Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of consumer patterns, marketing strategy effectiveness, and product stock management on sales revenue growth during the fasting month at Ethica Store Pamekasan in 2025. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis to test the partial effect of each independent variable on sales revenue. The t-test results show that consumer patterns have a positive and significant effect on sales revenue (t=10.000 > p=0.000), the effectiveness of marketing strategies also has a positive and significant effect (t=5.651 > p=0.000), as does product stock management, which has a positive and significant effect (t=7.040 > p=0.000). These findings indicate that the increase in sales revenue during the fasting month is mainly influenced by changes in people's consumption patterns, supported by effective marketing strategies and proper stock management. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of monitoring Ramadan consumption trends, optimizing promotions, and ensuring product availability in order to maximize sales opportunities

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of financial literacy and income on paylater usage decisions in Gen Z, as well as to examine the role of lifestyle as a mediating variable in this relationship. This study was conducted on Gen Z employees at the Victoria Financial Group using a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 119 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square to test the direct and mediating relationships between variables. The results show that financial literacy and income have a positive but insignificant effect on paylater usage decisions. Meanwhile, lifestyle has a significant positive effect on paylater usage decisions among Gen Z. Financial literacy significantly influences lifestyle. However, income does not influence lifestyle. This study shows that lifestyle is able to mediate the relationship between financial literacy and paylater usage decisions, however, lifestyle is unable to mediate the relationship between income and paylater usage decisions. These results emphasize the importance of financial literacy and income in influencing paylater usage decisions, with lifestyle acting as a significant mediator of financial literacy.

Abstract

Maintaining a stable blood supply is a critical challenge for healthcare organizations in this dynamic era, necessitating a shift from routine operational management toward a more measured strategic management approach to achieve organizational excellence. This study aims to formulate a strategic model to increase blood donor participation using the SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) framework to map internal capacities and external opportunities in creating sustainable competitive advantage. Using a descriptive qualitative method through a systematic model, this study analyzes the SWOT Matrix to generate an integrative strategy between managerial efficiency and service innovation. The analysis results indicate that while the organization possesses strengths in its integrated donor database system, challenges such as medical hoaxes and limited marketing budgets remain the primary obstacles. Therefore, the recommended strategies include optimizing service digitization through mobile applications, strengthening corporate partnerships, and launching educational campaigns to counter negative stigma. In conclusion, the implementation of SWOT-based strategic management provides a clear direction for the organization in optimizing resources, which ultimately not only increases blood collection volumes but also drives the achievement of excellence standards in public health services

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and synthesize previous research findings on the influence of competence, training, and work culture on leadership, as well as to develop hypotheses for future empirical research. The study employed a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach based on the PRISMA 2020 guidelines. Data were collected from peer-reviewed academic articles published in reputable national and international journals and indexed in major academic databases, including Scopus, ScienceDirect, SpringerLink, Emerald Insight, Wiley Online Library, and Google Scholar. The selected articles focused on the variables of —competence, training, work culture, and leadership—and met the predetermined inclusion criteria. Data analysis was conducted through systematic identification, screening, data extraction, and synthesis using content analysis and thematic analysis techniques. The findings indicate that competence has a positive relationship with leadership through the enhancement of individual knowledge, skills, abilities, and managerial capabilities. Training contributes to leadership development by improving employees’ competencies and leadership-related skills required to address organizational challenges. Furthermore, a positive work culture supports effective leadership by fostering a collaborative, productive, and goal-oriented organizational environment. Based on the literature review, three research hypotheses were formulated: (1) competence influences leadership, (2) training influences leadership, and (3) work culture influences leadership. These findings provide a conceptual foundation for future empirical studies aimed at examining factors that influence leadership effectiveness in various organizational settings.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of capital structure, firm size, and profitability on firm value among food and beverage subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2022–2024 period. This research was motivated by the decline in firm value, as reflected in the Price-to-Book ratio, during the research period. The study employed a quantitative method using secondary data obtained from companies’ financial statements. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, resulting in 114 observations after data transformation. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression in IBM SPSS Statistics 26, with classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination tests. The results indicate that capital structure and firm size do not have a significant effect on firm value, whereas profitability has a positive and significant effect. Simultaneously, capital structure, firm size, and profitability significantly affect firm value. Therefore, profitability becomes the most dominant factor in increasing firm value in the food and beverage sub-sector

Abstract

The relationship between leadership and sustainability has emerged as a critical area of scholarly inquiry, reflecting the urgent need for organizations to address environmental challenges while maintaining economic viability and social responsibility. This comprehensive review synthesizes evidence from 30 highly relevant empirical studies and reviews published primarily between 2016 and 2026, examining how leadership styles, mechanisms, and practices influence organizational and environmental sustainability outcomes. The evidence demonstrates that specific leadership styles—particularly transformational, green transformational, green servant, and sustainable leadership—positively predict sustainability performance through mechanisms including vision articulation, role modeling, green human resource management (HRM) alignment, employee empowerment, and knowledge diffusion. Outcomes span green innovation, environmental performance, employee well-being, and competitive advantage. Theoretical frameworks employed include the Full-Range Leadership Model, AMO (Ability-Motivation-Opportunity) theory, and CSR governance models. Despite promising findings, significant gaps persist in conceptual clarity, methodological rigor, geographic diversity, and measurement standardization. This review provides a structured synthesis for researchers and practitioners seeking to understand and leverage leadership for sustainability.
