So, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between mother's knowledge and mother's independence. Based on the results of research that has been carried out on the relationship between mother's attitude and mother's independence towards doing baby massage independently, the result of the Chi-square test is that the significant value of the relationship between mother's attitude and mother's independence is 0.000 , which means p-value <0.05. Abstract

Hypertension or high blood pressure is a disease of the heart and blood vessels characterized by an increase in blood pressure. Education is an increase in one's knowledge and abilities through learning techniques or instructions, with the aim of remembering real facts or conditions. The purpose of this research is the effect of health education on reducing patient's blood pressure. This type of research is a correlation analytic type with a quasi-experimental design. The sample in this study were hospitalized patients with a diagnosis of hypertension. The method used is observation. The results of the observation show that the blood pressure measurement of hypertensive patients uses a sphygmomanometer. The t-test obtained a significant value of 0.000, which is smaller than alpha 0.05 or 95% significant. So that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, it can be said that there is a significant effect between the blood pressure of hypertensive patients before and before being given health education or information. The conclusion that can be drawn is that education is very influential in reducing the patient's blood pressure because it can increase the patient's sense of comfort. This is a consideration for the health team to provide an in-depth understanding of hypertension.

Abstract

he first pregnancy for a mother (primigravida) is one of the crisis periods in her life. In the third trimester (28-40 weeks), anxiety before the birth of a primigravida mother will appear. Pregnant women who experience anxiety during pregnancy will increase the risk of maternal emotional imbalance after giving birth. Anxiety that occurs continuously in pregnant women has an impact on infants and pregnant women such as placental abruption, low birth weight, the risk of delayed fetal motor and mental development, colic in newborns and prematurity. This study aims to determine the effect of providing health education about childbirth to third trimester primigravida anxiety. This quasi-experimental study used a pre and post test without control method with purposive sampling technique which was conducted on 17 third trimester primigravida pregnant women at health centers Matiti, Humbang Hasundutan District. Anxiety was measured using the HARS (Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale) questionnaire. The results showed a decrease in anxiety scores between before and after treatment (p = 0.000). So it can be concluded that the provision of health education about childbirth with the lecture method can reduce the anxiety of third trimester primigravida pregnant women in facing childbirth. the results of this study suggest that research related to other interventions that may have an effect on reducing anxiety in third trimester primigravida pregnant women should be conducted.

Abstract

The increase in age has a major effect on life expectancy, especially for women, encouraging the wisdom of the elderly population, the increase in the number of the old population is not only interpreted as an increase in the level of welfare and the increase in health conditions but can also be interpreted as a burden because this old age group is no longer productive. Reproductive health problems need to be widely socialized so that women / future mothers know the reproductive problems they will experience and get a way out of these problems. In addition to the influence of age, another thing that affects reproductive health in women is the reproductive health organs themselves. Without knowing the reproductive health organs well, it is feared that the future mothers will be completely blind and may eventually result in the harmony of the husband and wife relationship. reproductive health is a good state of physical, mental and social well-being, not only free from disease or disability, but also healthy from aspects related to the reproductive system, its functions and processes. Based on the results of previous studies, the total population in Tumpatan Nibung Village, Batang Kuis district, is 6,898 people and 1,100 households this number is part of the total population in batang kuis district, Deli Serdang regency. The quantitative study population was 250 people, with a sample plan of 158 people. Quantitative analysis in a univariate, bivariate manner using chi-square with multivariate using multiple logistic regression at a confidence level of 95% (α=0.05). The data obtained from the measurement results can be used as an analysis of the next program situation by using test analysis using SPSS on the running system and turning it into an Analysis system as outcomes
