Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of farmers' perceptions and facilities on service quality, as well as their impact on the effectiveness of subsidized fertilizer distribution in the area served by the Extension Implementation Center (BP3) of Geragai District, East Tanjung Jabung Regency. The study focuses on farmers' perceptions and facilities regarding service quality and their impact on the effectiveness of subsidized fertilizer distribution in Geragai District, East Tanjung Jabung Regency, utilizing a sample of 120 farmers drawn from a total population of 1,097. The research employs descriptive, verificative, and quantitative statistical methods; questionnaire responses were tabulated to serve as the basis for descriptive statistics and quantitative analysis using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) via the Smart PLS 4.9 software tool. An overview of the assessments regarding farmers' perceptions, facilities, service quality, and the effectiveness of subsidized fertilizer distribution in Geragai District, East Tanjung Jabung Regency, indicates that the farmers' perception variable achieved a total score of 5,311 (categorized as "good"). The facility variable showed a total score of 4,016 ("good"), while the service quality variable recorded a total score of 7,552 ("good"). Finally, the variable representing the effectiveness of subsidized fertilizer distribution showed a total score of 7,320 ("good"). Analysis using Smart PLS 4.9 reveals that farmers' perceptions have a significant influence on service quality and on the effectiveness of subsidized fertilizer distribution. Facilities have a positive and significant influence on service quality and on the effectiveness of subsidized fertilizer distribution. Furthermore, farmers' perceptions significantly influence distribution effectiveness through service quality, and facilities significantly influence the effectiveness of subsidized fertilizer distribution through service quality.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the condition of work facilities, organizational climate, work motivation, and employee performance at the East Jambi District Office, Jambi City. It also examines the direct and indirect effects of work facilities and organizational climate, both partially and simultaneously, on work motivation and employee performance, as well as the effect of work motivation on employee performance. To achieve these objectives, the study is supported by relevant theoretical frameworks concerning work facilities, organizational climate, work motivation, and employee performance. In addition, previous studies published in journals and theses were reviewed to provide empirical support for the research. The population consisted of 62 civil servants (ASN) employed at the East Jambi District Office in 2025. Data were analyzed using path analysis, followed by hypothesis testing through the F-test (simultaneous effect) and t-test (partial effect). The results indicate that work facilities and organizational climate jointly explain 74.8% of the variance in work motivation, while the remaining 25.2% is explained by other factors outside the model. Furthermore, work facilities and organizational climate account for 72.1% of the variance in employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, contributing 60% to its variance, while the remaining 40% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The study concludes that work facilities are perceived to be in a good condition, the organizational climate is fairly good, work motivation is moderately high, and employee performance is high. Moreover, work facilities and organizational climate have positive and significant effects, both partially and simultaneously, on work motivation and employee performance. Work motivation also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse and prove the effect of electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) and e-advertising on the purchase intention for stand up comedy show tickets organised by the Standupindo Cirebon community, both partially and simultaneously. Purchase intention is a strategic issue for live entertainment products because ticket sales for the community's events have remained far below venue capacity, with the highest achievement of only 138 tickets out of 350 seats and a sharp decline to 45 tickets at the following event. The research uses a quantitative approach with Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) processed through SmartPLS 4.0. The population consists of 152 ticket buyers of the Sawelase Selawase and Irae Lucu Tah Vol. 3 events; the Slovin formula with a 5% margin of error yielded a minimum sample of 111 respondents, and 121 valid questionnaires were collected through stratified random sampling using a five-point Likert scale. The results show that e-WOM has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention (path coefficient 0.585; t-statistic 11.229; p-value 0.000), and e-advertising also has a positive and significant effect (path coefficient 0.585; t-statistic 11.548; p-value 0.000), making e-advertising the most dominant variable. Simultaneously, both variables explain 67.4% of the variance in purchase intention (R-Square = 0.674), while the remaining 32.6% is explained by factors outside this model, so all three hypotheses are accepted. These findings imply that event organisers need to strengthen the clarity and appeal of paid digital advertising content while encouraging audiences to spread credible reviews on social media.

Abstract

Digital transformation in public administration requires reliable, informative, and responsive public data services that deliver tangible benefits to users. However, no empirical study has specifically examined the application of the DeLone and McLean Information Systems Success Model to Portal Satu Data Ketenagakerjaan as an integrated government public data service in the labor sector. This study examines the effects of System Quality, Information Quality, and Service Quality on User Satisfaction and Net Benefits of Portal Satu Data Ketenagakerjaan and tests the mediating role of User Satisfaction. A quantitative explanatory approach was used, with data collected through an online questionnaire from 100 portal users selected by purposive sampling during May-June 2026. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling with SmartPLS version 4.1.1.8. The results show that System Quality, Information Quality, and Service Quality positively and significantly affect User Satisfaction and Net Benefits. User Satisfaction also positively and significantly affects Net Benefits and mediates the effects of all three quality dimensions through complementary partial mediation. The novelty lies in applying the DeLone and McLean Information Systems Success Model to Portal Satu Data Ketenagakerjaan as an integrated government public data service supporting Satu Data Indonesia in the labor sector, while examining User Satisfaction as a mediating mechanism in generating Net Benefits
