Abstract

Currently, business development has led to the digital economy or online market due to changes in people's shopping styles, which have begun to shift from offline shopping to online shopping. This is an opportunity for business actors to market their products through digital media such as e-commerce. E-commerce facilitates communication between sellers and buyers, facilitates marketing and product promotion activities by sellers, facilitates the sale and purchase transaction process, facilitates payments made by consumers because it can be done online. This study was shown to analyze the effect of service quality on Tokopedia consumer satisfaction in Surabaya. The variables used in this study are service quality which consists of efficiency, system availability (reliability), fulfillment, confidentiality (privacy), responsiveness (responsiveness), compensation (compensation), contact (contact). And the variable of consumer satisfaction which consists of the suitability of expectations, loyalty, interest in visiting again and willingness to recommend. This study uses a survey method by distributing online questionnaires to 100 Tokopedia users in Surabaya. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that service quality has a positive and significant effect on Tokopedia consumer satisfaction in Surabaya. Abstract

The use of electrical energy consumed by the University of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa uses electrical energy sources managed by PLN which are included in primary consumers, where primary electricity customers are given a voltage of 20kV (medium voltage). Then from the PLN substation in Untirta, it is distributed by equipment or components to the Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University area. Medium Voltage (TM) which is a strong current at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University is divided into 5 parts, where the medium voltage starts from the power house and enters the Integrated Laboratory Building, Economic Building, Transformer House, Integrated Class and Rectorate Building. The light voltage (TR) is divided into 3 zones, namely the Integrated Laboratory Building, Transformer House and Rectorate Building. The research method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. Analysis of the data used is interactive analysis by Milles & Humerman. The results of the study stated that this light voltage is used as an additional voltage to compensate for medium voltages such as lighting lamps. The lighting source in the Integrated Laboratory uses the Philips brand with 5 types of lamps namely TL-LED, LED Floodlight, LED BULB, BL CG TL-5 and TL-RM 300 M1 which have IP Ratings of IP65 and IP20. For output use 10-200watt with a lighting level of 2100-28000 lm. The Schneider brand socket has a power of 200-1000 watt and a current of 16 Ampere. Abstract

Morals are very important for every Muslim, and morality itself must be instilled in a child even from an early age as the next generation. The outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic has greatly impacted children's morals so that the role of parents and their resilience is really tested so that children continue to receive moral education, considering the role of teachers in moral education is reduced during online learning. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach. This study aims to find out how tough parents are and the role of parents in educating children's morals during the covid-19 pandemic. The method used for sampling in this research is purposive sampling. Data was collected by observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The researcher met 1 respondent from the principal and 3 respondents from parents. Researchers conducted this research at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Insan Sejati, which was carried out for one month. In the results of this study, the researchers found that the role of parents was quite maximal in efforts to build children's morals, and also the resilience of parents who were carried out to deal with the covid-19 outbreak so that their children could still take a good and proper education. Abstract

Participation can remove mental barriers due to limited insight and limited viewpoints. Therefore, you are bound to discover your own assets and weaknesses, seek ways in which others can, adjust to respecting the receptive, and make beneficial arrangements. The safety of everyone in a room is associated with different security. This kind of exploration is a quantitative examination. The sample used in this population is 52 respondents. The information examination procedure used in this exploration is the Basic Straight Relapse Investigation and the use of the T test theory test. The results of this study indicate that participation does not have a significant effect on controlling the security framework, but various changes in the security framework can be made with joint military cooperation which is explained by the SPSS consequence of 0.157 or more than 0.05. The different results also show that the participation variable does not affect the security framework with SPSS results of 0.157 or more than 0.05. Keywords: Cooperation, Security

Abstract

The internet is a necessity, this makes the Telkomsel company strive to carry out marketing activities. Marketing activities are expected to create brand image, brand awareness and brand loyalty. This study aims to examine the effect of brand image on brand loyalty of Telkomsel provider users in Surabaya. Data collection techniques using literature studies and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using PLS (Partial Least Square). By using the Wibisono formula, the number of samples used in this study was 100 respondents. The results showed that brand image and brand awareness had a significant effect on brand loyalty to Telkomsel provider users in Surabaya. Keywords: Brand Image, Brand Awareness, Brand Loyalty

Abstract

This research is motivated by the conditions of competitive competition and the development of an advanced business sector that encourages companies to compete increasingly fiercely. Thus the company is required to provide satisfactory service to consumers. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Customers Experience and Customers Satisfaction on Repeat Purchase Avoskin products at @ohmybeautybank Followers. This study uses a test tool in the form of IBM SPSS Statistic 26. The population used is Followers Autobase @ohmybeautybank. The data collection used in this research is using a questionnaire. Data analysis in this study used descriptive statistical techniques. The results of the t-test indicate that Customers Experience and Customer Satisfaction have a positive effect on Repeat Purchase Avoskin products at @ohmybeautybank Followers where customers experience has a t-count of 3.250 while Customers Satification has a t-count of 2.123. So it can be concluded that Customers Experience influences Repeat Purchase more than Customers Satisfaction. Keywords: Customers Experience, Customers Satisfication, Repeat Purchase

Abstract

The development of air transportation is growing rapidly in Indonesia, this makes the airport there are almost every city in Indonesia. In order to compete internationally, the company must always create new innovations to attract customers. One example is Garuda Indonesia. In addition to the top brand the airline has also received Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) certification, which means that Garuda has fully met international aviation safety standards. In this study, the authors used a quantitative approach. To borrow the term Cresweel (2010), which states quantitative approaches are measurements of quantitative data and objective statistics through scientific calculations derived from a sample of people or residents who were asked to answer a number of questions about the survey to determine the frequency and percentage of their responses. The results obtained by researchers in this study are, service innovation has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction it is evidenced by a significant value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. While the effect of service innovation was 0.476 or 47.6% while the rest was influenced by other variables not studied in the study. Abstract

This research purposes to evaluate the influence created by brand value, product quality, and consumers complacency on consumers’ fidelity directly and indirectly thru complacency. Then the populace sample used as a reference in this subject was 100 respondents using a sampling technique, namely Purposive Sampling with the criteria of consumers aged 17 years and over and following Instagram @msglow_dee. Data analysis using Path Analysis technique (Path Analysis). The analysis results show that brand value and product quality positively and prominently affect complacency. Results show that brand value has a positive and prominent influence on consumers' fidelity. Product quality has a positive and prominent effect on consumers’ fidelity, and brand value product quality positively and prominently impacts consumers’ fidelity thru complacency. Abstract

This research is a type of Classroom Action Research (CAR) which aims to improve the quality of the teaching and learning process which leads to an increase in student activity and student result in Basic Electrical and Electronics subjects. The design of classroom action in this study refers to the design of Kemmis & Taggart model which consist of several cycles and each cycle there are four stages, namely (1) planning stage, (2) action stage, (3) observation stage, and (4) reflection stage. The population of this study were students of class X TOI in the Industrial Automation Engineering Expertise Program at SMK YPWKS Cilegon, the samples in this study were students of class X TOI A as many as 22 people. Data were collected through tests and observations. Technical analysis of data using descriptive quantitative. The results showed that the application of Group Investigation learning model in Basic Electrical and Electronics subjects could increase the student activity and student result of class X TOI A students. This increase in activity can be seen from student contribution during the learning process in the form of student enthusiasm in paying attention to teacher explanations, paying attention to friends' explanations while presentations, asking question, expressing opinions, taking notes on material, writing assignments given by the teacher, and working together with groups. The highest achievement in the indicator is paying attention to the teacher’s explanation, taking notes and listening to the teacher’s explanation, each indicator has a percentage of 95,45%. Meanwhile, the lowest achievement is the indicator of doing group work and listening to questions and answers with a percentage of 72.73%. The increase in student learning activity has an effect on increasing students' psychomotor and cognitive learning outcomes. The average value of psychomotor learning outcomes in the first cycle was 67.73%, increasing to 81.82% in the second cycle. The students' cognitive aspect obtained the percentage of the first cycle of 74.06% and the second cycle increased to 69.32%. Abstract

This research is expected to find out the role of Mandailing Natal Manpower Office in Improving Entrepreneurship Productive Economic Stimulation During the COVID-19 Period. The benefits of this exploration can expand information and familiarity with the region and the government in providing employment, especially during the COVID-19 period, meeting needs and expanding beneficial business ventures and financial feelings in Mandailing Natal. A subjective examination strategy which means to get the peculiarities of what the exploration subject is capable of, for example behavior, wisdom, inspiration, activity, and so on, comprehensively and expressively such as words and language, in extraordinary settings usually by using language. different. The results of the study show that the role of the Mandailing Natal Manpower Office in Increasing Economic Stimulation Productive Entrepreneurship during the COVID-19 period, really involves or fosters business visionaries who are under it with various projects that are used as a way to reduce quantity. unemployment and make serious and prevalent business people. It's just that during this COVID-19 period, the Mandailing Natal Manpower Office experienced problems, namely in persuading business people because they could not hold meetings to understand their misunderstandings with the business they were in. The progress expected by the Mandailing Natal Manpower Office or everyone else could not be felt directly or thus the Manpower Office could not immediately work on broad government assistance.
