Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop a social support instrument in physical education learning. This research is an R&D research and development from Borg & Gall (1983) which divides the development stages into 10 stages, namely 1) data collection for preliminary research 2) Development planning is carried out by determining the objectives and preparing a trial plan. 3) Developing initial products, which are then evaluated by 2 expert judgment and make product revisions 4) Small group trials. 5) Product revision 6) Field trial (medium group). 7) Conduct product revision 8) Field trial (large group). 9) Conducting the final stage revision 10) Making a research report. The population in this study were public high school students in Bandung City aged 15-18 years. The research sample was 241 students who were taken using random sampling technique. Data collection in this study using a questionnaire. The analysis used Exploratory factor analysis (EFA) technique and continued with Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) technique. The reliability test results show a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.926. Because the value is above 0.6, it can be concluded that the measuring instrument in this study is reliable and has good construct validity and reliability quality.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the level of understanding of the nutritional status and dehydration status of Mataram Soccer Academy students. Based on descriptive analysisdata obtained, 18 athletes namely the aspect of knowledge with a value of 584 points with an average of 32.4% and aspects of attitude/behavior with a value of 447 points with an average of 24.8%.The level of understanding of the nutritional intake needs of Mataram Soccer Academy students in the knowledge aspect is in the very good category at 81%, in the attitude/behavior aspect it is in the good category at 68.89%, and overall is in the good category at 75.27%. 9 out of 18 Mataram Soccer Academy students are well hydrated or 50% of the total number of students are not dehydrated, then 9 of the next 18 students are not properly hydrated or 50% of the total number of students are mildly dehydrated, and 0 out of 18 students experience a lack of fluids or 0% of the total number of students experiencing severe dehydration. If you look at the assessment criteria for the results of data processing, the dehydration status of Mataram Soccer Academy students is included in the (enough) category with an average percentage of 50%. Understanding the nutritional intake needs of Mataram Soccer Academy students based on the knowledge aspect is in the very good category, this illustrates that Mataram Soccer Academy students already understand about fulfilling nutritional intake but not in practice in other words Mataram Soccer Academy students already understand enough but in application students are still not enough.

Abstract

Body composition and shape according to ideal Body Mass Index (BMI) conditions are crucial factors for tennis athletes to reach high performance and avoid the risk of injury. This study aimed to determine the correlation between Body Mass Index (BMI) and the injury rate in tennis athletes in Banyumas Regency. The research instrument used a body mass index (BMI) and Functional measurement test. The measurement profile is strengthened by the athlete's injury archives data using an injury questionnaire. The research method uses the Correlational method. Data analysis used normality test, linearity test, and correlation test to comprehend the level of relevance between Body Mass Index (BMI) and the prevalence of injury in tennis athletes. Identification of Body Mass Index (BMI) and risk of injury in tennis athletes is essential for coaches to design an accurate training program for athletes to achieve high performance during training and competitions. The results showed that the significance value was 0.000 or stated a relationship or relevance between BMI and the risk of injury in tennis athletes. BMI results show that the average BMI is in normal conditions (22.36), and FMS results for the risk of injury to tennis athletes are in the category of having a low risk of injury. The results of this study provide information about the importance of the ideal composition of Body Mass Index (BMI) to avoid the possibility of sports injuries caused by excessive body weight. Identification of Body Mass Index (BMI) and risk of injury in tennis athletes is essential information for coaches to design the right training program for athletes to achieve high performance during training and matches
