Abstract

This study examines the effect of auditor competence, independence, and experience on fraud detection, with Auditor's Sense of Responsibility (ASOR) as a moderating variable. A survey of 238 external auditors at Public Accounting Firms (KAP) in Jakarta was analysed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with a Higher Order Construct (HOC) approach. Results indicate that competence (β = 0.448; p = 0.000), experience (β = 0.402; p = 0.000), and independence (β = 0.244; p = 0.000) each significantly and positively influence fraud detection. ASOR alone does not significantly affect fraud detection (β = −0.057; p = 0.212). In moderation tests, ASOR does not significantly strengthen the effect of competence (β = 0.003; p = 0.938); however, it partially moderates the effects of independence (β = 0.177; p = 0.000; VAF = 42.0%) and experience (β = 0.214; p = 0.000; VAF = 34.7%). The model explains 67.2% of the variance in fraud detection (R² = 0.672; SRMR = 0.022). This study contributes to forensic audit literature by demonstrating that ASOR functions as a psychological reinforcer that selectively strengthens independence and experience but not technical competence that is already independently internalized.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of customer experience, service quality, and perceived value on customer satisfaction through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The research method used is a literature review (library research) with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were obtained from various scientific articles sourced from Google Scholar, Mendeley, and other academic databases, using criteria for relevant and credible publications. The results indicate that customer experience plays a role in shaping emotional and cognitive perceptions that influence customer satisfaction. Service quality was found to be a key factor determining satisfaction through the alignment between customer expectations and service performance. Additionally, perceived value also has a significant influence on satisfaction levels based on customers’ evaluation of the benefits received relative to the costs incurred. In conclusion, these three variables consistently have a positive influence on customer satisfaction, although other factors such as brand image, trust, and customer loyalty may also play a role

Abstract

Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institutions face increasing pressure to enhance performance through strategic resource management, technological innovation, and adaptive capabilities, yet the relative influence of Resource-Based View (RBV), AI-driven institutional agility, and dynamic capabilities on institutional performance remains underexplored. This literature review synthesizes empirical evidence from peer-reviewed studies published between 2015 and 2025 to examine the influence of X1 (RBV), X2 (AI-driven institutional agility), and X3 (dynamic capability) on Y (TVET performance). A systematic search was conducted across academic databases including Google Scholar, ERIC, and institutional repositories, yielding studies that employed quantitative, quasi-experimental, and case study methodologies in TVET contexts. Results indicate that RBV (X1) demonstrates an indirect and mixed influence on TVET performance, functioning primarily as a theoretical foundation where resources must be converted into capabilities to affect outcomes. AI-driven institutional agility (X2) exhibits a positive and significant influence on TVET performance (p < 0.001), with empirical evidence showing improvements in student engagement, learning outcomes, and operational efficiency through personalization, task automation, and AI-enabled monitoring. Dynamic capability (X3) demonstrates a positive and significant relationship with TVET performance through sensing, seizing, and reconfiguring mechanisms that enable institutional innovation and competitive advantage. The findings suggest that TVET institutions should prioritize developing dynamic capabilities and integrating AI-driven agile practices over merely accumulating resources, as performance gains emerge through capability transformation and technological innovation rather than resource ownership alone.

Abstract

This study is a literature review that examines the determinants model of employee productivity by considering the role of work discipline, Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB), Quality of Work Life (QWL), employee commitment, and job satisfaction as exogenous variables, motivation as a mediating variable, and compensation as a moderating variable. The purpose of this article is to build testable hypotheses for subsequent empirical research. The research method employs library research and Systematic Literature Review (SLR), with qualitative descriptive analysis sourced from e-books and open-access e-journals with international reputation (Sinta 1 and Scopus Q2). The results of this review indicate that: 1) work discipline affects employee productivity; 2) OCB affects employee productivity; 3) QWL affects employee productivity; 4) employee commitment affects employee productivity; 5) job satisfaction affects employee productivity; 6) motivation mediates the influence of exogenous variables on employee productivity; and 7) compensation moderates the relationship between motivation and employee productivity

This study aims to examine the influence of Managerial Ownership, Debt Policy and Dividend Policy. The population in this study consists of 97 consumer goods manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2020-2024. Sampling in this study used a Purposive Sampling technique, resulting in a sample of 95 observations from 19 companies. The data collection technique used was collecting secondary data from financial reports and official IDX publications. The findings show that Debt Policy and Dividend Policy have a significant effect on Financial Performance but Managerial Ownership has no effect on financial performance

Abstract

Organizational Sustainability has become a strategic priority for organizations seeking long-term competitiveness amid rapid digital transformation and increasing environmental and social challenges. Although Innovation Capability, Knowledge Management, and Digital Leadership are recognized as critical organizational capabilities supporting sustainable performance, previous studies have predominantly examined these capabilities independently. Consequently, limited understanding exists regarding their integrated contribution to Organizational Sustainability. This study systematically reviews the existing literature on the relationships among Innovation Capability, Knowledge Management, Digital Leadership, and Organizational Sustainability using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA 2020) guidelines. A total of twenty-four peer-reviewed studies were selected and analyzed through qualitative thematic synthesis to identify dominant research themes, theoretical perspectives, empirical findings, and research gaps. The review indicates that Innovation Capability strengthens organizations' ability to develop sustainable innovations, Knowledge Management facilitates organizational learning and knowledge integration, and Digital Leadership enables strategic digital transformation that supports long-term sustainability. However, the literature remains fragmented because these capabilities are rarely examined within a unified framework. This study proposes an integrated capability-based perspective that combines these three organizational capabilities to explain Organizational Sustainability, while offering theoretical insights, managerial implications, and directions for future research.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) on Employee Engagement mediated by Work Commitment among Bank Mandiri employees at the Jakarta Kyai Tapa branch. A quantitative approach was used with a census method of 50 respondents and data were collected through a Likert Scale questionnaire. The analysis techniques used include multiple linear regression analysis and mediation tests. The results of the study indicate that ESG has a positive and significant effect on Work Commitment, ESG has a positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement, and Work Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement. However, Work Commitment does not significantly mediate the effect of ESG on Employee Engagement. This means that ESG directly increases Employee Engagement without the need for increased Work Commitment. The results of the research from the Determination Coefficient (R²) value show a figure > 0.05 in each variable which makes the variable's influence positive and significant. This finding reinforces the importance of implementing ESG principles in organizations to increase employee engagement. The recommendation of this research is that further researchers can expand the research variables by adding other factors such as job satisfaction and further research can be conducted in other divisions and sectors
