Furthermore, this research reveals that Sheikh Yusuf al-Qaradawi argues that Islam has great potential to protect and promote human rights. In his view, concepts such as justice, equality, and human dignity emphasized in Islamic teachings form the basis for the development of Islamic human rights concepts.

The results show that the competence of MTs Al-Khairiyah Badamusalam teachers in conducting authentic assessments in the affective domain scored 70.58%, within the range of 61% to 80% (good). The teachers' ability to conduct authentic assessments in the cognitive domain reached 94.11%, within the range of 81% to 100% (very good). Their ability to conduct authentic assessments in the psychomotor domain achieved a score of 83.19%, within the range of 81% to 100% (very good). Through the implementation of authentic assessments in the learning process, it is hoped that the educational objectives at the educational unit level can be realized.

The sampling technique used proportional random sampling to obtain a total of 36 students. Data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires and documentation. Test the validity of the instrument using Person Product Moment correlation and test reliability using the Cronbach's Alpha formula. Meanwhile, prerequisite analysis tests include normality tests, homogeneity tests, linearity tests, correlation tests and hypothesis tests which include simple linear regression equations. The results of the simple linear regression test produce the influence of peer interactions on student learning motivation. Abstract

This study aims to analyse the discriminating power and level of difficulty of evaluation questions in Arabic lessons for Year 9 students at the State Islamic Junior High School (MTsN) in Cimahi City for the 2024-2025 academic year. The research data was taken from the results of formative tests of 9th grade students with 20 multiple-choice questions. The analysis was carried out using two item analysis approaches, namely analysis of the discriminating power and level of difficulty of the questions. Each item was analysed to determine its discriminating power and level of difficulty. Discrimination index calculation was performed to assess the ability of questions to distinguish between high- and low-ability students, while difficulty level was calculated to determine how difficult or easy the questions were for students. The research results indicate that students' understanding and motivation can be determined through the difficulty level of questions created by teachers. This has implications for teachers' lesson preparation, as they should prepare better questions before giving them to students, especially gifted students.
