Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the influence of service quality and departure terminal facilities on passenger satisfaction at Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin airport, Bima. The type of research taken is quantitative. The source of this research data is primary data that comes from distributing questionnaires with 50 samples, namely passengers who have traveled via air transportation at Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Airport, Bima. This research uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis method. The results obtained from this study indicate that: (1) H1 service quality has a significant effect on passenger satisfaction at Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Airport Bima (2) H2 available facilities have a significant effect on passenger satisfaction at Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Airport Bima. Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors which can affect the existence of a fraudulent financial statement that adds back the audit committee as a moderating variable in the study. The factors that will be tested in this study are the theory of fraud pentagon which consists of pressure, opportunity, rationalization, competence and arrogance. The research sample used is the infrastructure sector listed on the Indonesia stock exchange for the 2016-2020 period. The sample selection methodused purposive sampling method and produced 25 companies with 125 annual reports that were processed. In this study, the hypothesis used is logistic regression. The results of this study are empirically that pressure effect on fraudulent financial statement, opportunity, rationalization, competence and arrogance have on fraudulent financial statement. the audit committee cannot moderate the influence of pressure, opportunity, rationalization, competence and arrogance on fraudulent financial statements. Abstract

This research is motivated by the large number of fashion industries in the shoe sector which creates a competition to attract and retain customers. This study aims to determine whether Product Quality and Brand Image have an effect on Customer Loyalty of Converse Shoes. The population used in this study were consumers of Converse Shoes at Pakuwon Trade Center Surabaya. The sample required is 100 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is non-probability sampling. The type of data used in this study is primary data, namely data collected or obtained directly from the object of research. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire with closed questions. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Thus, the results of this study that simultaneously and partially Product Quality and Brand Image have a significant effect on Converse Shoes Customer Loyalty. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explore a sociolinguistic review of the use of Arabic with a communicative approach in Klego Village, East Pekalongan District, Pekalongan City. This research is a library research and is descriptive-analytic in nature whose data is taken from the results of excavation and searching of books and other references relevant to the research theme. then the data were analyzed by deductive and comparative methods. The results of the study indicate that the communicative approach in using Arabic is an approach that aims to develop communicative abilities and teaching procedures for the four language skills, namely listening, speaking, reading, and writing in a balanced way. The use of language skills with a communicative approach in terms of sociolinguistics contains the same content, namely the practical purpose of using language which is then applied in the real life of society. One of the non-linguistic factors that can affect the teaching of Arabic from a social context is a social phenomenon. While the social context itself is divided into several things, namely: home (residence), community (surrounding environment), schools, social gatherings and groups, mosque groups, play groups, and mass media. Abstract

Competitive advantage becomes the endurance of a business in a competitive market to understand the value that can be created for the products offered in order to increase the attractiveness of the business. The purpose of the study was to determine the competitive strategy applied in business development at the home industry of water hyacinth Wiwit Collection @witrove_ Karang Pilang District, Surabaya City in an effort to face business competition. The research population is the resource person of the Wiwit Collection with a sample of resource persons on the criteria established by purposive sampling technique, which means that it is based on the research objectives. The data analysis technique used a SWOT analysis with the questionnaire method. The results showed that internal factors had a total weighted average of 1.31 with a strength factor of 4.24 and a weakness factor of 2.93, while the total external factor weighted average of 0.96 with an opportunity factor of 4.13 and a threat factor of 3.17. Wiwit Collection is in quadrant I implementing an aggressive strategy through the SO strategy which shows that the strengths and opportunities are relatively superior compared to the weaknesses and threats. While the WO and WT strategies can be used as an alternative, especially in the online marketing aspect. Keywords: Competitive Strategy, Business Development, SWOT Analysis

Abstract

Airport services and facilities greatly affect the level of passenger satisfaction, with very adequate facilities,Tjilik Riwut Airport service users will feel satisfied from the company's performance.The level of quality of service and facilities cannot be measured from the airline's point of view but must be seen from the point of view of passenger satisfaction.Evaluate the airline's current position with other competitors. The formulation of the problem from this research Is there an effect of service on passenger satisfaction at Tjilik Riwut Airport Palangkaraya,Is there an effect of facilities on passenger satisfaction at Tjilik Riwut Palangkaraya Airport,Is there an effect of facilities and services on passenger satisfaction at Tjilik Riwut Airport Palangkaraya.Research Objectives This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of service on passenger satisfaction at Tjilik Riwut Airport,Palangkaraya,then whether there is an effect of facilities on passenger satisfaction at Tjilik Riwut Airport,Palangkaraya,and whether there is an effect of service facilities on passenger satisfaction at Tjilik Riwut Airport,Palangkaraya. This research uses quantitative methods.The population in this study were all passengers or service users of Palangkaraya Tjilik Riwut Airport, totaling 142,379 passengers.The number of samples is 100 respondents.Service variable (X1) has a positive effect on passenger satisfaction (Y).The coefficient of the facility variable is 0.142,for the facility T count (X2) is 3.411>1.984 so it can be concluded that the facility variable (X2) has a positive effect on passenger satisfaction (Y). Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between affective commitment and job satisfaction in vocational teachers. This study involved 59 vocational school teachers at one of the state vocational schools in Tangerang Regency, Banten Province. The research method used is quantitative by using a questionnaire as a research data collection tool. The data analysis technique used is using the SPSS version 26 program with the results of the study that there is a significant relationship between affective commitment and job satisfaction in vocational teachers. Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has an impact on human life in fulfilling food through agricultural activities. The purpose of this study is to find behaviors in the Sundanese culture perspective of the manager of the Sundanese cultural village in Bogor, West Java. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Meanwhile, the data collection method was carried out by three events, namely observation, documentation and in-depth interviews. While the data analysis using triangulation. The results of the study indicate that the construction of traditional food barns to store food is a step to achieve resilience because food needs are met. After that, food production follows the paranti line, namely agriculture that follows the way of ancestral rice farming and pest control is carried out organically so that it helps production but avoids food production failures in the future. Abstract

This study focuses on the impact of service quality on the satisfaction of Batik Air passengers at Yogyakarta International Airport. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact and impact of service quality on passenger satisfaction. The method used is a quantitative method, which means using a calculation technique to determine the influence between the service quality of Batik Air airlines. Survey data is in the form of numbers and the analysis uses statistics, so this method is known as the quantitative or positivist method. Used to study a particular population or sample, the data sampling technique is carried out using a targeted sampling approach and is intended to test the proposed hypothesis using a research Data analysis is quantitative. The results showed that the significant value was P : 0.000, which means it is smaller than the 0.05 significance level (α). This means that passenger satisfaction at Batik Air in Indonesia has a great influence between Yogyakarta International Airport services. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of billing effectiveness, participation of regional capital and non revenue water on the contribution of local native income with return on equity (ROE) as an intervening variable: a case study on the General Company of Magelang City Drinking Water Area. The data is secondary data, namely the monthly financial statements published by the General Company of magelang City Drinking Water Area for the period 2016-2021. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis with the help of analytical tools used is Patial Least Square (PLS), which is SEM based on variance, with SmartPLS software. Analysis using PLS there are several things that are done, namely the fit model test, hypothesis test and mediation test. The waiting results showed that the effectiveness of billing and non revenue water had an insignificant negative effect on PAD contributions, capital participation had a significant negative effect on PAD contributions, the effectiveness of billing and non revenue water had an insignificant negative effect on returns on equity, capital participation had an insignificant positive effect on returns on equity, returns on equity had a positive effect on returns on equity. significant to the contribution of PAD. Based on mediation analysis states that intervening variables (returns on equity) insignificantly have a decreased effect on the influence between billing effectiveness on PAD contributions. And for intervening variables (returns on equity) significantly give an increased effect on the influence between capital participation on PAD contributions. While intervening variables (returns on equity) do not significantly have a decreased effect on the influence between non revenue water on the contribution of PAD.
