Abstract

In fact, the work performance of employees does not match the expectations of an agency, and they still encounter low employee performance. As a result of low employee performance, the impact on agency productivity decreases and cannot meet the targets set by the agency, so that the agency suffers losses and experiences obstacles in its development. Meanwhile, for employees who have low work performance, it will hinder the career development and income of the employee.Descriptive analysis is a research method that provides an overview regarding situations and events so that this method intends to Base data accumulation applies.From the results of the analysis with the number of respondents as many as 63 people, the following conclusions are drawn: 1) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Simalungun Regency Agriculture Office. 2) Leaders are expected to improve the promotion appraisal system based on performance and work results. 3) Maintaining the current good condition of employees, who are able to work hard to get awards, a well-developed family atmosphere and an interesting and challenging work atmosphere has been created.

Abstract

This study focuses on examining the interpretation of the verse on religious moderation, related to the term wastahan ummatan in QS.Al Baqarah (2): 143. This research is important in knowing the views of commentators on the Qur'anic verse regarding religious moderation and related to the contemporary context. This research uses a qualitative traditional approach, using a literature review through a systematic review method of references (Systematic Library Research) related to the focus of this study. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive, interpretive and deductive analysis which is carried out in stagesfformulation, search, inspection/selection, analysis-synthesis, quality control mainstreaming, and report preparation.

Abstract

The problems of delegated lawmaking are considered. The author comes to the conclusion that if the domestic legal doctrine has a negative attitude to the problem of delegated legislation and there are very few examples of it, then in the countries of the Romano-Germanic and Anglo-Saxon legal families, legal science pays increased attention to this problem, and the role and importance, specific the weight of the right delegated in the system of sources of law is constantly increasing.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect that compensation (X1), work environment (X2), and teamwork (X3) had on employee loyalty (Y) at PT Agung Berkat Bintatar Abadi. The population for this study comprised all 78 workers of PT Agung Berkat Bintatar Abadi. The sample size was calculated to be 78 respondents. This study took place in 2022. This study analyzed quantitative data using SPSS multiple linear regression models. The findings indicated that salary, work environment, and teamwork all had a favorable and substantial influence on PT Agung Berkat Bintatar Abadi's employee loyalty, both partly and concurrently. Compensation was the most influential factor in determining employee loyalty. Employee loyalty can be attributed to compensation, work environment, and teamwork 95.6 percent of the time, with the remainder attributed to other factors. Employee loyalty was inversely related to salary, work environment, and teamwork.

Abstract

The legal arrangements in Indonesian that address the issue of child labor protection are very clear, Law No. 35 of 2014 concerning child protection, it is emphasized that the organizers of child protection fall on parents, families, communities, governments and the state. The first burden in implementing the protection of children lies with the parents. The legal responsibility of parents, family, community, goverment, state to children is to provide legal protection, one from of legal protection it self is to provide legal certainly, to prevent discrimination, especially in the world of child labor, where some employers employ children. Parents and guardians must play an active role in protecting their children , who are forcec to work for the needs of the family, their rights as children must be fulfilled, namely the right to grow and develop in accordance with human rights, both physically, mentally and socially. Children as the nation's off spring must be protected from all forms of inhumane treatment, which can damage theiar physical, mental and moral values. The purpose of writing scientific journals is to better understand the extent to which parents are legally responsible for the actions of children who work on their own accord in the scientific journals research using a normative method with a conceptual approach. And using legal sources, legal materials in the form of primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials.

Abstract

Fixed Assets is one of the important components in the balance sheet that plays a significant role in policy making in government institutions. Therefore, the recording and reporting of fixed assets must comply with government accounting standards. This study aims to evaluate the application of fixed asset accounting at the North Sumatra DJKN Regional Office based on PSAP No. 07 about Fixed Assets Accounting. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis that compares the suitability of the application of fixed asset accounting with government accounting standards. Data was collected through interviews and supporting report documentation. The results showed that the North Sumatra DJKN Regional Office had carried out the administration of fixed assets in accordance with PSAP No. 07 about Fixed Assets Accounting but with the finding of errors in the recording of fixed assets of Buildings that should have been transferred to other asset posts and the value of assets that have been discontinued from government operations which are still recorded even though the assets have been disposed of. The North Sumatra DJKN Regional Office is recommended to follow up on recording errors by reclassifying assets and making reports related to recording errors in the application system.

Abstract

The objective of the current study is to check the impact of workplace interpersonal conflict’s impact on job performance, job depression and turnover intention. The current study is been set to make cross sectional analysis of employees working in both public and private organizations. A pre-planned and well-structured questioner is been designed and provided to 350 respondents. 215 respondents returned the fill questioners. Simple statistical tools are been used to find the demographic features and average behavior of the respondents. Regression technique is been used for hypothesis testing and inferential statistics. The findings of regression analysis showed the interpersonal conflicts reduces job performance. Increase in interpersonal conflict increase the job depression. The impact of interpersonal conflict on turnover intention is been observed positive and statistically significant at 1%. All three-null hypotheses are been rejected while alternative hypotheses are been accepted. The moderating and mediating factors i.e. organizational maturity and supervisor behavior help reducing the interpersonal conflicts. It is been suggested that the organization need to promote employees frankly strategies and policies.

Abstract

This scientific article analyzes various criteria for the truth of knowledge about the state and law. The work emphasizes a very important and fundamental position, according to which legal practice, being the most important criterion for knowledge about the state and law, cannot objectively be recognized as a single criterion, because far from all knowledge about many state-legal phenomena and processes cannot be "measured", based solely on legal practice.

Abstract

The type of murder committed by mutilation is a vicious crime. However, this type of crime has not been expressly regulated in the Criminal Code, so there are no guidelines for prosecutors in preparing charges against this type of crime. As a result, the decisions handed down by judges are also varied and sometimes do not fulfil a sense of justice. This study aims to reveal the regulation of murder with mutilation in Indonesian positive criminal law and to determine the future policy formulation regarding the crime of murder with mutilation. The research is normative by conducting a literature study. The data that has been obtained were analyzed qualitatively by describing. This research hopes that a particular article will be made in the Criminal Code regarding murder accompanied by mutilation.
