Journal of Intelligent Decision Support System (IDSS)
An intelligent decision support system (IDSS) is a decision support system that makes extensive use of artificial intelligence (AI) techniques. Use of AI techniques in management information systems has a long history – indeed terms such as "Knowledge-based systems" (KBS) and "intelligent systems" have been used since the early 1980s to describe components of management systems, but the term "Intelligent decision support system" is thought to originate with Clyde Holsapple and Andrew Whinston in the late 1970s. Examples of specialized intelligent decision support systems include Flexible manufacturing systems (FMS),intelligent marketing decision support systems and medical diagnosis systems. Ideally, an intelligent decision support system should behave like a human consultant: supporting decision makers by gathering and analysing evidence, identifying and diagnosing problems, proposing possible courses of action and evaluating such proposed actions. The aim of the AI techniques embedded in an intelligent decision support system is to enable these tasks to be performed by a computer, while emulating human capabilities as closely as possible.

The Pandanarum Village area includes three hamlets, namely Pandanarum, Klampok and Sentul. The status of village land ownership rights is still in the form of Letter C. In 2023, land ownership will be recorded at more than 4,000. The process of collecting data, searching and changing Letter C is still done manually by recording it in the Letter C main book (Registration Book C). Meanwhile, the search process was carried out by flipping through the master book, which resulted in the book becoming torn and damaged. Almost every day some people need services regarding the letter C land data. With a manual process, recording and searching for data takes an average of 2-3 days. This is an obstacle for people who want this data urgently. The solution offered is the need to engineer a village letter C data collection and search system with business process modeling. System development is carried out using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). In this research, the focus is on the initial stage of SDLC, namely Requirements with a Software Requirement Specification (SRS) approach following IEEE standards. This research aims to engineer a business model for data collection and land Letter C searches with the hope of improving the services of village officials in response to requests from the community who need services for data collection, search and changes to land rights they own. The results of this research are the identification of functional and non-functional system requirements analysis, system design in the form of business process models and use case diagrams. The results of this requirements design become the basis for continuing subsequent research.

This study aims to apply the ServQual and Importance Performance Analysis methods at PT. Srikandi Transolusindo Intilam to increase customer satisfaction in renting tronton trucks. Feelings that arise as a result of an evaluation of the experience of using a product or service, generally if consumers are not satisfied, there will be an exchange of communication with their environment about dissatisfaction with the producer and will affect the company's brand image which will have an impact as a loss and loss of potential new consumers. The method used for the application of the data is the ServQual and Importance Performance Analysis methods, namely the quality control method. The assessment for this method is that there are two main factors regarding the quality of service, namely the perception that the customer has, and the service received by the customer (perceived service) from the service that the customer expects them to receive (expected service). Based on these results, this method can assess customer satisfaction in renting a tronton truck at PT. Srikandi Transolusindo Intilam.

The library is one of the places needed by the community to improve academic knowledge, get information and become a means for students to learn. Library visitors certainly need a comfortable and quiet atmosphere so they can focus on reading books in the library. But not all visitors understand about the rules that apply to the library. Some visitors come just to chat, thus disturbing other visitors who are reading. Therefore, a system that can monitor the room is needed. The reading room noise detector aims to provide comfort and tranquility to visitors who come to read. the components used in this design are the Wemos D1 R2 microcontroller, DFRobot Analog Sound Sensor V2, DHT11, LCD, and Buzzer. This tool will work if the Sound Sensor detects Sound Intensity of more than 55dB then the Buzzer will be active and the LCD displays "PLEASE LET YOUR VOICE THANK YOU" and sends a notification to the Blynk application. Furthermore, DHT11 will function as realtime temperature monitoring in the room and display it on the LCD and Blynk Application.

The Data Encryption Standard (DES) is the first and most significant modern symmetry encryption algorithm. DES was released by the United States' National Bureau of Standards in January 1977 as an algorithm used for unclassified data (information that has nothing to do with national security). Although DES has been widely used in many applications around the world, there are still many controversial issues regarding the security of this algorithm. Therefore, this paper aims to discuss the security analysis of the DES cryptographic algorithm and also the security analysis of the DES algorithm variations, namely Double DES and Triple DES. Because the level of secrecy of the 3DES algorithm lies in the length of the key used, the use of the 3DES algorithm is considered more secure than the DES algorithm. To facilitate the use of the 3DES algorithm, a 3DES algorithm program was created with computer software tools, namely Matlab 7.0.4 which can encrypt and decrypt files with the .txt extension.

The balance between the availability of land and the need for control, use and utilization of land based on regional functions is important as a reference for sustainable development directions and maintaining environmental sustainability. Imbalance in land use affects the direction of development and environmental sustainability. For this reason, it is necessary to conduct an analysis to determine the balance between land availability and land needs within a certain period of time through the preparation of a land use balance based on regional function directions. This research aims to analyze the balance between land availability and land use as well as the suitability of land use for the direction of regional functions. The method in this research uses a multi-temporal approach by utilizing remote sensing technology and geographic information systems. The overlay process was carried out to see the land change of Baubau city and see the level of conformity of existing land use with the direction of regional functions. The results show that the 2016 land use balance has the highest assets in forest land use of 21097.66 Ha and the 2020 land use balance has the highest liabilities in forest land use of 20959.56 Ha. The trend of land change in 2016-2020 is the change of forest, open land, mixed gardens, settlements and shrubs/shrubs. The level of conformity of existing land use with the direction of the function of the area is very high with a percentage level of suitability of 90.83% and a level of incompatibility of 9.17%.
