Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of mental health on learning motivation at SMK Pharmako Medika Plus. Innthissstudy, aaquantitativeeapproachwwas useddwithhtheecorrelational research method. Total population 44 students. The statement questionnaire was developed in 30 items and given to each sample, after conducting validity and reliability tests, linear regression analysis was carried out in SPSS 26. The resultssshoweddthat thereewassa moderate or sufficient effecttbetweennmental health on learning.motivation at SMK Pharmako Medika Plus, this is obtained from the rxy result of 0.688. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of tax planning, deffered tax expense and information asymmetry on earnings management in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017 – 2020. This study is a quantitative study using secondary data in the form if annual report of manufacturing companies and other data and information obtained from books, scientific journals, internet and other reference sources. The population of this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2017 – 2020. The sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling. Samples taken as many as 53 companies. The analytical methods in this research are descriptive ststistical test, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis test, t statistic test (partial), f statistic test (simultaneous), and coefficient of determination test (R2) using the SPSS application. The result of this study indicate that tax palnning has no effect on earnings management, while deffered tax expense and information asymmetry have a positive effect on earnings management. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of company size, information asymmetry, managerial ownership and profitability on earnings quality. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2019 period. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. The total sample that meets the criteria is 63 companies and the analysis method uses the SPSS statistikal application. The independen variables ini this study are company size, information asymmetry, managerial ownership and profitability. The dependent variable in thus study is earnings qualit. The resukts of thus study indicate that firm size has a positive effect on earnings quality, information asymmetry has a negative effect on earnings quality, managerial ownership and profitability have a positive effect on earnings quality. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the physical work environment and non-physical work environment on job satisfaction either simultaneously or partially. The approach used in this study is quantitative with a saturated sampling technique of about 30 respondents from office employees at PT. Dhamar Tunggul Wulung Kediri City, and data collection using questionnaires with Likert scale measurements. Multiple regression analysis using SPSS software version 25 for windows was used to test the hypothesis of the study. The results of this study indicate that the physical work environment and non-physical work environment simultaneously or jointly have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, the physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, while the non-physical work environment has no significant effect on employee job satisfaction. . The value of the coefficient of determination in this study is 72.7%, this means that this research model can explain 72.7% of employee job satisfaction, while the remaining 27.3% is explained by other variables not explained in this study. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the teacher's personality competence, the basic concepts of tazkiyatu an-nafs, and to understand how to shape the teacher's personality through tazkiyatu an-nafs. This study uses a type of library research or literature review by collecting data or scientific papers that aim to collect literary data. The results of the research in this study stated that the teacher's personality competence is one of the competencies that is very important and close to students. The point is how a teacher has a personality that will be digested and imitated by the number of students. When a teacher does not have good personality competence, then there is the possibility of having a bad view of students. It will be different from a teacher who has good personality competencies, it will also get a good view of the students. The basic concept of tazkiyatu an-nafs is closely related to the formation of obedient human beings, maintaining their relationship with Allah, harmony with others who are able to deliver themselves to be a whole person (insan kamil). Tazkiyatu an-nafs is defined as the process of purifying oneself or cleansing the soul to become a better human being. Forming teacher personality competence through tazkiyatu an-nafs with piety, patience, tawakkal, sincerity, gratitude, zuhud, polite/forgiving, and aware of responsibility. The creation of a good personality through the tazkiyatu an-nafs will form serious educators in organizing themselves to become good personalities. If a teacher's soul becomes pure and continues to have a noble character, then what is done is to keep that soul pure and moral starting through consistency within oneself. Tazkiyah is intended to help teachers live their profession as an educator or teacher in submitting to Allah swt. as insan kamil (perfect human) according to the objectives of Islamic education. The formation of relationships is based on the tazkiyatu an-nafs path through 3 (three) directions, namely vertical, horizontal, and individual. These 3 (three) paths are taken by humans themselves to communicate well with Allah swt. (vertically) through the way of worship, maintaining good relations with fellow humans (horizontally) through the path of noble character (akhlakul karimah), as well as to oneself (individually). Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of experiential marketing on Gojek customer satisfaction; (2) the effect of experiential marketing on Gojek customer loyalty. The population of this study are consumers who have used the Gojek application in the Surabaya area. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with the criteria of consumers aged ± 17 years and over and had used the Gojek application service more than once in the Surabaya area. Data analysis technique using Partial Least Square with software smartPLS 3.0. The results of this study indicate that experiential marketing has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Likewise, experiential marketing has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. indirectly experiential marketing has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. Abstract

Business development in Indonesia is experiencing intense competition in various sectors, one of which is the cosmetic industry in Indonesia, namely Wardah. One of the beauty products produced by Wardah is lipstick. Wardah is one of the well-known brands and has won the trust of consumers who have received SJH from LPPOM MUI. This study aims to determine how much influence Brand Image and Brand Trust have on Brand Loyalty to Wardah Lipstick customers in Surabaya. The population in this study were 100 respondents who had purchased and used Wardah lipstick in the city of Surabaya. The research method is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique with the criteria that Wardah lipstick consumers are domiciled in the city of Surabaya and are at least 17 years old. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Brand Image (X1) and Brand Trust (X2) variables simultaneously have a significant effect on Brand Loyalty (Y), the Brand Image (X1) variable partially has a positive and significant effect on Brand Loyalty (Y), and the Trust variable Brand (X2) partially positive and significant effect on Brand Loyalty (Y). Abstract

This research is a type of quantitative research that aims to determine whether there is an effect of practical learning outcomes, student motivation and student readiness on the results of industrial work practices for students in the Electrical Power class SMKN 2 Serang City and how big the effect is. The research method used is quantitative research which consists of 4 variables, namely Basic Electrical and Electronics Learning Outcomes (X1), Learning Motivation (X2), Student Readiness (X3), Industrial Work Practice Results (Y). The data were taken using questionnaires, tests, and final grades of students which were then processed using the SPSS data analysis application. The results of the study show that there is no effect between basic electrical and electronic learning outcomes on industrial work practice results with a value of sig (0.279 > 0.05), student learning motivation has an influence on students' industrial work practice results with a value of sig (0.026 < 0.05), student readiness has an influence on the results of industrial work practices with a sig value (0.045 < 0.05). Based on the results of the analysis showed that the basic learning outcomes of electricity and electronics, learning motivation and student readiness had an effect of 0.071 or 7.1% unit. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the influence of service quality and departure terminal facilities on passenger satisfaction at Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin airport, Bima. The type of research taken is quantitative. The source of this research data is primary data that comes from distributing questionnaires with 50 samples, namely passengers who have traveled via air transportation at Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Airport, Bima. This research uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis method. The results obtained from this study indicate that: (1) H1 service quality has a significant effect on passenger satisfaction at Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Airport Bima (2) H2 available facilities have a significant effect on passenger satisfaction at Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Airport Bima.
