak Ladu dan ibu-ibu rumahtangga, serta pemerintah desa telah mengikutsertakan produk Opak Ladu ini pada berbagai pameran produk, namun hasilnya belum mampu meningkatkan permintaan Opak Ladu. Saran Kedepan perlu dilakukan optimasi langkah nyata ekonomi kreatif berupa memperbarui strategi pemasaran Inovatif (penciptaan kebutuhan pasar, kebijaksanaan harga, & nilai tambah produk), membuat identitas produk secara gotong-royong, Pendekatan Komunikasi produk melalui display produk & Digital Marketing, dan menjalin kerjasama dengan para stake holder bisnis.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the marketing management strategy with the SWOT analysis method can be able to develop business on CV. RIZKI JAYA and the most appropriate S-O strategy used to support increased turnover at CV RIZKI JAYA. Based on the results of the study obtained from the results of the SWOT analysis of the strength score (strenght) 2.68, weakness (weakness) 0.33, opportunity (2.52), and threat (threat) 0.37. From the SWOT diagram can be seen from the difference in the score of strengths and weaknesses, the value of the higher strength score with the difference of 2.35. While the value of opportunity and threat scores is higher opportunities with a difference of 2.15. So that clearly shows that CV. RIZKI JAYA has been on the right track, therefore to support a proven turnover increase that the company's current position in quadrant 1 is a very favorable situation by continuing to carry out aggressive strategies to expand its business and increase turnover. Where the general strategy that can be used by companies is to use the power of the company to take every advantage on the opportunity, which is to improve an effective and efficient management system by establishing good relationships with consumers and other entrepreneurs to make marketing easier for the company, improve meat quality good, and increase HR to be trusted by consumers by participating in training related to chicken farming.

Abstract

Planning a community empowerment should be placed as a reference of how to implement development programs and empowerment in order to comply with the direction and expectations of society. Planning community development is often called social mapping. Social mapping is mean to see and know the state of society, and then do a need assessment. The purpose of research is to identify problems of socio-economic, socio-economic potential and other opportunities that can be developed, the characteristics of the targeted empowerment. And to identify the type and level of need empowerment programs that enhance self-sufficiency. This research approach uses a qualitative approach case study. Results show focuses on the socio-economic problems of the most visible problems and are at locations surrounding environment companies ranging from the causes and impact. The various socio-economic potentials focuses on the dimensions of the current potential, institutional cooperation and continued development. The characteristics of the targeted community empowerment have noticed about those directly affected, to develop local potential, capacity building, sustainable programs, provide added value and synergy with the government. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan pengujian Analisis Faktor Eksternal dan Faktor Internal terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Pada Siswa SMK yayasan pendidikan Islam Darussalam Cerme Gresik. Data yang diperolah dari penyebaran kuesioner terhadap 113 siswa SMK YPI DARUSSALAM Cerme menggunakan teknik Total sampling.Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil analisis memperlihatkan bahwa Motivasi Berpengaruh Terhadap Minat Berwirausaha SMK YPI Darussalam 1 Cerme, Harga Diri Berpengaruh Terhadap Minat Berwirausaha SMK YPI Darussalam 1 Cerme, Kreativitas Berpengaruh Secara Negatif Terhadap Minat Berwirausaha SMK YPI Darussalam 1 Cerme, Risk Taker Tidak Berpengaruh Terhadap Minat Berwirausaha SMK YPI Darussalam 1 Cerme, Lingkungan Keluarga Tidak Berpengaruh Terhadap Minat Berwirausaha SMK YPI Darussalam 1 Cerme dan Lingkungan Sekolah Berpengaruh Terhadap Minat Berwirausaha SMK YPI Darussalam 1 Cerme.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruhstatus sosial ekonomi terhadap sikap wirausaha siswa pada SMK Negeri di kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian tersebut adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan datanya melalui wawancara serta penyebaran kuesioner yang dianalisis dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini yaitu terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara status sosial ekonomi orang tua dengan sikap wirausaha siswa pada SMK Negeri di kota Makassar.

Abstract

Riset ini secara khusus bertujuanuntuk mengetahui kontribusi atas praktik kewirausahaan yang dijalankan di pesantren entrepreneur Mukmin Mandiri. Jenis pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode pengambilan data indepht interview kepada perwakilan santri yang terlibat dalam proses kegiatan kewirausahaan dipesantren, pengasuh pesantren (kiyai pesantren) dan santri senior yang membidangi pengembangan uaha (kewirausahaan) di pesantren (manajer), tujuannya untuk mengetahui sejarah, program dan manajemen kinerja dalam mengelola usaha (kewirausahaan). Selain melakukan indepth interview juga melakukan focus group discussion (FGD) kepada perwakilan para santri, pengasuh pesantren (kiyai pesantren) dan pegawai bidang keuangan pesantren (bendahara pesantren), tujuannyauntuk megetahui bentuk kategori kontribusi yang dirasakan secara riil bai santri dan pesantren atas praktik kewiraushaan di pesantren. Hasil analisis riset ini terdapat dua kategori kontribusi secara riil bagi santri dan pesantren. Pertama, kontribusi moral: kontribusi moral, pesantren secara riil mnejadi lembaga edukasi bagi santri agar bisa menjadi entrepreneur. Kedua, secara material: kontribusi material, pesantren sebagai lembaga pemberdayaan kemandirian ekonomi santri dimana santri mendapat insenti-finansial(income)atas kinerjanya terlibat dalam praktik kewirausahaan, sekaligus sebagai penopang perekonomian pesantren.

Abstract

Actually, disruption era showed the birth of a new spirit of national progress. However, it is evident that not entirely a positive influence and still high unemployment. From the beginning people must be able to educate themselves as creative and innovative people. It is not easy to create entrepreneurial characters, through entrepreneurship development in schools, entrepreneurial mentality is instilled. Business incubators has been widely applied to universities and has not been widely applied in schools. This study aims to explain how the implementation of the incubator as a vehicle to foster entrepreneurial character in middle school students. Using a descriptive qualitative research method with in-depth interviews with the incubator program presenters and the results of polls of several participants, it can be seen that the findings of this study demonstrate entrepreneurship in "entrepreneur passion" class incubators who are able to increase student entrepreneurship spirit and skills. The result shows that there are still limitations in managing entrepreneurial incubators in schools.
