Abstract

This study aims to find out about; 1) the influence of library facility management on students' reading interest, 2) the influence of library service management on students' reading interest, 3) the influence of library facility management and library service management on students' reading interest at SMAN 1 Pringsewu. This study used a quantitative approach with a population of 611 students and a sample of 242 students. The data in this study were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using statistical software. The results showed that; 1) the significance value of the library facility management X1 variable was 0.000 less than 0.05, 2) the significance value of the library service management X2 variable was 0.000 less than 0.05, and 3) the significance value of the X1 variable facility management variable library, namely 0.000 and X2 library service management which is 0.030 less than 0.05. Can be concluded that; 1) there is a significant influence of library facility management on students' reading interest, 2) there is a significant influence of library service management on students' reading interest, 3) there is a significant influence of library facility management and library service management on students' reading interest in SMAN 1 Pringsewu.

Abstract

Educational evaluation is a process carried out in planning, obtaining, and providing information that is very necessary to make alternative decisions for an activity. The purpose of this study is to explain the quality and effectiveness of the Level IV Leadership education and training. The research method used was to use the qualitative approach of Kirkpatrick Evaluation. The result to be achieved is the availability of leadership training guides that are digitally integrated with all fields, so that the decisions to be taken can be in accordance with the times.

Abstract

Social and religious behavior is the act of carrying out religious teachings carried out with full confidence and sincerity and implemented in the social area of society. In management, especially in the organizational dimension, there is integration between the individual's vision and the vision of the pesantren as the organizer, which is why the activities organized by the pesantren are able to run dynamically. The activities organized by the pesantren as non-formal educational institutions have a positive impact on the surrounding community, although not all activities have the same impact as what happens in the pesantren study activities. The results of this study indicate that; first, the change in community behavior after attending a routine study at the Istiqomah Islamic Boarding School in Pasuruan is through several stages, namely pre-contemplation, contemplation, preparation, action and maintenance. Second, the results achieved from routine activities at the Istiqomah Islamic boarding school are; a) increased faith and devotion, b) able to perform worship properly and consistently, especially prayer, c) have a good religious experience as evidenced by a feeling of calm when and after practicing worship, d) high interest in studying religious knowledge, e) more has good manners in interacting with neighbors or fellow Muslims, and f) living life in peace.

Abstract

The research aims to explore the concept of local wisdom education with the tudassipung (sitting together) model. This study uses a qualitative method with an ethnopedagogical approach. The technique of collecting data through interviews, interviewed informants came from several groups, from academics (lecturers) as many as 6 people, students from several ethnic groups, 4 from Toraja, 4 from Rongkong, 9 from Bugis and 8 from students. Researchers also interviewed 6 community leaders. The result of the research is that learning Islam and local wisdom using the tudassipulung model is quite effective. This can be seen from the assessment of 5 (five) aspects, namely attitudes, interests, self-concept, values, and morals with 5 levels, namely: receiving, responding, valuing, organization, characterization

Abstract

Higher education has a vital role in nation-building, it is a means to realize intellectuals in order to organize the life of an established nation. This paper aims to explore efforts to improve the quality of pesantren colleges through ISO 21001: 2018 in producing quality, skilled, and professional generations. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach. The informants in this study consisted of leaders, heads of institutions, and faculty leaders. Data collection techniques are carried out using interviews, observation, and documentation, in order to obtain accurate information about the material being studied. The data analysis technique uses data display, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the application of ISO 21001: 2018 is capable of delivering quality administrative governance to the development and improvement of the quality of pesantren higher education. Do not forget the application of ISO is not the final step and does not automatically become a quality institution, the need for teamwork in increasing self-confidence, communication, and developing independence.

Abstract

Leadership is an important issue for a group or institutional organization. This is because the leader is one of the factors that greatly influences the success of the group in achieving its goals. This study aims to describe the role of leadership and madrasa head policies in improving the quality of education. This study uses the method of observation, interviews, and documentation then uses descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study are: first, the Head of MAN 1 Yogyakarta as a leader performs his role by establishing the vision and mission of madrasas in 1 Yogyakarta, setting the objectives of madrasa education in 1 Yogyakarta, acting as a motivator, acting as a supervisior. Second, seen from the achievements achieved MAN 1 Yogyakarta there are various qualities achieved such as quality in the fields of research, tahfidz (memorization of the Qur'an), religion, organization, further study programs abroad. Third, improving the quality of education for Madrasah principals is inseparable from three supporting factors such as: loyalty, commitment and integrity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see how the financing management at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Mathla'ul Anwar Kedondong, Pesawaran Regency, Lampung. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques, interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis was performed using reduction techniques, data display and conclusion drawing. Triangulation test is used to test the validity of the data. The results showed: 1). Planning (budgeting) at MTs Mathla'ul Anwar begins with compiling the RKAM through the mechanism of madrasah plenary meetings, identifying madrasah admission plans, identifying madrasah expenditure plans, compiling RAPBM, ratifying RAPBM by the foundation. 2). Implementation (accounting/ bookkeeping) uses a cash book known to the principal of the madrasah and refers to technical instructions. 3). Abstract

This paper explains about Implementation of quality in Philip B. Crosby's perspective in school educational institutions. School ducational institutions are a forum that has the function to produce quality individuals. To be able to produce a quality generation, of course an educational institution must be quality. The quality concept offered by Crosby to be implemented in educational institutions is to have fourteen stages, namely Management Commitment, Quality Improvement Team, Quality Measurement, The Cost of Quality, Quality Awareness, Corrective Actions, Zero Defects Planning, Supervisor Training, Zero Defects day, goal setting, Error-Cause Removal, Recognition, quality councils and do it over again. The fourteen stages will be implemented in school educational institutions as an effort to achieve quality school educational institutions.

Abstract

Process during the Covid-19 pandemic which was carried out at home in accordance with a government circular in order to break the chain of the spread of Covid 19. "Unpreparedness of all elements, one of which is that teachers in learning are a big obstacle too, there is a change in teaching and learning from Being face-to-face being online requires readiness from all elements. Therefore, the leadership of school principals and teacher professionals are two factors among other factors that can affect teacher performance during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method with a total sample of 42 teachers. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data were analyzed using simple and multiple correlation and regression techniques. The results showed that the influence of the principal's leadership and professional teachers was very dominant on the teacher's performance at SD Asy-Syifa 2 Bandung with a level of influence of 52.1%, and the remaining 47.9% was determined by other factors. So it can be concluded that the better the leadership of the principal and the professional improvement of teachers, the better the teacher's performance.

Abstract

Educational Game Tool is a media that was developed to assist teachers in enhancing early childhood interest in Islamic Religious Education lessons. This media is a play tool that contains educational elements, so it is suitable with the characteristics of early childhood who tend to like to play rather than learning. The method used in data collection is a library study method. The data obtained is then deductively deducted and then combined to fit the concept of early childhood education. The results of the study showed that the Educational Game Tool media was able to increase children's interest in learning. The types of media Educational Game Equipment used in learning Islamic Religious Education in early childhood, namely; Hijaiyyah Puzzel, Replication of Worship House, Toys Stand for Prayer and Ablution, Hand Puppets, Hijaiyyah Bowling and Tower of Figures
