Abstract

Human Resources (HR) is very important to be able to carry out the role of tasks, operationalize the available technology and provide innovative and creative thinking. The purpose of this study was to determine how the Effect of Discipline and Work Environment on Employee Performance in Ciputat Sector Police, where the independent variables studied were Discipline (X1) and Work Environment (X2), while the dependent variable was Employee Performance (Y). This method uses a quantitative approach, with the nature of descriptive associative research. The statistical tool used in the form of multiple linear regression, and carried out through the SPSS program 20 populations taken were Ciputat Sector Police officers as many as 108 people and the sample technique used was using the Slovin formula so that the number of respondents sampled was 52 people. In testing the hypothesis the author uses the t test for partial hypotheses and the f test for simultaneous hypotheses. Based on partial hypothesis testing using the f test and t test where the test results show that the fcount is 201.736> and f table is 3.190 which means the independent variable (X) has an influence on employee performance while the results of the t test results in disciplinary variables produce t arithmetic 4,613> and t table 2,009 which means tcount> ttable and work environment variables produce t arithmetic of 6.353> and t table of 2.009 which means tcount> with a contribution value of 89.2% which means that the contribution of the Disciplinary variable ( X1) and Work Environment (X2) affect the variable Y (Employee Performance) that is equal to 89.2% while the remaining 10.8% variable Y (Employee Performance) is influenced by other factors not examined by the author.

This type of research is Descriptive Research and the basis of research used is Qualitative. Informants were determined by purposive sampling with a total of 6 informants. Data collection techniques used are observation, in-depth informal interviews, and documentation to collect the required data in the form of primary and secondary data, triangulation / combined. Research instruments are researchers, a list of questions and supporting tools. Data analysis is done by reducing data, displaying data and drawing conclusions. Purposive or deliberate research location determination. The results of this study indicate that in the process of setting a regulation setting for no-smoking zones in Sigi Regency, it has run well and according to the procedure, while if seen through the results of tracing the three stages of the flow namely problem flow, policy stream, and political stream, the three streams consider problems due to the high smoking users in Sigi Regency and the lack of public awareness of the surrounding health.

Data collection methods in this research are observation, documentation study, and literature study. The method of data analysis is a simple linear regression test, product-moment correlation test, determination test, and hypothesis test (t-test). Data processing using Statistical Social Science Program (SPSS) version 22.00. The results showed that (1) Brand image influenced purchasing decisions with a t-test value of 2.329, sig. 0.022 <α = 0.05, thus proving the hypothesis that the brand image influences the purchase decision. (2) Quality of service influences purchasing decisions with a t-test value of 2.277, sig. 0.025 <α = 0.05, thus proving the hypothesis that service quality affects the purchasing decision. (3) Price perception influences purchasing decisions with a t-test value of 3.093, sig. 0.003 <α = 0.05, thus proving the hypothesis that price perception influences the purchase decision. (4) trust influences purchasing decisions with a t-test value of 3.215, sig. 0.002 <α = 0.05, thus proving the hypothesis that states' trust has an effect on purchasing decisions. (5) Brand image, service quality, price perception, and trust affect purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The automotive industry is one of the mainstay sectors whose development continues to be prioritized. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style on the performance of the employees of PT. Prima Components Indonesia BSD-Tangerang. The research method uses quantitative, saturated sampling, which means that the entire population is sampled as many as 45 respondents. Statistical tests use simple linear regression equations, correlation coefficient tests, determination coefficient tests, and significance tests. The results of the study found that there was an influence of leadership style on the performance of employees of the PPIC Division of the Department of PT. Prima Components Indonesia BSD-Tangerang, based on the results of data analysis shows that from the correlation of 0.619 it can be concluded that there is a strong influence between leadership style on the employee performance of the PPIC Division of the Department of PT. Prima Components Indonesia BSD-Tangerang, The results of the coefficient of the determination indicate that the leadership style contributes 38.3% to employee performance, the remaining 61.7% is influenced by other variables. Simple linear regression equation Y = 1.454 + 0.629X In the hypothesis test tcount 5.163> ttable 1.68 then Ho is rejected H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between leadership style on employee performance at the PPIC Department of PT. Prima Components Indonesia BSD-Tangerang.

Bank Mandiri Ciledug Branch. The method used in this research is descriptive method with an associative approach with proportional random sampling technique. Methods of data analysis using descriptive and verification with regression analysis, determination, and hypothesis testing partially or simultaneously. The results showed that partially the independent variables affect the dependent variable. Simultaneously testing the influence also concluded work discipline, and motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with an influence contribution of 41.1%. Hypothesis testing obtained a probability statistic value <0.05 thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted.
