Abstract

This research was conducted at UD. Nikilo, Bumiaji Subdistrict, Batu City Malang, as one of the banana chips agro-industry business groups under the Integrated Business Service Center (PLUT) of Batu City Malang. This study aims to analyze the feasibility of the banana chips business at CV. Nikilo, Bumiaji District, Batu City Malang. The data analysis method used in this study is to use the cost and benefit analysis formula. Meanwhile, to calculate Business Feasibility, the formulas used are, Revenue Cost (R / C), Benefit Cost Ratio (B / C), and Return On Investment (ROI). The results showed that the average income in the banana chips business group assisted by PLUT Kota Batu Malang was Rp. 31,770,000.00 / month with production costs incurred of Rp. 21,604,000.00 / month. The production costs consist of a fixed cost of Rp. 6,481,250.00 and variable costs of Rp. 15,122,750.00 / month. From the results of data analysis, it was found that the benefits obtained in the banana chips agroindustry CV. Nikilo for Rp. 10,166,000.00 / month. Based on the calculation of business feasibility (R / C) Ratio, which is the ratio between revenue and total costs, the value (R / C) is 1.47 or 1.47> 1. (B / C) Ratio, namely the ratio of profits to total production costs that are more greater than zero, which has a ratio of 0.47 or 0.47> 0. Based on the comparison of profit and production capital, the ROI value is 11%. So it can be concluded that the agro-industry business of CV. Nikilo, Bumiaji District, Batu City Malang can be said to be profitable and feasible to run.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and find out what strategies are carried out at PT Cipta Griya Dewata in maintaining customer loyalty during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is qualitative research methods. The informants in this study were managers and consumers from PT Cipta Griya Dewata who were taken by purposive sampling technique. Data analysis in this study used data triangulation by analyzing the results of observations, interviews, and documentation obtained from the study. The results of the study stated that in terms of SWOT, the strengths of PT. Cipta Griya Dewata includes enthusiasm, hospitality and good communication. The disadvantages include the lack of responsiveness of staff. The opportunities are broader marketing. The threat of increasingly fierce trade competition. Meanwhile, in terms of the Customer Relationship Management Strategy, companies are required to be consumer-centered, must understand the profile of consumers to understand more deeply the character of their consumers. Operational Customer Relationship Management that uses software has not been applied at PT. Cipta Griya Dewata. Analytical Customer Relationship Management is concerned with capturing, storing, extracting, integrating, processing, interpreting, distributing, using and reporting customer-related data to increase customer value and the company has been well done by PT. Abstract

The purpose of this study is: 1) To find out If Independence affects the financial performance of the government of Tidore Islands City. 2) To find out If Harmony affects the financial performance of the government of Tidore Islands City. 3). To find out if Efficiency affects the financial performance of the government of Tidore Islands City. 4) To find out If Effectiveness affects the financial performance of the government in Tidore Islands City? with analysis methods using financial ratio analysis tools. The results of this study suggest that: 1) The ratio of regional independence has not been able to optimize pad to finance regional development. Public awareness and participation in the payment of taxes and levies is also one of the things that causes pad produced by the Tidore City Government to be few and unreliable to finance development. In addition, there are also differences in the implementation of government and loans as well as assistance from the center and total revenue in each region and the realization of spending in each region. To overcome this, local governments must be able to optimize revenues from their existing revenue potential, initiatives and willingness to regional government is needed in an effort to improve PAD, such as the service of potential sector BOM. 2) Judging from the results of the analysis of the ratio of effectiveness of good performance in terms of realizing the planned PAD. Investigation in Tidore City, its financial management has also been effective. 3). Judging from the results of the analysis of the Efficiency Ratio that the Financial Performance of the Tidore City Government has not been efficient. 4). The ratio of harmony is the allocation of Operating Expenditures greater than the Capital Expenditure.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of: (1). Entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intentions of students at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Surabaya, (2). Entrepreneurial attitudes towards entrepreneurial intentions of students at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Surabaya, and (3.) the simultaneous influence between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial attitudes on entrepreneurial intentions of students at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Surabaya. The sample is students who take Entrepreneurship Education and already have a business, amounting to 90 students. Data were collected by means of a research questionnaire. The results showed that there was an effect of entrepreneurship education as evidenced by the value of t-count> t-table (4.300> 1.66256), with sig 0.00 <0.05, entrepreneurial attitudes towards entrepreneurial intentions as evidenced by the value of t-count> t-table (3.808> 1.66256), with sig 0.00 <0.05. Simultaneously the results of this study indicate the influence between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial attitudes on the entrepreneurial intentions of students at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Surabaya as evidenced by the value of Fcount> Ftable (19.624> 3.10) with sig 0.00 <0.05.

Abstract

This study entitled The Effect of Covid-19 Handling Covid-19 Coverage Intensity on Public Perceptions of the City Government of Sukabumi. This study uses quantitative methods with path analysis. The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of the influence of the intensity factor on the handling of Covid-19 on public perceptions of the Sukabumi City Government. The results of this study indicate that the intensity variable has a significant effect on the perception variable. The conclusion in this study shows that the news intensity factor variable has a significant effect on the Y variable, namely perception. That by providing stimulus and information continuously, the intensity of the news will affect the perception of the audience who reads or watches the program. With good news and in accordance with the facts, the information will be easily accepted.

Abstract

Poverty is a complex problem, which is interrelated with one another, including: low skill levels, low capital ownership, low employment opportunities, low income levels, low education levels, low health levels, low productivity . One approach to solving the problem of poverty is through a community empowerment approach ( community empowerment ). Through this empowerment approach, it provides opportunities for the community to play an active role in development by developing their potential as the basic capital of development, and giving full authority to the community in making decisions according to their wants and needs. Penanggu circles in poverty for Sidoarjo regency , one of them reached by way of women's empowerment, by providing training for Poor Women Headed Households that a partnership with several employers. What is interesting about the empowerment program in Sidoarjo is that the target is aimed at women as the head of poor families, on the grounds that the basis for selecting the program is that women have a position in a country, society and even in the household. Based on the findings from the results of data processing on the variables studied, it can be concluded that the implementation of poverty alleviation with an empowerment approach to the Head of Poor Women's Family in Sidoarjo is still not optimal in reducing the number of poor people, therefore there needs to be an increase, especially in the entrepreneurial aspect of women

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of word of mouth (X1) and price (X2) on the purchase decision (Y) of students to continue their study at XY School of Tourism. This research model uses quantitative descriptive analysis with regression methods using SPSS build tools 1.0.0.1347 for MAC. It used a total sample of 83 participants with a purposive sampling technique and was measured by a questionnaire consisting of 34 statements. Its results showed that word of mouth (X1) and price (X2) affect purchasing decisions (Y) either partially or simultaneously. The results of this study found that word of mouth (X1) influences purchasing decisions (Y) by 49 percent meanwhile the price (X2) affects purchase decision (Y) for as much as 39.4 percent, and the rest is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Human resources in each school organization consist of several levels of position from the top (school principal) to the lowest (employees or workers). Therefore, with this position level, good communication is needed between superiors and subordinates, subordinates and superiors or fellow colleagues. Communication is quite important in a company system. Poor communication causes difficulties in collaboration between co-workers. However, we need to realize that communicating well without offending others is not an easy thing. This is because the quality of the available resources, skills, talents and abilities is generally heterogeneous. Good communication between superiors and subordinates or between co-workers, indirectly increasing productivity is not an easy job, because it is not only influenced by communication factors but also my own individual abilities. Because every individual has different backgrounds, experiences, expectations, emotions, and ambitions.

Abstract

One of the interesting advances in technological innovation is the emergence of internet technology. Where the development of Instagram is so fast in 2019 that there are many Instagram users for personal gain and for business. This progress has led to distruption so that many personal Instagram accounts and business accounts have emerged for promotional purposes. In carrying out marketing communications, companies must have a strategy so that all predetermined plans can be achieved. A good strategy will provide benefits for the company as the realization of the goals of the company. This study discusses the strategy of using Instagram as a digital marketing communication medium carried out by Mellinial Generation. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. In addition, this study also uses in-depth interview techniques with 4 resource persons, namely millennial owners from online marketplaces, literature studies and documentation. Based on the results of research and discussion, it is known that planning the use of Instagram is by analyzing problems, analyzing audiences, determining goals, selecting media and communication channels, and developing plans or activities for achieving goals. The use of Instagram as a media for digital promotion is mostly carried out by the millennial generation by utilizing photo and video features, comments, captions, locations, hashtags, tagging and Instagram ads for social media maintenance, as well as followers and likes for social media endorsements. Evaluation of the use of Instagram is the result of increased sales and the success of opening new stores and outlets.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Words of Mouth and Sapta Pesona (in English: seven enchantments) on the decision to visit Natsepa Beach in Central Maluku. This is quantitative descriptive research that uses the simple random sampling to gather the data. The sample consists of 100 visitors of the beach and is taken using Slovin formula with the margin of error of 10%. The testing use in this research are validity test, reliability test, while the data analysis technique uses descriptive statistical test, correlation coefficient test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, T test, F test, and test coefficient of determination. The result shows that there is a relationship and influence of the Words of Mouth and Sapta Pesona on the visitors’ decision to Visit Natsepa Beach by 78.2% meanwhile other influencing factors that are not found out in this research.
