Abstract

Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) is a viral infectious disease that is acute and highly contagious in artiofactyl or even-toed hoofed animals. This disease is caused by tyoe A virus forum picornaviridae, genus Apthovirus namely Aphtaee epizootecae. This disease has a development period of 1-14 days since the infected animal. The defense of this virus is quite strong and survives in glands, milk bones and milk products. The morbidity rate is up to 100% and mortality is high in infected young animals. Areas with the highest transmission of foot and mouth disease are areas with high livestock density, so stricter biosecurity and animal traffic control must be implemented to prevent the disease. The problem in the Departement of Livestock and Animal Health of Riau Province is the difficulty in categorizing food and mouth disease vaccination data of which regions have done the first and second vaccine specifically for cattle in Riau Province. Therefore, this study will categorizing the first and sceond vaccine eith high immunity using K-Means algorithm. Parameter used are vaccination status, breed, gender and age. By applying the K-Means algorithm, two clusters are formed, namely the cluster with high immunity of 21232 cows, and the cluster with low immunity 48704 cows. Testing with DBI with K=2 produces a value of 0.416.

Abstract

The restaurant is an area that serves culinary delights for public consumption and also has various services to make customers feel at home while eating. One of the factors that determines the success of a restaurant in the food industry is the quality of the waitress service. An employee who serves customers in a restaurant, cafe, dining room or hotel is known as a waitress. These are the people who will approach a client as they walk in to take their order, give them a menu, and be available if they need more. Because it generates data that can be used for administrative decisions such as promotion, training, awards and other assessments, selecting the best restaurant waiter is a very important process in management. The obstacle in choosing the best restaurant waitress is the difficulty for restaurant management to make decisions regarding the best restaurant waitress because of the large amount of data which results in a long processing time. The Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) approach and the Rank Order Centroid (ROC) weighting method are the two methods used in this study to apply a decision support system to the challenge of selecting the best restaurant waiter. In this study, a number of factors, including appearance, responsibility, discipline, teamwork, high initiative, and multitasking skills, were taken into consideration in selecting the best restaurant servers. The W8 alternative, Ratih Setyowati with a value of 0.9341, which has the right to be chosen as the best restaurant waitress, is the result of a ranking to choose the best restaurant waitress with the highest preference after applying the WASPAS method and ROC weighting.

Abstract

Studies on the resilience of mangrove forest areas are becoming popular in Indonesia, despite the implementation of the Hyper Spectral of Remote Sensing method in identifying changes in vegetation index values based on the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI), Soil Adjusted Vegetation Index (SAVI) and Enhanced Vegetation Index models (EVI) in unreached areas need to be done to add to the database so that it becomes a reference for further research. Considering this, this study uses the hyperspectral method of remote sensing through the following stages: data collection; data processing; radiometric calibration; dimension reduction; data analysis; interpretation of results. Meanwhile, the bands used have been adjusted to NDVI, SAVI, and EVI models at the dimension reduction stage. The results of this study show that the overall average value of the calculation results of NDVI, SAVI, and EVI based on Zone 1, Zone 2, Zone 3, and Zone 4 of the mangrove area of East Tobelo District indicates the condition of medium or sufficient category density and dense or dense. Thus, it can be known that the location is feasible to be developed as a tourist attraction through a community-based mangrove ecotourism area development model.

Abstract

A company is said to be successful if it has a successful Human Resource Department (HRD) section based on the attitudes and skills possessed. Recruitment is the most important activity in human resource management, namely to get the right people for the company. To achieve company goals effectively and efficiently, competent and skilled employees are needed and the quality and quantity are in accordance with company needs. Determination of prospective employees to be recruited is adjusted to several criteria that influence each other, so we need a system that can help make decisions in recruiting the right and quality new employee candidates. The method used in recruiting candidates is the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method, namely the MADM (Multiple-Attribute Decision Making) model. This method is used to determine the best choice from a number of alternatives, where a good chosen alternative does not only have the shortest distance from the positive ideal solution. This system was built using the PHP programming language with MySQL database. With this web-based system, applicants can register for job vacancies according to the needs of the company so that the end result is in the form of an ideal alternative report based on the ranking of the TOPSIS method and the number of prospective employees to be recruited to fill vacancies at PT. Telkom Access Denpasar.

Abstract

The choice of course of study can be an important decision in a person's life and can have a huge impact on their career and future. Some of the problems that are often faced are lack of information, parental pressure, trends or social pressure, lack of experience, cost of lack of understanding of oneself. Faced with this problem, students may seek help from a counselor or career advisor, do their own research about the course of study, take personality tests, or seek practical experience in a different field. One solution is The study program determination system is usually carried out by prospective students or students who have completed upper secondary education and want to continue their education to the tertiary level. The method used is the fuzzy mamdani method. The Fuzzy Mamdani method uses linguistic rules to transform uncertain or ambiguous inputs or data into more understandable outputs or decisions. This method makes use of the fuzzy set concept, which can handle numerical values with more flexible and linguistically understandable degrees of membership. The test results of the application are satisfactory accuracy and objectivity values, with parameters (75,60,75). The availability of information is quite satisfactory with parameters (60,60,75), ease of use is quite satisfactory with parameters (60,75,90). Data security is unsatisfactory with parameters (50,75,125,150), feedback and evaluation are unsatisfactory with parameters (50,75,125,150). This research produces applications that can display, detailed information on study programs, provide user status tracking features, and process data on registrants and prospective students making it easier for campus managers to manage and process the data.

Abstract

The provision of Space rent or space rental for LRT station MSMEs in Palembang City is a form of sensitivity and concern for economic growth in Indonesia. Currently, the dissemination of information regarding the provision of space rent for MSMEs is only limited to several social media such as Facebook and Instagram. This research aims to be able to provide new opportunities in the form of designing a marketing information system for Space rent UMKM at the Palembang City LRT station using a website. System design must be by applying methods that can formulate, control, and evaluate the system so that it can be right on target according to user needs. This research is a descriptive qualitative research using the results of the analysis of direct interviews with five informants consisting of business development parties of the South Sumatra Light Railway Management Center, station UMKM business actors, and the general public which are used as reference materials for the formulation of analyses into the method used, namely the SOSTAC method which is implemented through a prototype website and tested through blackbox testing. The results of this research are in the form of the Palembang City LRT Station Space rent MSME website which can be used as a marketing media and MSME sales information system according to user needs. Based on testing through blackbox testing, it was found that the Palembang City LRT Station UMKM Space rent website had run well.

Abstract

Technological developments in the era of globalization are currently experiencing rapid and rapid progress. Currently information technology is developing in accordance with the development of the internet. One of the faster and more rapid developments in information is web-based information technology, which is much needed and can be obtained accurately, quickly and accurately. With a good information system can facilitate the process of applicants or employees in the service process. For offices with a lot of data, processing with technology is very helpful. This online bridal registration system is a web-based system that is useful for assisting prospective brides in registering their marriage. The process of registering a marriage at the KUA in Jayaloka Regency still uses a manual process where the bride and groom come to the KUA to register their marriage and collect information about the terms of marriage. Therefore, the rapid development of information technology encourages the author to register the bride and groom online so that they can help the bride and groom. The design of this study was to create a registration website and data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and literature review. The programming language is PHP and the UI design software uses waterfall. Create a database with MySQL using XAMMP. In testing the implementation of the bride and groom registration system, the author carried out the test using the black box testing system, after carrying out a series of system tests, it was concluded that the system was running well.

Abstract

This student complaint system is a web-based system that helps Yadika Lubuklinggau Vocational High School students submit their complaints to the school. The challenge procedure is currently still manual. Students have to write complaints down on paper and then incorporate them into feedback, so this method is not efficient enough.Technology has become an important part of people's lives, especially in the world of education, this is triggered by the rapid development of technology.as technology advances.To overcome these problems, we need a website or technology that contains a collection of certain information pages that can be accessed easily by students anytime and anywhere so as not to interfere with the teaching and learning process. Created a system to design a web page system that can assist students in filing complaints. This program is based on PHP with the concept of MVC (Model View Controller), modeling of the proposed system, including diagramsuse case, scenariouse case, diagram activity, diagram sequence, diagram class, input and output plans. The design of this website uses the PHP programming language with the Laravel Framework programming language development method. Create a database with MySQL using XAMPP.The result of this research is to design a web-based complaint information system for Yadika Vocational High School students so that students can submit complaints outside of scheduled school hours. Abstract

Project is a series of activities carried out within a limited period of time with certain resources to achieve the best results in the future. In a series of activities, the project must have problems or obstacles. The success of the project is influenced by who and how to deal with problems or obstacles during the project. The project manager is the person chosen to be responsible for activities in the project management process for the benefit of the company and is a core figure in the success of a project and is the most influential factor in the success of project management. The obstacle that exists in Smart Integrated System companies is that there is no project manager selection process that implements a requirement to become a project manager. Plus, the role of the project manager is always changing and being chosen on the spur of the moment and randomly. This study aims to overcome problems that may arise in group decision making in Smart Integrated System companies. Solving problems in Smart Integrated System (SIS) company will use a system called a website-based Group Decision Support System (GDSS) that will apply the Fuzzy Tahani method. Admin determines the high Query Fuzzification value for each set of Membership Function criteria / sub-criteria. The results of system testing on four project manager candidates found that a candidate named Jaka has the right to become a project manager. The project manager candidate selected according to the system is the best project manager candidate based on the criteria provided.

Abstract

Studies on potential mangrove ecotourism development models based on hyperspectral of remote sensing and analytical hierarchy process are needed to identify and analyze land suitability with socio-cultural and economic characteristics of local communities. This study connects the results of satellite image data processing using NDVI, SAVI, EVI, and NDWI approaches with decision support systems in setting priority programs for Zone 1, Zone 2, and Zone 3 development models in potential mangrove areas East Tobelo District, North Halmahera Regency, North Maluku Province, Indonesia. In the AHP approach, four criteria will be analyzed comprehensively, as follows: first, the arrangement and management of mangrove ecotourism areas (K1); second, training, mentoring, and community empowerment of mangrove ecotourism (K2) development areas; third, preservation of local social and cultural values (K3); fourth, the construction of facilities and infrastructure supporting mangrove ecotourism (K4). The results of this study show that the overall average value of raster data calculation results through the Hyper Spectral of Remote Sensing approach using NDVI, SAVI, EVI, and NDWI algorithms based on zone 1, zone 2, zone 3 mangrove areas of East Tobelo District, indicates medium or sufficient category density conditions and dense or dense, and has enough moisture or water in the measured area. Thus, Zone 1, Zone 2, and Zone 3 can be optimized into tourist destinations through community-based mangrove ecotourism. In addition, based on the results of the weighting of criteria and sub-criteria, normalization, and calculation of eigenvalue, lambda maximum, CI, and CR in the AHP method, it can be seen that K1 and Zone 1 obtained the highest rank, as well as showing the priority scale in the development of community-based mangrove ecotourism in East Tobelo District, North Halmahera Regency, North Maluku Province, Indonesia.
