Abstract

Banks are briefly defined as business entities that collect funds from the public and channel them back to the public in the form of credit or other forms, which are one of the influential sectors in a country's economy. Channeling funds to the public or also called credit (leasing) aims to help improve the lives of many people. The existence of this loan often faces problems, namely non-performing loans (NPLs) where there are credit risks faced by the Bank due to the inability of the customer or debtor to return the amount of loans received from the Bank along with interest within a predetermined period of time. This study aims to determine the effect of Return On Assets (ROA), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR) on the level of non-performing loans (NPLs) in SOE banking companies in 2017-2019. The research method used is descriptive quantitative by using combined panel data from cross sections and time series using SOE Bank financial report data for the 2017-2019 period. The results of this study indicate the influence of ROA on NPL, while CAR and LDR do not have a significant effect that indicates good company performance. Keywords: Bank, NPL, ROA, CAR, LDR

Abstract

During the pandemic, tofu craftsmen in Kediri complain about the turnover and the reduction in workforce. This requires a step to determine the role of digital marketing, perceived quality, and personal selling on selling these tofu products and measuring this research's part. This study used 60 respondents, namely tofu craftsmen, to be given a questionnaire. They were taking respondents using probability sampling techniques. This research method uses linear regression statistical analysis techniques. They are starting with the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, partial test, simultaneous test, and determination coefficient. This study's results are digital marketing has no effect on product sales partially, while perceived quality and personal selling have an impact on product sales partially. Meanwhile, simultaneously all independent variables simultaneously influence the dependent variable. The success rate of this study was 64.8%. This research can be increased again, the role of the variables to have a high level of influence by filling out the questionnaire in an educational manner according to the conditions of observation that have been made.

Abstract

Additional learning or tutoring is urgently needed to help improve learning but due to high costs, some communities, especially those in the middle to lower economic level, are unable to register their children to attend tutoring (additional tutoring). The existence of Socioedupreneur is an alternative solution for those who do not have the cost to experience tutoring. Paying sincerely or not at all can alleviate them in terms of costs and can show the importance of education for the future and instill that all have the right to receive the same education. This research was conducted to determine the role of socio edupreneur in improving the quality of education. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of socio edupreneur as an effort to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. The method used by researchers in this study uses qualitative research methods, this type of research is descriptive qualitative research, a case study approach that is an approach to study, explain or interpret a case. In essence, this study seeks to highlight a decision or set of decisions or set of decisions why the decision was taken, how it was implemented, and what the results were. This research intensively focuses on an object that is about how the role of socioedupreneur in improving the quality of education.

Abstract

In this situation, especially during the covid'19 pandemic, many companies inevitably have to make an overhaul of the management within the company itself as well as in the overhaul of product promotion strategies used by companies that are considered less effective to use during the increasingly severe covid'19 pandemic. This research is a research entitled Product Promotion Strategy Through Digital Marketing for MSMEs Affected by the Covid'19 Pandemic. The purpose of this research is to give an overview of the form of promotion carried out by companies during the covid'19 pandemic that cannot be predicted to end the covid'19 pandemic. This research is descriptive qualitative research that is using literature or focused literature studies to explain the results of research obtained by researchers. The result of this research is to provide an overview of the relationship of promotion through digital marketing with consumer decisions during the covid'19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand experience and brand image on the willingness to pay a premium price for Honda HRV products in Samarinda mediated by brand love variable. Data collection in this study was carried out by using an instrument in the form of a set of questionnaires distributed to 95 owners of Honda HRV cars within Samarinda area. Data from the questionnaires were subsequently analyzed using SEM-PLS analysis techniques with the help of the smartpls version 3.9 program. Based on the results of the analysis in this study, it is obtained that directly, brand experience, brand image and brand love have positive and significant effects on the willingness to pay a premium price. The results of the analysis also showed that brand experience and brand image have positive and significant effects on brand love; and brand love proved to be able to mediate the indirect effect of brand experience and brand image on the willingness to pay a premium price for Honda HRV product consumers. The findings of this study indicate that the better the brand image of Honda HRV and the higher brand experience of Honda HRV consumers, the higher the brand love of consumers which will further increase the desire of consumers to buy HRV products even at high prices. Theoretically, the findings of this study are in accordance with some previous researches and existing theories. Practically the findings of this research are expected to be a scientific reference for business people in automotive sector, especially in Samarinda to build brands effectively and efficiently. Abstract

Progress mundur dan masih banyaknya indikator MDGs Kabupaten Gresik yang belum mencapai target salah satu sebabnya adalah minimnya layanan dan fasilitas yang tersedia khususnya di daerah pedesaan yang yang berada di pesisir. Dan salah satu upaya pertama yang bisa dilakukan adalah mengenal potensi dan permasalahan masyarakat desa setempat, sehingga mengetahui layanan minimum yang dibutuhkan. Penelitian ini mencoba menggali permasalahan potensi yang ada di Desa di daerah Pesisir dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan apparat desa sebagai respondennya. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah penghitungan IPD menggunakan IPD system dan IPD scorecard. Dan Berdasar hasil penelitian IPD di daerah pesisir Kabupaten Gresik tepatnya di Kecamatan Ujungpangkah dan Kecamatan Panceng diketahui bahwa yang termasuk Kategori Desa Berkembang di Kecamatan Ujung Pangkah adalah Desa Pangkah Kulon, Desa Banyu urip, Desa Bolo, Desa Pangkah Wetan, Desa Gosari, Desa Cangaan, Desa Karangrejo, Desa Tanjang awan, Desa Glatik, Desa Ketapang Lor dan Desa Ngemboh. Sedangkan Desa Sekapuk menjadi satu-satunya Desa yang Mandiri di Kecamatan Ujungpangkah. Sementara Desa Kebonagung menjadi satu-satunya Desa Tertinggal di Kecamatan Ujungpangkah. Seluruh Desa yang menjadi lokasi penelitian di Kecamatan Panceng yakni Desa Panceng, Desa Sorowuti, Desa Sumurber, Desa Siwalan, Desa Petung, Desa Banyutengah, dan Desa Campurejo masuk kategori Desa Berkembang. Rata-rata variable yang kondisinya tertinggal di hampir seluruh desa di Kecamatan Ujung Pangkah adalah variable Sarana Olah Raga dan Sarana Transportasi. Sedaangkan variable yang sangat baik rata rata di seluruh desa di Kecamatan Ujung Pangkah adalah infrastruktur energy, Kesehatan masyarakat dan kualitas SDM nya. Di Kecamatan Panceng Variabel Olah raga dan Kemandirian rata-rata kondisinya di tujuh desa penelitian masih kurang baik (tertinggal), sedangkan variable pelayanan Pendidikan, pelayanan Kesehatan, infrastruktur energy, kualitas SDM, Kesehatan masyarakat dan infrastruktur air bersih dan sanitasi sudah cukup baik, khususnya kualitas SDM semua desa sudah mandiri

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how students 'perceptions about Islamic Entrepreneurship and whether the students' perceptions were in accordance with the college education they had received so far. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive analytic study approach, while the technique of collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation, while the technique of determining the researcher's informant uses a purposive sampling technique that is the sample is chosen based on the researchers' assessment that he is the right party to be the sample of his research. Determination of the informants chosen by the researchers themselves and the informant is considered to have known about the problem under study. As for the target selection of informants are Islamic Lecturers and Muhammadiyahan lecturers who are influential lecturers of entrepreneurship courses, as well as students of the 6th semester entrepreneurship study program at Muhammadiyah University Gresik. The results showed that the students of entrepreneurship at Muhammadiyah University Gresik generally understood the concept of Entrepreneurship and lack of understanding of the concept of Islam and its implementation in the concept of entrepreneurship and lack understanding of the concept of Islamic Entrepreneurship, because there is no Islamic Entrepreneurship model that is used as a reference in the learning system

Abstract

The objective of this research is to perceive influence variable of match between the person with the purpose of organization, match between the person with the value of organization, match between the person with organizational climate, toward employee commitment with PT. Kahala Citra Indonesia where we will know how big the contribution is given by three variable of person-organiszation fit against employee commitment. Method of research is use statistical appliance as a mmeans of test and analysis of data utilizes regression technique and multiple correlations, measurement scale used is interval scale. Frame sample in this research is employee at PT. Kahala Citra Indonesia a year on working, there are 103 questionnaire spread out to employee at PT. Kahala Citra Indonesia. Before data been analyzed, gathered data is tested with validity and reliability test, furthermore data is analyzed with multiple linier regression analysis with econometrics test which contains multicolinierity and heteroscedasticity test. Hypothesis handed in this research is received which means incentive and work environment benefits has influence against employee commitment with degree of significance 5%. All independent variable which consists of match between the person with the purpose of organization, match between the person with the value of organization, match between the person with organizational climate, have an significant effect on dependent variable (employee commitment) which deliver match between the person with the organizational climate variable has dominant partial influence against employee commitment with standardized coefficient beta 0,399. Based on regression result, there is no multicolinierity and heteroscedasticity tendency. Keywords : person-organiszation fit , employee commitment

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat efektivitas kinerja PT. Jojo Nomic Indonesia, sebuah startup (perusahaan rintisan) di bidang teknologi, dengan metode DEA dan nilai keislaman yang dicerminkan dari nilai sholat para karyawannya selama periode 2016-2019 serta melihat pengaruh variabel input dan variabel output terhadap tingkat pertumbuhan perusahaan. Studi kasus yang menjadi objek penelitian ini yaitu pada PT. Jojo Nomic Indonesia. Adapun variabel input yang digunakan yaitu Akumulasi Jumlah Pelanggan Baru dan Renewal dan Jumlah Leads (Potential Customer) Masuk. Sedangkan variabel output-nya yaitu Pendapatan Operasional. Nilai keislaman yang digunakan yaitu bobot nilai ibadah sholat yang diambil dari penilaian keseharian ibadah pegawai selama rentang waktu 2016-2019. Pengaruhnya terhadap efektivitas kinerja dapat dilihat menggunakan perhitungan nilai refleksivitas ibadah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan dari data efektivitas kinerja karyawan dapat disimpulkan bahwa peningkatan efektivitas kinerja karyawan sejalan dengan peningkatan yang terjadi pada bobot nilai dalam ibadahnya. Hal ini tercermin dari nilai refleksivitas ibadah dalam kinerja karyawan yang sejak tahun 2016-2019 selalu meningkat angkanya. Puncaknya terjadi pada tahun 2019, di mana efektivitas kinerja yang dilihat dari variabel output (pendapatan operasional) mencapai titik maksimal 100% sejalan dengan adanya peningkatan yang juga cukup signifikan dalam bobot nilai ibadah karyawan menjadi 90%. Sehingga dapat dihitung nilai refleksivitasnya berada di persentase 90%. Dengan kata lain, nilai ibadah sholat cenderung berpengaruh besar terhadap peningkatan efektivitas kinerja karyawan di PT. Jojo Nomic Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the economic potential in Oesena village, analyze the management progress of Oesena village, analyze the strength, the weakness, the opportunity, and the threat in developing the BUMDes of Oesena village. This research was the type of case study research that used descriptive qualitative approach. This research used the way of analysing the strategy and the meaning qualitatively. In deciding the informants for this research, the purposive sampling technique where the decision of the informants was done consciously according to some criteria and the informants were people who could give the informations about BUMDes in Oesena village to the researcher. There were two techniques for analysing the data such as the technique of data analysis and the technique of SWOT analysis. The research results showed that the development of BUMDes in Oesena Village was still unstable. It could be seen from lack of support for the economic potentials in this village, lack of participation or the follow-up from the BUMDes manager and also the villagers;The progress level of this village was still low and there was no significant increase; the strengths could be seen from the potentials of natural resources, weavings, and the villagers’ soft skills, the weakness could be seen from the limited potential of human resources, the lack of understanding and initiative of the villagers, the opportunities could be seen from the utilization of BUMDes as the economy source in helping the villagers to keep their needs that also could increase the PAD, the last next one was the threat that could be seen from the low rating and also from the lack of villager’s cooperation, there was also no strategy from the BUMDes managers. But the business unit, the saving and loan, the rent and tourism were known as the solutions for all the problems and as the solutions in keeping the villgers’ needs at Oesena village in Amarasi sub-district of Kupang district.
