<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of learning to read Al-Qur'an Can Affect the ability of students to read Al-Qur'an at grade 1 students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. This research method uses quantitative methods using a correlational approach. Based on the results of testing the correlation coefficient obtained price r = 0.633. Based on the product moment correlation table guidelines used, it can be said that between variables X and Y there is a moderate or sufficient correlation. Based on the test results known t count = 4.63 and t table ( = 0.01: 32) = 2.70 (with interpolation). This means t arithmetic> t table. Thus that the proposed hypothesis is accepted, namely that there is a positive and significant correlation between learning to Read the Qur'an and the ability to read the Qur'an. To find out the contribution of variable X to variable Y, the formula Kd = r2 x 100% is used. The determinant coefficient figure of 40.1% shows that the contribution of learning to read and write the Koran to the Learning Achievement of the Education of the Al-Qur'an Hadith is equal to 40.1% while the rest (100% -40.1% = 59.9% ) is influenced by other factors not analyzed Keywords: Al-Qur'an, literacy, learning, education, learning achievement]]>

The method used is a quantitative correlational method with data collection techniques by means of library research and field research through interviews, observations and documentation. With the results of the calculation of the correlation number of variable X (learning motivation) to the variable Y (learning outcomes) of 0.965. <![CDATA[In improving the quality of one's soul there are three stages that are carried out. First, doing Dhikr or Ta'alluq on God, that is, one must try to remember and bind the consciousness of the heart and mind to Allah. Wherever a Muslim cannot be free from dhikr and thinking). Second, Takhalluq, a person consciously imitates the attributes of God so that a believer has noble qualities as His attributes. This process can also be referred to as the process of internalizing the nature of God into human beings. In this regard, the Sufis usually rely on the Hadith of the Prophet which reads, "Takhallaqu bi akhlaqi Allah". Third, tahaqquq, that is, a person must be able to actualize his awareness and capacity as a believer or religious person who himself has been "dominated" by the attributes of God so that it is reflected in his pure and noble behavior.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to find out the ability of the Indonesian nation to respond to globalization: readiness to respond to the negative and positive aspects of the impact of globalization. This type of research is Library Research, namely research through literature or literature studies. Sources of data in this study are primary data, namely books that directly discuss the ability of the Indonesian nation to respond to globalization. The data analysis technique used to obtain conclusions is descriptive qualitative by emphasizing deductive conclusions, namely how to draw conclusions from general to specific things. The conclusion of this paper is that the final conclusion in this study is that the Indonesian nation in responding to the negative and positive aspects of the impact of globalization, should be addressed proportionally because this is a good attitude as a reflection of moderate Islam. <![CDATA[Examines the views of the fuqaha of four madhhab imams and the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) regarding children born out of wedlock. More detail is the problem of biological fathers marrying children born out of wedlock. This study aims to analyze the views of four madhhab imams and the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) on the marriage of biological fathers with children out of wedlock. This research is a research that uses quantitative descriptive method. namely describing the views of four imams of different schools of thought. Hanafi and Hanabilah scholars are of the opinion that it is haram. they argue that adultery can lead to haraam such as the prohibition of besanan (mushaharah) so that the marriage of a biological father with his child is unlawful. Meanwhile, according to the Malikiyah scholars, it is halal. and according to the Syafi'iyah scholars it is lawful but makruh. They argue that adultery cannot cause haraam such as the prohibition of besanan (mushaharah) so that the marriage of a biological father with his child is lawful. The Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) argues that it is halal to marry a child born out of wedlock if it triggers the market 39 and article 100 of the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI).]]>

<![CDATA[This study examines women's leadership in the perspective of Islamic law by analyzing the views of M. Quraish Shihab. In more detail, it discusses the permissibility of women to lead in the view of Islam. This study aims to analyze how Quraish Shihab views women and women's leadership. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, which describes the views of Quraish Shihab in the perspective of Islamic law. The results of this study are, Quraish Shihab has his own view about women. According to him, women have the same rights as men, including in terms of leadership, but in the perspective of classical scholars it is forbidden for women to be leaders in any case, while according to Quraish Shihab, who refers to the thoughts of moderate scholars, has a view of the permissibility of women's leadership in the public sphere on condition that does not leave her main obligation to serve her husband and to care for and educate her children. This difference of opinion occurs because the situation and conditions of the times are different, so that it affects the interpretation of the scholars in the context of the Qur'an. While Islamic law is universal, it can apply at any time according to the current conditions and culture, through the thoughts of scholars who are experts in Islamic law.]]>

<![CDATA[This study examines the role of the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) in Citeureup District, Bogor Regency in anticipating early marriage. In more detail, the problem is the number of early marriages in the Citeureup District, Bogor Regency, which is caused by certain factors. This study aims to analyze how the role of KUA in Citeureup District in anticipating early marriage. This research is a research that uses qualitative methods with the type of research used by the author is juridical and normative Islamic law. The results of this study are that the role of KUA in Citeureup District in anticipating early marriage has been running effectively. The KUA of Citeureup District has succeeded in minimizing the number of age marriages by conducting regular guidance and counseling efforts that make the public understand the influence of early marriage. Then the influence of the KUA in Citeureup District in minimizing the number of early marriages is very large. This can be seen through the data that from 2020 to 2021 it has decreased. <![CDATA[This study aims to find out how the role and function of BP4 in Bojong Gede District in optimizing performance as a marriage preservation institution, as well as to find out what strategies were carried out by BP4 in Bojong Gede district during the covid 19 pandemic in realizing the Sakinah family and to find out what are the inhibiting factors and support faced by BP4 in carrying out its duties and functions as a marriage preservation agency during the Covid 19 Pandemic. The method used in this research is quantitative. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, observation or documentation. The results of the study show 1. The roles and functions of BP4 in the KUA of Bojong Gede District are: a. Provide coaching to the bride and groom. b. Opening consultations regarding munakahat and family law. 2. BP4's strategy in realizing a sakinah family during the covid 19 pandemic is to provide guidance and direction for prospective brides to create a sakinah family, conduct material maturation independently, by providing direction and guidance related to 3i subject matter, namely Faith, Science and Sincere, as well as material about 8 family functions. 3. The factors that hinder BP4 in carrying out its duties are: a. Lack of public knowledge of the function of BP4 and lack of information received by the community. b. The composition of the BP4 management is not yet well organized. The factors that support BP4 in carrying out its duties and functions are: a. BP4 is available at the Bojong Gede District Religious Affairs Office. b. Availability of counselor services for married couples who are experiencing problems in domestic life. <![CDATA[There are still many who follow traditions that are contrary to Islamic law, one of which happened in the Kayumanis Village, namely the custom of giving grants (money/goods) in the process of marriage. One of the reasons is that people still believe and believe in traditions that have been passed down, and are advice from parents that are impossible to violate. This study aims to find out what is the basis for the payment of fines/grants in this marriage step, what are the impacts for those who carry out the stepping-up custom in this marriage, and the relevance of this marriage-stepping custom to the legal rules of al'adat muhakkamah in Kayumanis Village, Tanah Sareal District. Bogor City. The method used in this study uses a qualitative method which is a method that focuses on in-depth observations. The results of this study are: what is the basis for community members who are still living this tradition that this tradition has become a tradition that is carried out from generation to generation. do not believe in this custom, just worried that their relationship is not good (between the brother and sister). Meanwhile, according to the view of Al'adat muhakkamah, the custom of giving this step cannot be used as evidence (proof, basis, or reason). <![CDATA[Marriage is one thing that is taken seriously, which results in a person being bound for life with his partner. Therefore, marriage requires careful preparation, namely physical maturity and mental maturity. Basically, it is the maturity of the soul that is very meaningful to enter the household gate. Married at a young age when a person is not physically or mentally ready often causes problems later in life. Even though the law has regulated the age limit for marriage, in practice, there are still underage marriages that can be carried out under certain conditions, namely when notifying the KUA by attaching a marriage dispensation. So that marriage is not only legal according to religion, but also legal according to the state. If the marriage is not accompanied by a marriage dispensation, then the marriage cannot be registered.]]>
