This study examines the importance of liquidity ratio analysis in evaluating a company's financial health, especially within the context of retail businesses that are particularly sensitive to economic fluctuations. Companies must effectively manage their finances to avoid declines in performance or bankruptcy. Financial performance is assessed through various financial ratios, including liquidity ratios, which measure a company's ability to meet short-term obligations. The research utilizes a descriptive quantitative method to explore the relationship between liquidity and financial health, emphasizing the necessity of adequate liquidity management for sustained operational success. The findings highlight the significant impact of liquidity on managerial decisions, investment strategies, and overall financial stability, advocating for the implementation of comprehensive financial analysis to ensure corporate well-being. The aim of this research is to see whether there is an influence of Perceived Leader Mindfulness, Performance Appraisal Dissatisfaction on Turnover Intention mediated by LMX among Bank Mandiri employees, South Bekasi District. This research design was carried out by hypothesis testing. The data used was cross sectional. From the descriptive statistical results of Perceived Leader Mindfulness, it shows that bank employees quite feel the existence of Perceived Leader Mindfulness at Bank Mandiri, South Bekasi District. The results of hypothesis testing show that Perceived Leader Mindfulness has a positive influence on Turnover Intention. The results of hypothesis testing show that Performance Appraisal Dissatisfaction does not have a positive influence on Turnover Intention. The results of hypothesis testing show that LMX has a positive influence on Turnover Intention. The results of hypothesis testing show that Perceived Leader Mindfulness does not have a positive influence on LMX. The results of hypothesis testing show that Performance Appraisal Dissatisfaction has a positive influence on LMX.

The Indonesian government will continue to encourage financial literacy and financial inclusion to achieve the Financial Inclusion Index goal of 90 percent by 2024. Therefore, the role of financial services needs to be optimized to expand access for people who still lack financial literacy. In the future, women will be the economic drivers who dominate spending in the world. This is because women have many important roles in their lives, starting with their role in the family as mothers to their role in society as woman entrepreneurs. The aim of the research is to determine: (1) The influence of financial literacy on the use of financial technology (GoPay). (2) The influence of financial inclusion on the use of financial technology (GoPay). (3) The influence of financial literacy and financial inclusion on the use of financial technology (GoPay). This research uses quantitative methods with a sample of 100 female private employees in the DKI Jakarta area who have used or have used GoPay as a payment system. Calculation, processing and presentation of data using statistical tests assisted by using the Jeffrey's Amazing Statistics Program (JASP). Based on the research results, it is known that financial literacy and financial inclusion have a positive influence on the use of GoPay financial technology among female private employees in the city of Jakarta. This is also supported by the results of the determinant coefficient test (r2) where it is known that financial technology can be explained by financial literacy and financial inclusion by 61.4% while the other 38.6% is explained by variables outside the research. Even though the percentage level of financial technology variance is quite high, researchers hope that in future research they can use other variables not mentioned in the research, and use more samples to get results that are more representative of the population size.

Latar belakang dari penelitian Ini adalah adanya inovasi kemasan pada keripik agar kemasannya lebih menarik dari kemasan sebelumnya dan inovasi produk menjadikan produk lebih renyah dan gurih pada Keripik RV. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Untuk mengetahui inovasi kemasan agar terlihat menarik dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana inovasi produk pada Keripik RV. Adapun penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Belimbing, Kecamatan Lumar, Kabupaten Bengkayang. Dalam penelitian ini diambil sampel 5 orang responden yang merupakan pelanggan dari Keripik RV untuk diwawancarai. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif melalui teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi secara langsung pada pelanggan Keripik RV, dilakukan juga wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan terhadap responden pelanggan produk Keripik RV terkait inovasi kemasan dan produk pada Keripik RV dapat memberikan pengembangan produk pada Keripik RV. Dengan adanya inovasi kemasan pada Kerpik RV dapat menjadikan kemasan lebih menarik sehingga dapat meningkatkan daya tarik produk selain itu inovasi produk pada Keripik RV dapat menjadikan keripik lebih renyah, gurih serta bumbu pedas manis pada keripik lebih terasa sehingga keripik lebih disukai oleh konsumen. The aim of this research is to look at the rules governing sharia cooperatives and how they affect long-term economic development. The main issues discussed are the laws and regulations governing the operation of sharia cooperatives, the application of the principles of falah and mashlahah, as well as challenges that may arise in achieving the goals of sustainable economic development. The research approach used is a literature review, which involves assessing relevant secondary data, such as government policies and market conditions, to determine the efficiency of implementing sharia cooperative laws. The findings of this research contribute to a better understanding of the role of sharia cooperatives in a sustainable economy, as well as how Islamic principles can be utilized effectively in current economic activities.

This research was conducted at Restaurant X in Bandung with the interest of researchers to see the phenomenon of Restaurant X which was able to open 2 branches, namely Buahbatu and Dago during the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of customer satisfaction directly on revisit intention and the factors that most influence word of mouth as a mediating variable on revisit intention at Restaurant X in the city of Bandung. This type of research is explanatory research. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to consumers at Restaurant X. The proposed model was modeled using PLS-SEM with a sample of 342 respondents. The findings of this study are, customer satisfaction does not have a direct influence on revisit intention. Customer satisfaction has a direct influence on word of mouth and word of mouth has a direct influence on revisit intention. Word of mouth mediates between customer satisfaction and revisit intention. Restaurant X in the city of Bandung needs to focus on increasing customer satisfaction both in terms of service and product quality because this variable is the main factor for customers to revsit and can increase revenue for the company.

This research aims to see and show how trust and convenience influence purchasing decisions using Shopee Paylater in generation Z. The research method used is a quantitative method. Quantitative methods are research methods that aim to determine the relationship between two or more variables and the data is expressed in numerical form and uses statistical analysis techniques. The research results show that the trust level variable does not have a significant effect and has a positive relationship on the decision to use Shopee Paylater. This positive relationship shows that as the level of trust increases, the decision to use Shopee Paylater also increases, but the relationship between these two variables is not significant. The convenience level variable has a significant influence and has a positive relationship on the decision to use Shopee Paylater. This positive relationship shows that as the level of convenience increases, the decision to use Shopee Paylater also increases. The variables of trust and convenience simultaneously have a significant influence on the decision to use Shopee Paylater.

This research aims to prove that net sales, operational costs and capital structure (Long-term Debt to Asset Ratio) have an influence on the Corporate Income Tax payable in Consumer Goods Industry Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021-2023. The sample in this study was obtained by purposive sampling, with a total sample of 29 companies. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using the t test and f test with a significance level of 5% using SPSS 21. The results of research using SPSS, it is known that the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.691. Net sales, operational costs and capital structure (Longterm Debt to Asset Ratio) together influence the Corporate Income Tax payable, namely 69.1%. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, it can be concluded that net sales have a significant positive effect on Corporate Income Tax payable, operational costs have an insignificant positive effect on Corporate Income Tax payable and capital structure (Longterm Debt to Asset Ratio) has a significant negative effect on Corporate Income Tax payable to the company consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021-2023. The higher the net sales, operational costs and capital structure (Longterm Debt to Asset Ratio), the more it will affect the Corporate Income Tax payable.

Abstract Learning infrastructure and facilities are direct and indirect needs to improve the quality of learning and students' interest in learning. The reason the researcher conducted this research was that the researcher wanted to understand the extent of the impact of facilities and infrastructure on students' interest in learning in the 2023 Economic Education Stambuk; therefore, the researcher chose the research title "The Impact of Academic Facilities and Infrastructure on Student Interest in Learning" in the 2023 Economic Education Stambuk, carried out using quantitative prescriptive strategies. The specimen collection method used in this research is a sampling model, namely distributing a questionnaire via Google Form. This approach was chosen because it provides comprehensive information regarding the relationships between the variables studied. The results of this research are presented in the form of tables, charts, and/or graphs. In this component, the results and discussion will explore data analysis in order to prove the relationship between academic facilities and infrastructure variables and study interest variables, provide logical explanations for the findings obtained, and provide references related to analyses that have been carried out or carried out partially, as well as simple linear regression obtained by several scholars. Facilities and infrastructure have an important influence on interest in learning. The results of the t test prove that the calculated t value with the t table is (4.922 > 2.048), and the significance is 0.000 < 0.05. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination show that the level of influence of academic facilities and infrastructure on interest in learning is 46.4%. This means that interest in learning can be determined by X1, namely facilities and infrastructure.

Many companies, one of which is from the banking sector, collaborate with universities to improve the company's image, attract new customers and maintain the company's existence. The elimination of Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) plus physical Student Identity Cards (KTM) at the Indonesian Education University (UPI) is considered to affect the existence of Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) at UPI. This study aims to describe the role of brand image and location on BNI's existence from the perspective of new students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Education (FPEB) UPI. The data collection technique used interviews with 25 interviewees who were FPEB students class of 2023. The data analysis method uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that Brand Image has a role in BNI's existence, while Location does not have a significant role in BNI's existence. However, the elimination of KTM plus physical ATMs that previously cooperated with BNI is enough to affect students' knowledge of BNI at UPI. It was found that the lack of information and access to location can affect BNI's existence at UPI. This is unlike when KTM was still in physical form which made students visit the branch office at least once.
