Abstract

This study examines the impact of labor wage policy on the welfare of government employees. The study employs a qualitative method, utilizing descriptive data and descriptive methods. The data is sourced from various books, journals, and academic works that can be used as references. The results show a complex relationship between labor wage policy and the welfare of government employees. An increase in the minimum wage, although increasing purchasing power and job satisfaction, raises concerns about inflation and government financial burden. Health and education allowances, on the other hand, significantly improve the quality of life of government employees and their families. Performance incentives, if designed correctly, can boost motivation and work performance.

Abstract

Unemployment in West Nusa Tenggara Province is still quite high which is the reason people living in the area decide to migrate. There are several factors that cause these people to migrate, including a high minimum wage rate, a large number of companies, a good economy. A good economic level can be seen from the high and low unemployment rate in the area. The high and low unemployment depends on the high and low labor force absorbed. In addition, there are factors that cause low employment including GDP, HDI, salary minimum wage, and investment. This research was conducted with the aim of determining the effect of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), Human Development Index (HDI), salary minimum wage (UMK), and investment on labor absorption in West Nusa Tenggara Province in 2017-2020. In this study for GRDP variables include production, HDI includes education, minimum wage includes MSEs and investment variables include Domestic Investment (PMDN) This study uses a type of quantitative research with secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of West Nusa Tenggara Province and the Manpower and Transmigration Office. The data collection method used is a documentation technique, the collected data is analyzed using multiple regression equations using the Eviews 12 program.

Abstract

Loyalitas merek pada perusahaan mampu meningkatkan citra perusahaan dan menciptakan pelanggan yang setia. Sebagai implementasi dalam membangun loyalitas merek perusahaan dapat melakukan dengan membangun kepercayaan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lebih luas strategi apa saja yang dapat dilakukan oleh perusahaan untuk membangun loyalitas merek dan meningkatkan penjualan sunscreen pada perusahaan Wardah. Penelitian ini mengguanakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder dan penelitian terdahulu melalui studi literatur. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa loyalitas merek terbentuk dari kepercayaan pelanggan yang dapat dilihat dari tingkat kepuasan, baik itu dari kepuasan akan kualitas maupun dari bentuk pelayanan yang diberikan. Dengan strategi yang tepat maka dapat menjadikan perusahaan mampu meningkatkan loyalitas terhadap suatu merek.

Abstract

The research aims to examine the development of digital startups in the Society era through the systematic literature review (SLR) method. The focus of this research includes dominant business models, marketing platforms used, and factors that influence the development of digital startups in Indonesia. Information was obtained from journals accessed via Google Scholar, with inclusion criteria including publications in the 2020-2023 time period, and relevance to digital startups and the Society era. Of the 40 journals found, 10 journals met the quality assessment criteria. The research results show that the dominant businesses adopted by digital startups are in the service and food sectors. Web-based platforms are the dominant ones used for marketing, followed by Android-based. The development of startups in Indonesia is increasing rapidly thanks to widespread use of the web and digitalization. However, many startups face significant challenges in the early stages, such as poor management and unsystematic operating cycles. This research emphasizes the importance of effective business strategies, such as SWOT analysis and strategic partnerships, to increase the chances of success in a competitive market. This research makes an important contribution to understanding the dynamics of digital startup development and effective digital marketing strategies.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of hedonic shopping motivation, sales promotions and shopping lifestyle on the impulse buying of Shopee e-commerce users, both simultaneously and partially. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The population in this study was 45 employees at PT.Metro Makmur Jaya Pematang Siantar. Simultaneously, hedonic shopping motivation, sales promotions and shopping lifestyle influence the impulse buying of Shopee e-commerce users. Impulse buying which is influenced by hedonic shopping motivation, sales promotions and shopping lifestyle is 70% while the remaining 30% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research.

Abstract

Potatoes are an important food source, and understanding the factors that influence purchasing decisions in both traditional and modern markets is crucial for business owners to boost sales. This study aims to analyze the influence of price, distance, income, education, and occupation on consumer behavior in purchasing potatoes at Traditional Market, Bogor City. The research employs a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis. The study was conducted from March to April 2024, with a sample of 86 respondents selected using the Slovin formula. The results indicate that price, distance, income, and occupation significantly influence consumer purchasing behavior, while education does not show a significant effect. The coefficient of determination (R square) obtained is 0.91512, indicating that approximately 91% of consumer purchasing behavior for potatoes can be explained by the variables studied. This research provides insights for market vendors in devising effective sales strategies based on the factors influencing consumer behavior.

Abstract

A research named "Analysis of Financial Behaviour of Overseas Students, Economic Education Study Programme, Indonesian Education University" aims to examine the spending patterns of international students who put their desires before their necessities. Using a quantitative approach, this study describes the experiences of international students at Indonesian Education University's Economic Education programme. Students living in boarding homes or unaccompanied minors from outside the Bandung area are its intended recipients. In order to gather data, 62 students from the 2022 and 2023 cohorts of Economic Education were chosen at random from a pool of potential respondents. The survey, which looked at four markers of financial behaviour (account ownership, cash flow management, spending planning, and saving and investing behaviours), was carried out in April 2024.To determine how well the obtained data matched the specified indicators, descriptive statistics were used in the data analysis process. Overseas students enrolled in the Economic Education programme show signs of having intermediate financial behaviour skills, which might mean they're having trouble keeping their day-to-day money in order. The study's overarching goal is to provide these students with a framework for better managing their money.

Abstract

Di era digital saat ini, teknologi dan internet telah memudahkan berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk sektor Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) yang berperan penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia. Selain memberikan lapangan kerja, UMKM juga mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) untuk memahami pemanfaatan media pemasaran sosial dalam transformasi bisnis digital UMKM. Metodologi SLR meliputi observasi, observasi literatur, dokumentasi, dan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini fokus pada mengidentifikasi jenis platform media sosial yang digunakan oleh UMKM dan dampak pemasaran digital terhadap profitabilitas bisnis mereka. Hasil tinjauan literatur menunjukkan bahwa Instagram merupakan platform yang paling banyak digunakan. Selain itu, pemasaran digital terbukti meningkatkan penjualan dan profitabilitas bisnis UMKM. Studi ini memberikan wawasan tentang pentingnya transformasi digital melalui media pemasaran sosial bagi UMKM di Indonesia

Abstract

Abstract This study seeks to establish the correlation between product quality, service quality, and location with the purchase behavior of customers at Ethan Coffee and Space. The research utilizes a quantitative questionnaire as the data gathering strategy. The participants were chosen through random sampling, with a sample size of 56 individuals who are patrons of Ethan Coffee and Space. The employed data analysis technique is Spearman Rank Correlation analysis. The research findings indicate that there is a notable and favorable correlation between product quality and purchase decisions, with a high degree of association. The quality of service exhibits a substantial and favorable correlation, demonstrating a high level of association with purchasing decisions. The location exhibits a substantial and favorable correlation, and demonstrates a modest degree of association with purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Procedures are very important to speed up company activities. Implementing cash sales administration procedures is a solution for companies, especially trading companies. This research uses qualitative descriptive research. The data collection methods used were interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research indicate that cash sales administration procedures at the Kapel Store include: sales order procedures, cash, receipt procedures, goods delivery procedures and cash sales recording procedures.
