The phenomenon of religiosity from social settings begins to move into the cyber realm. The dialectic of religious understanding based on belief appears in the digital realm. arguments and different opinions and even mocking each other also occurs in the cyber realm. Social media is a gathering place for the Islamic community to show religious understanding in the form of statements, images, and symbols. This study uses a qualitative approach to describe the pattern of religious communication on social media. The results of the study show that theological elements are carried over to the realm of communication on social media. Differences of opinion regarding art and culture are haram or not keep popping up. At first they mocked each other between netizens, then it led to a theological dialogue that fell between infidel or non-infidel. Therefore, practical instructions from religious authorities are needed to provide alternative solutions to netizens, so that there is no mutual disapproval on social media. The goal of this study is to investigate how bond ratings are influenced by business risk, profitability, company size, and company growth on bond rating through the use of capital structure. The population of this study is made up of PT Indonesian Rating Agency and the banking businesses listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the years 2016 through 2021. Purposive sampling was the method of sampling that was used. The information used was gathered through the use of secondary data and library research methods. The Sobel test, the Path Analysis method, and the SPSS version 26 application were used in this study's data analysis at 15 different companies. The findings of this study suggest that, while profitability has no effect on bond ratings, business risk, company size, and company growth have a considerable positive impact. A capital structure's capacity to moderate the effects of business risk, profitability, company size, and company growth on bond ratings is another benefit.

This research was conducted to analyze the supply chain using packing plants. This study uses the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine supply chain performance. There are three SCOR levels which are the determining factors in this study. The result of calculating the score of 23 factors which are the Metrics in Cement Packing Plant. The problem in the supply chain at the packing plant is 10 metrics, with an average performance indicator of 4 metrics, marginal of 5 metrics and poor of 1 metric. There are 8 strategy maps to improve Metrics with a score below 70, with the hope of improving the performance of supply chain as a whole. This study aims to determine the impact of the implementation of learning activity of Independent Learning Independent Campus (MBKM) program on the learning obtained by students at Almuslim University. Specifically, the research objectives were to identify the impact of the implementation of MBKM, to investigate the students’ perceptions and attitudes towards MBKM program. The research of methodology was a qualitative descriptive research. The data of techniques collection were interview and survey, while the data analysis technique used was descriptive analytical by applying formative evaluation research. This research seeks to figure the quality improvement in students’ learning and to find out what actually happened in the natural context when the program was still running, with the goal to boost the quality of the MBKM program in the future. The data provided through questionnaires and interview, data analysis techniques started from data collection which was then analyzed using descriptive analysis. The research results shown that the impact of the implementation of MBKM can improve the soft skills and hard skills of the students after participating in the Independent Learning Independent Campus program. The types of minimarkets Alfamart and Indomaret are retail businesses with a franchise concept that are currently experiencing rapid growth in Indonesia. The spread of minimarkets has entered residential areas. In this regard, this study aims to analyze the effect of the existence of Alfamart and Indomart on the existence of small stalls in the city of Palopo. The type of this research is field research with qualitative methods. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observation. Further analysis the data used is inductive. Based on the analysis of the data it is concluded that the existence of Alfamart and Indomaret in the city of Palopo has an impact on the income of the small shop in the city of Palopo. Product quality is a combination of features and characteristics. Determine how well the output can meet customer requirements, or evaluate how well the characteristics and properties meet their requirements. Product quality or quality is the main aspect that can attract customers. Customer satisfaction is a person's feeling of pleasure or disappointment that occurs when the performance (or results) of a product are compared to expected performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction in the city of Palopo. This research was carried out in the city of Palopo. This type of research uses quantitative research with a sample of 30 respondents, while the method used in this research is a questionnaire survey. Questionnaires are used as a data collection tool, the data used in this study uses primary data. Analysis of the data used to test the validity, reliability, partial test. The results of this study indicate that the product quality variable has a positive value on the customer satisfaction variable. It can be said that the higher the perception of customer satisfaction, the higher the level of product quality received by customers. Keywords: Product Quality; Customer Satisfaction

The purpose of this study is to produce the latest empirical evidence regarding the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Assets (ROA), Firm Size, and Current Ratio (CR) on Firm Value in Consumer Goods Sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2021. This research was made because there are still differences in research results between one another and the fluctuations in the firm value in the consumer goods sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The study was conducted on 41 samples of companies using purposive sampling in the 2017-2021 period. The data analysis method uses panel data regression method which is processed using statistical software STATA 17. The results of the study show empirical evidence that the Debt to Equity Ratio variable has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value. The Return on Assets and Firm Size variable has a positive and significant effect on firm value. The Current Ratio variable has a negative and insignificant effect on firm value. This study aims to determine the effect of the variables measured, namely non-performing loans (npl), equity to total assets (eqta), operating expense (oe) on the net interest margin (nim) of banks in Indonesia for the 2017-2021 period. The population in this study are 20 companies in the banking sub-sector that are still listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The sampling technique is by purposive sampling method and obtained as many as 10 companies. The research data were analyzed using the panel data regression method with a significance level of 0.05 using the STATA 16 program. The results of this study indicate that the variables indicate that the variable Non-Performing Loans has a negative and insignificant effect on the Net Interest Margin. The Operating Expense variable has a negative and insignificant effect on the Net Interest Margin.. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of school principal e-leadership on the innovation of teachers in MA Se-Kecamatan Pamijahan Bogor. This research uses quantitative research. The data collected in the form of numbers were analyzed by linear regression analysis. This study used a questionnaire that was non-testing in nature. The questionnaire is systematically compiled by the researcher by submitting a written statement, answered by the respondent and returned to the researcher. The questionnaire in this study is a closed questionnaire, which is a questionnaire that contains the answers given by the researcher, until a respondent can only choose one answer that suits him. The questionnaire in this study contains a series of statements, including five alternative answers, and both positive and negative statements are answered by the teacher. Based on the regression test obtained a significant value of 0.000<0.05, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between the principal's e-leadership on teacher innovation. Bank is a business entity that collects funds from the public in the form of savings and distributes them to the public in the form of credit or other forms. In Indonesia, there are many banks both in the form of conventional and Islamic banks, the more rapid the development of digital banks, the significant changes are now also visible, one of which is that there are several areas such as in Nangroe Aceh Darussalam and Lombok West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) which convert from conventional banks to Islamic banks. Bank NTB Syari'ah is proven to be in 8th place and contributes 2% to the market share of Islamic banks. The total population of NTB in 2020 reached 5,320,092. The total population of Aceh in 2020 reached 5,274,871. The two provinces have approximately the same population, then the Islamic community is both very strong, the ecosystem supports, especially in NTB halal tourism is growing rapidly. The conversion system carried out is investigated for further discussion, How is Conventional Bank Conversion to Sharia Bank? How is the Analysis of Conversion of Contracts Against Conventional Banks to Sharia Banks?. This research is very useful to see how the conversion of Conventional Banks to Sharia Banks has been implemented, this research can be a reference and constructive input as well as a reference in the context of the implementation of Sharia Bank Conversion in Indonesia. The basis used by banks in transferring or converting existing non-syari'ah transaction products into sharia transactions is by referring to DSN Fatwa No. 31/DSN-MUI/IV/2002 concerning Debt Transfer.
