Abstract

In the business world, choosing the right business location is one of the main things that must be considered, the problem that occurs is choosing a business location that is not right for the business actors themselves. Therefore, an application is needed that helps business actors to determine the location. strategic for the business they are involved in. In this research, a decision support system application was made to make it easier for business actors to determine the location according to the criteria. Decision support applications are considered effective enough to create a ranking in determining strategic locations for business actors. The Weighted Product and SMART methods using 7 alternative data shows that the two methods produce data that is accurate and suitable when applied as a ranking for selecting business locations. The 2 methods have an elective execution score and the results of the weight values applied to each technique.

Abstract

Avana Indonesia is a social commerce startup headquartered in Malaysia. Wanting to expand their business and enter the Indonesian market, they still don't have the best marketing strategy in place, so a service sales deal is not enough. That's why we need a marketing strategy that focuses on customers with customer relationship management, one of which is customer segmentation. Customer segmentation can be done by implementing a data mining process which is carried out using the K-Means clustering algorithm based on the RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) model. The number of clusters in the clustering process is determined using the elbow method. Cluster analysis based on customer value using the recency clustering method reveals active, warm, cold, and inactive customers. Then the two from recency frequency (customer value) segmentation produce common, ultra-high, low, and high clusters.

Abstract

It has become a current requirement in every company regarding the implementation of governance in the ICT field in an effort to improve service quality. For this reason, it is necessary to implement and at the same time carry out an ISMS periodic audit process in companies using the ISO 27001: 2013 standard. Based on the audit and research results found in Annex 7 has the lowest level compared to the other Annexes, because the work instruction documentation related to labeling has not been registered in the main document so it needs to be adjusted to the main document. existing procedures with titles, so they are not synchronized. Overall the use of ISO 27001: 2013 has been going well with a maturity level value of 97.45% level 5. With almost all annexes and clauses meeting the standards of ISO 27001: 2013, so from the results this research It is hoped that the company can make improvements again in carrying out the document archive process so that it makes it easier for the auditor to carry out internal external audits and can carry out all activities in accordance with those in the ISO 27001: 2013 standard.

Abstract

The selection of used Smartphones made by buyers sometimes confuses prospective buyers of what used Smartphones to buy according to the desired criteria. Based on this, in this study a decision support system was built that was used to carry out the process of selecting used smartphones that matched the criteria, namely price, camera, RAM, internal memory, processor, battery, and weight. The decision-making method used is the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. This method is used to determine the weight value of each criterion, which is then carried out a ranking process to determine alternative used Smartphones. The results of this study are to explain the results of the stages of calculating the alternative value criteria in the implementation of the Program which has been carried out based on manual calculations and explaining that the calculation can produce the final stage where the alternative smartphone used MI 10t Pro has a ranking number 1 and has the same value as manual calculations, namely 91.1. With a decision support system that uses the SAW method, (Simple Additive Weighting), it can help consumers choose used cellphones based on predetermined criteria.

Abstract

The use of machine learning / machine learning methods is very important in developing identification of the status of the human eye, especially in terms of processing Electroencephalogram (EEG) signals to identify eye status. In previous research the method used can be a combination method between supervised learning and unsupervised learning, or a single method using supervised learning. In this study, the EEG Eye State classification uses a single method with supervised learning, namely using the following methods: K-nearest neghbors (k-NN), random forest, and 1D Convolutional Neural Networks (1D CNNs). The performance of the three classifier methods is measured using four measures, namely: accuracy, recall, precision, and F1-Score. From the experimental results it was found that the k-NN method has the best performance compared to the other two methods in terms of the four measures used, where the value of each measure is: accuracy = 82.30%; recall=82.30%; precision= 82.36%; and F1-Score=82.30%. K-NN is more suitable for classifying EEG Eye State than the other two methods, because all input attributes are from the dataset. has a data type of real numbers.

Abstract

A sentiment analysis is needed to identify tourist preferences for products and services in a tourist destination. Therefore, this study uses the Cross-Industry Standard Procedure for Data Mining (CRISP-DM) method to classify visitor review data for Komodo Island and Rinca Island obtained from the Tripadvisor website based on negative and positive sentiments, then recommends the development of an information system that can optimize the products and services of tourist destinations on Komodo Island and Rinca Island. Meanwhile, the algorithms used are k-Nearest Neighbor (k-NN), Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC), Support Vector Machine (SVM), and Decision Tree (DT). Based on the results of data classification using the word weighting method or Term Frequency Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) through the sentiment extract operator, it can be known that the five words that most often appear in tourist reviews of Komodo Island are as follows: Komodo dragons (1894), dragons (1596), island (1492), tour (840), boat (774). Meanwhile, the five words that most often appear in tourist reviews of Rinca Island are as follows: komodo dragon (1042), dragons (962), island (882), rinca (606), and boat (372). In addition, the results of the classification of 564 Komodo Island tourist review data and 364 Rinca Island tourist review data using CRISP-DM-based k-NN, NBC, SVM, and DT algorithms, show that the Support Vector Machine (SVM) is the best-performing algorithm where the accuracy value is 99.69%, precision 100%, recall 99.39%, f-measure 99.69%, Area Under Curve (AUC) 100% and t-Test 0.958. Meanwhile, the results of processing tourist review data on Rinca Island products and services show that the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm has the best performance with 100% accuracy, 100% precision, 100% recall, 100% f-measure, 100% Area Under Curve (AUC) and 0.964 t-Test. After comparing the performance of SVM before and after using the Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique (SMOTE), it can be seen that the implementation of the algorithm becomes more optimal when using the SMOTE operator. Thus, SVM is a relevant algorithm used as a model for analyzing tourist sentiment on Komodo Island and Rinca Island based on CRISP-DM.

Abstract

Information technology plays a big role in various aspects. With technology, which can make it easier for humans to make decisions quickly and effectively. An expert system is an information system that contains knowledge from an expert in order to help with decision making. This system was designed with the theory of Dr. William Moulton Marston to find out his personality and work references. To find out a person, a personality test is carried out. The Personality Test uses a manual version through distributing questionnaires to find out people's dispositions. The evaluation is made a manual version through an answer sheet. Each person takes a lot of duration, this system is made using forward chaining. forward chaining begins the way inference begins with facts to verify the principle of an assumption. The way data is retrieved begins with assumptions until it is completed. The goal is to determine a person's disposition and propose a field of work for their personality. The app also uses Agile development, because the process of upgrading software requires a duration that tends to be fast and does not consume large resources, so modifications according to customer needs can be processed more agilely, and can use input to the development team to prepare methods. The existence of this application can help psychologists and users in the personality test process so that users do not have to come to see a psychologist and more efficiently carry out the personality test process carried out.
