Abstract

Tolitoli Regency has a fairly large population and bureaucratic administrative problems so it is necessary to study and find out about human resource development and reform in order to create global productivity. The analytical approach used is qualitative description with ethnographic techniques that link experiences/habits and empirical facts. The literature and regulatory perspective shows that the existence of Regent's Regulation (PERBUP) Number 13 of 2022 concerning the Road Map for Bureaucratic Reform for 2022-2026 focuses on the goal of continuously increasing bureaucratic capacity with the final stage target of producing world-class bureaucratic character. A perspective based on experience and empirical facts from primary data sources shows that to date the Tolitoli Regency regional apparatus organization in the last few years as contained in the 2021-2026 Regional Strategic Plan has planned, carried out, implemented and evaluated existing work programs, especially those related to development and reform. Human resources in increasing global productivity are in accordance with the focus and priority scale which of course is adjusted to budget conditions

Abstract

The green economy in Indonesia is one of the strategies and solutions in an effort to realize sustainable development. In this case, Green Open Space in the form of a City Park has an important role to make it happen. The existence of MSMEs food and beverage stalls in Tolitoli City Park is one of the social phenomena that needs to be studied related to the growth of the green economy in Tolitoli Regency. The results of the qualitative descriptive analysis found that a total of 15 MSME units felt benefited by the existence of Tolitoli City Park as a place to carry out economic activities. Environmental education is also obtained in the form of a statement of willingness to manage the environment through the ownership of the Environmental Management Statement Letter document

Abstract

At present, a significant number of individuals in the education sector belong to the millennial generation. This generation is crucial for the future development of the education field. This study seeks to explore the effects of toxic leadership on organizational culture, specifically through the perceptions of millennials in higher education institution. Utilizing a quantitative approach, the research gathers primary data via online survey questionnaire. The analysis is conducted using linear regression. A key innovation of this study is that it is focusing on the views of millennial educators concerning toxic leadership and its impact on organizational culture in higher education in Indonesia, since there are lack of literatures in similar topic. As a result, toxic leadership found to negatively impacts organizational culture in higher education institution, based on millenials’ perspectives. The outcomes of this research are anticipated to contribute valuable insights to the existing literature on leadership culture and the dynamics of educational organizations in Indonesia

Abstract

Constant changes in the prices of goods and services cause inflation. This inflation can cause a decrease in the value of money owned by the community, so it is important for investors to be able to hedge so that the value of wealth is maintained. This study aims to analyze whether there is a cointegration relationship between inflation and bonds, stock markets, gold, real estate and bitcoin in the market in Indonesia. This research was conducted quantitatively using the Johansen's Cointegration Test method analysis technique. The data used in this study are in the form of monthly from 2011 to 2023. The results of the study show that bonds, stock markets, gold and real estate have a cointegration relationship with inflation. However, bitcoin does not have a cointegration relationship with inflation.

Abstract

Business competition in this era of globalization and industrial revolution 4.0 develop recently quickly and more competitive. Especially in Payment Point Online Bank (PPOB) industry that currently having a wide market. The Collect Agent should foster innovation and enhance creativity to encourage repeat transactions from customers at the Payment Point Online Bank (PPOB) company. This research aims to review and analyze the impact of service quality and marketing mix on the customer satisfaction of PT. XYZ's partners. This research employs both descriptive and verificative approaches based on the dependent variable being studied. The descriptive research provides an overview of the service quality at XYZ Company in Bandung, focusing on customer satisfaction levels. Conversely, the verificative aspect aims to test the hypothesis derived from field data collection. Through this research, we will assess and critically evaluate whether there is an influence of service quality and marketing mix on customer satisfaction at XYZ Company in Bandung. Service quality in partial can influences customer satisfaction. Promotional Mix in partial can influences customer satisfaction, Kualitas Pelayanan and Promotional Mix simultaneously had an influence on customer satisfaction , with the percentage the influence of as much as 68,7 %.

Abstract

This study objective is to evaluate and analyze the impact of financial performance indicators using Cash Ratio (CR), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Earnings Per Share (EPS) on Stock Valuation that measured by Price to Book Value (PBV). Company valuation is important for investors on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research sample consists of 13 IDX30 companies, selected by using purposive sampling over the period of 2018–2022. Quantitative descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression tests are used to evaluate whether there is an interaction between the variables studied. The results of the study indicate the influence of CR, TATO, NPM, and EPS on PBV. Although CR does not show a significant effect on PBV, however, TATO, NPM, and EPS have a significant influence on PBV

Abstract

Hospitality is one of the industries that can support the tourism industry in Indonesia. This study aims to examine the effect of service quality and price fairness on revisit intention with guest satisfaction as a mediator. This study was conducted at a 4-star hotel in Bekasi, where data were collected from 189 hotel guests. The study was conducted quantitatively with SEM PLS analysis techniques. The results showed that all hypotheses were accepted, meaning that service quality and price fairness had a significant positive effect on guest satisfaction, and guest satisfaction, service quality and price fairness had a significant and positive effect on revisit intention

Abstract

The domestic stationery manufacturers in Indonesia faces challenges from dynamic business environments, such as intense competition, shifting consumer behaviors, and the influx of imported products, which necessitate strategic efforts to sustain business performance. This study investigates the critical determinants of consumer purchasing decisions within the stationery industry, focusing on perceived value, price perception, and product quality as suggested by existing literatur. Data were collected from 100 individuals who had previously purchased stationery products. The results revealed that perceived value, price perception, and product quality significantly and positively influence purchasing decisions. These findings underscore the pivotal role of strategic pricing, quality improvements, and perceived value in shaping consumer behavior in the stationery industry. The study contributes to existing literature and provides actionable insights for industry practitioners to enhance consumer purchasing decisions which may led to a sustain performance

Abstract

Family-run businesses make a significant contribution to the global economy, with estimates suggesting that they control 80-98% of companies worldwide. In Indonesia, family businesses account for more than 95% of all businesses and contribute around 25% to national income. However, the sustainability of these businesses across generations is challenging. Effective succession planning is essential to ensure sustainability, as it requires an understanding of the interests of the next generation. This study discusses the effect of family support on the interest in continuing a family business. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of family support and interest in continuing a family business. The population used in this study were UPI Tasikmalaya Campus Entrepreneurship Students, batches 22 and 24, totaling 50 students taken by purposive sampling. This study uses a quantitative method with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses a regression test with Family Support (X), Interest in Continuing Family Business (Y). Based on the results of this study, it shows that family support has a positive and significant effect on the interest in continuing a family business.

Abstract

The millennial generation is an age group that is now a major pillar in economic and social growth in various countries, the purpose of this study is to determine the interest of the millennial generation in transacting using Islamic mobile banking by adding moderation variables of gender and literacy. This study uses quantitative techniques that use primary data collected through distributing questionnaires. The population used is the millennial generation throughout Indonesia who use Islamic mobile banking. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling technique. Then processed using the PLS-SEM model. The findings of this study indicate that the variables of business expectations, hedonic motivation and habits have a significant influence on the behavioral intention variable, but the variables of performance expectations, social influence, facilitating conditions, price value, habits do not have a significant influence on behavioral intention, but gender does not moderate the influence of habits, hedonic motivation, performance expectations on behavioral intention. Furthermore, literacy does not moderate the influence of habits, hedonic motivation, performance expectations on behavioral intentions. With the results of this study, it can evaluate services on sharia moblile blanking so that it can increase interest in transactions on sharia moblile blanking.
