Abstract

This research is motivated by the Family Economic Conditions, Learning Motivation, and Student Learning Achievement. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Family Economic Conditions and Learning Motivation Against Student Learning Achievement in Entrepreneurship Class XII in SMK Teknomedika 2 Cibungbulang Bogor. This research was conducted using a sample of 42 students, using a random sampling technique from a population of 140 students. Consists of independent variable the Family Economic Conditions (X1), Learning Motivation (X2) and dependent variable Student Learning Achievement (Y). Researchers use quantitative data analysis, the stage of implementation of the analysis includes: (1) descriptive analysis, (2) classical assumption test (prerequisite) and (3) hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that: 1) There is a significant influence on the family economy of student achievement in SMK Teknomedika 2 Cibungbulang Bogor by 50.7%. 2) There is a significant influence of learning motivation on student achievement in SMK Teknomedika 2 Cibungbulang Bogor by 51.0%. 3) There is a significant influence between family economy and learning motivation together on student achievement in SMK Teknomedika 2 Cibungbulang Bogor by 69.7% while the remaining 30.3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study . Abstract

ABSTRACT According to John Dewey, education is a process of forming fundamental fundamental abilities, both concerning thinking (intellectually) and feeling power (emotionally), leading to human and ordinary human nature. Education as a rearrangement or reconstruction of various experiences and events experienced in an individual's life so that everything new becomes more focused and meaningful. John Dewey adheres to pragmatism. That is, the educational process is only about ideas that can be put into practice that are correct and useful. Ideas that exist only in ideas are also indecisive about the reality of sense objects, they are nonsense to pragmatism. The philosophy of thinking about education is reflective thinking, which is a way of thinking that starts from the problems that are faced with it to be solved. According to John Dewey, learning should be focused on practice and trial and error. Humans must be active, full of interest, and ready to explore. Therefore education must be restructured not only as preparation for maturity, but education as a continuation of the growth of the mind and the continuation of life light. Education is directed at social efficiency by providing the ability to participate in activities for the fulfillment of common interests and welfare freely and maximally. John Dewey criticized a lot of traditional education patterns, namely education patterns that make children the object of education, not the subject of education. He does not agree with the concept of traditional education, which states that the focus of education is outside children, whether it be teachers, books, infrastructure, or others. Because the concept of traditional education makes school a formal place for listening, for mass instruction, and separate from life. Traditional education patterns will not be able to see children as living things that grow in their own experiences and then develop them in an environment in accordance with their basic potential. Therefore education needs to be organized in a democratic manner. All adult students are encouraged to participate in shaping the values ​​that govern life together. The science of education cannot be separated from philosophy, that the purpose and aim of the school is to generate a democratic attitude to life and to develop it.

Abstract

Identification of the problems found at the research location, namely: 1. Students are less active in participating in Akidah Akhlak lessons in the form of active discussions, actively asking or answering questions, actively giving opinions regarding the implementation of learning and teaching activities carried out online or online. 2. Students lack interest in learning in the subjects of Akidah Akhlak so that students do not understand the material of student moral development. 3. Teachers in the field of Akidah Akhlak have not implemented innovative and creative learning strategies in classroom teaching activities so that students are not actively involved in learning activities. The type of research used in this research is Classroom Research (Elfanany, 2014) with a field approach (field research), namely the researcher tries to maximally reveal facts, qualitative research is carried out. natural and man-made phenomena (Moleong, 2010). The subjects in this study were the head of the Madrasah, teachers of Akidah Akhlak studies, school operational staff and students. The sources of data in the implementation of this research are the head of the Madrasa as the subject as well as the object of research and the teacher of Akidah Akhlak in MTs. Private Jam'iyah Tanjung Pura. Data analysis techniques: 1) observation, 2) interviews, and 3) documentation. Test the validity of the data in this study using a credibility test conducted by triangulation. The results of the study show: (1) Learning and teaching activities in the field of Akidah Akhlak study class VII private MTs Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura have been running effectively and efficiently. Although learning and teaching activities are carried out with strict attention to health protocols, learning is still carried out online (in the network) and offline (outside the network), (2) the example of teachers in the field of Akidah Akhlak studies has played a very important role in carrying out the learning system, especially in shaping character. student learning grade VII MTs. Private Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura, (3) The process of character building for grade VII students of Private Jam'iyah MTs Tanjung Pura has been running effectively and efficiently, as evidenced by the results of observations at the research location and the results of interviews with informants that the example of a teacher of Akidah Akhlak can shape character. student learning, especially in the field of study of Akidah Akhlak.

Abstract

The Wahdah method is a method of memorizing the Qur'an by reciting one by one the verses that will be memorized repeatedly. Not a few of the students complained about the difficulty of memorizing the Qur'an, it was due to the large number of students who did not know about the methods that could be used in memorizing the Qur'an. In order to memorize the Qur'an becomes lighter, of course as a student must understand the methods that can be applied in memorizing. This research is a qualitative descriptive study which was carried out on the Tahfidz Dormitory students of MAN 2 Langkat. The sources of research data in this study are the results of observations, documentation and interviews with research informants. The findings of this study indicate that the majority of students apply the wahdah method in improving their memorization. Many students do not know the name of the method they use in memorizing the Qur'an, through this interview they reveal their way of memorizing after which the researcher concludes. The students apply this method because they find it easy with the method it uses. The application of the Wahdah Method in the Tahfidz Dormitory of MAN 2 Langkat greatly affects the memorization of the Qur'an of the Tahfidz Dormitory students. The implementation of the wahdah method begins with improving the reading, then after the reading is good enough, it is continued by memorizing one verse by one until it reaches one page. After that the memorization is deposited to the supervisor or teacher. The memorization of the Qur'an of the Tahfidz Dormitory MAN 2 Langkat students increased after the use of the wahdah method. Abstract

The results of observations and interviews at MTs Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura on students and teachers showed that students' understanding of the subject of Fiqh was low. This is because teachers still use a monotonous or conventional learning model. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) cooperative learning model in understanding the subjects of Jurisprudence. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The object of this research is class VIII D students, totaling 29 students. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, tests and documentation. Data analysis uses quantitative calculations which are then described in the form of percentages. Based on the results of the pre-test and post-test, students' understanding after using the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) cooperative learning model increased each cycle. In the implementation of the pre-test, the level of student understanding was obtained with a percentage figure of 51.72%. In the first cycle, the percentage figure was 75.86% and there was an increase in the implementation of the second cycle by obtaining a percentage figure of 93.10%.

Abstract

Various kinds of intelligence based on the development of students, it is believed that every student is born with more than one talent. Every student has talent, namely the ability that stands out in one aspect of personality, which is obtained as an innate. Therefore, since birth, every student is not stupid, there are children who are intelligent in different aspects. This type of research is qualitative research, data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis technique with reduction stage, data presentation stage and conclusion drawing. The results of the study found that the application of teachers in developing multipple intelligences in class IX students of MTS Al Ikhlas Pangkalan Susu was very good, although not perfect and had not yet achieved educational goals that were in accordance with covid learning and distance learning, learning methods and strategies that used various teachers, in order to teachers develop multiple intelligences during a pandemic. The factors supporting teachers in developing multiple intelligences include 1). Human Resources, 2) The intelligence of students in doing assignments, 3). Student interest in learning. 4). Supporting facilities. While the inhibiting factors are: the lack of channeling of student potential and the way to overcome it is to provide additional hours, improve the quality and competence of teachers and provide certificates of appreciation to students who excel.

Abstract

The Law of Tawassul According to the Shafi'i School (Case Study of the An-Naqsabandiyah Babussalam Besilam Order). This research is included in the qualitative research model, meaning that the data used in this study is qualitative data (data that does not consist of numbers) in the form of verbal messages, dialogues and writings which are the results of research through observation, interviews and documentation. Describe the practice of tawassul to the grave of Sheikh Abdul Wahab Rokan in Babussalam Besilam Village. The practice of Tawassul on his grave is full of problems, because the essence of tawasul is not asking for prayer to pious people who have died, because the true essence of tawasul is asking for prayer to pious people who are still alive. tawasul to people who have died. Explaining the law of tawasul in the graves of scholars according to the Shafi'i school. There are four kinds of understanding of the hadith of tawassul according to the Shafi'i school which were put forward by the author of the book and Mr. a) relying on Asmaul Husna, b) relying on righteous deeds; c) rely on living pious people; d) rely on godly people who have died. Abstract

This study discusses the main problem, namely about how Imam Syafi'i thought about the law of marrying pregnant women because of adultery, and how the legal consequences arising from his thoughts. The method used in collecting data is library research, while the research data is doctrinal. The approach used is the ushul fiqh approach, which is to explain the opinions and arguments of Imam Syafi'i about the law of marrying pregnant women because of adultery. With the above method, it can be seen the reasons for Imam Shafi'i in his thinking about the law of marrying a pregnant woman because of adultery. Imam Shafi'i is of the opinion that a woman who becomes pregnant as a result of an extramarital relationship can be married by anyone. Be it by men who experienced it or by men who did not impregnate her. Imam Syafi'i argues that children resulting from adultery do not have musharah with their biological father. Regarding the issue of 'iddah, Imam Shafi'i is of the opinion that pregnant women due to extramarital relations do not have an 'iddah period. This is because the purpose of 'iddah is to respect the sperm or fetus contained in the woman (which is channeled through a legal relationship). While adultery is a relationship that is unlawful and illegitimate, therefore the sperm or fetus from the result of adultery is not obligatory to be respected. For this reason, Imam Shafi'i also argues that if women who are pregnant out of wedlock have performed a valid marriage contract, then they are allowed to have biological relations without having to wait for the birth of the baby they are carrying. Abstract

The background of this research is that based on the identification that the researchers did at the research location, it was the economic factor that was the most common cause of divorce in the household. In this case divorce is meant because economic factors are a matter of family livelihood, among them there are husbands who are not responsible for the needs of their families and do not work hard to fulfill their obligations, and there are also among husbands who are actually responsible and keep trying to provide a living, however his wife had a luxurious lifestyle so he demanded a living that her husband could not fulfill and then filed for divorce. The objectives of this research are: First, to find out the meaning of divorce. Second, to find out whether economic factors must be examined as a cause of divorce.Third, to find examples of divorce cases because of economic factors. This type of research is the process and meaning in the perspective of the subject more highlighted in qualitative research. With the results of the study: Showing that the divorce rate in the Langkat District Religious Court continues to increase. As for divorce due to economic factors is the most factor in causing divorce in the Langkat District Religious Court in 2019 as many as 1458 cases or around 80.87% of the total divorces that occurred in 2019 while the remaining 19.13% was the 12th percentage factor causes of divorce other than economic factors. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the sound and explanation of the Compilation of Article 53, to know the clear law regarding pregnant marriage due to adultery which is regulated by law and Syara' and to know the procedures for registration of marriage and the marriage process carried out by pregnant women due to adultery. recorded by the Tanjung Pura District Religious Affairs Office. This type of research is a qualitative research with a field research approach (field research). Methods of collecting data by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The conclusion of this study that it has been carried out related to the application of the compilation of Islamic law article 53 in the implementation of marriage registration by VAT at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) of Tanjung Pura District is allowed and carried out as usual marriages without different procedures, with considerations: 1. Can save nasab for the baby, 2. Protecting the honor of women and families 3. Guaranteed survival for the baby in the womb and 4. Cessation of adultery previously committed.
