<![CDATA[This research is a primary research with data collection method using questionnaire distributed to employees of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Medan, with random sampling and data analysis using descriptive analysis and statistical analysis. The statistical analysis used in this study is linear regression while the hypothesis test is to use the i test and f test. The results of the discussion show that there is a strong and significant influence between motivation variables (x1) and employee work variables (y). there is also a strong and significant influence between motivation variables (xi) and leadership style (xi) on work motivation (y).From the partial calculation results obtained that the two independent variables namely motivation and leadership style have a significant effect on employee morale at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Medan.The magnitude of the influence of motivation and leadership style on work morale is 82.50% while the remaining 17.50% is influenced by other factors that are not included in the model.]]>

<![CDATA[The writing of this paper aims to determine the improvement of management performance through myths and terms of management. Writing method uses library research method. From the results of the discussion, it can be concluded that there are no definite formulations and limits on the content and characteristics of high-performing organizations and how the process is achieved. What is certain is that many recipes and concepts have been offered. But the concept-prescription is generally universalistic and oversimplifies the reality of the organization. It is time for managers not to expect the recipe and concept as a powerful tool to boost organizational performance in a revolutionary manner. Improving performance is not a static shortcut, but a relentless step that recognizes the ups and downs of successes and failures, which are highly dependent on both contextual and controlled contextual factors which require various combinations of actions and conditioning to achieve them. It's time for managers to think more reflexively, looking for the real root of the problem rather than directly adopting the answer]]>

<![CDATA[Indonesia's population is a population problem in Indonesia. The Indonesian population is 782,682 who are KB participants. According to the 2013 BKKBN data (7.64%), 98,594 Implant participants (12.60%), 358,470 injection participants (45.80%), 203,878 Pilots participants (26.05%), 13,623 MOW participants (1.74% ), 2,589 MOP participants (0.33%) and condom participants 45,753 (5.85%). The purpose of the study is to find out the definition characteristics, advantages, weaknesses, indications, and contraindications in the Maternal Hope Maternity Clinic 2015.Descriptive research to find out the description of maternal knowledge about tubectomy contraception with the population is all mothers who came to visit Harapan Ibu Maternity Clinic in 2015 from July 3 to July 5 as many as 30 respondents. The sampling technique in this study is arcidental that is 30 respondents using a questionnaire. Analysis is discussed in accordance with existing theories and libraries.From the results of the researchers who used 30 majority respondents poor knowledge of 15 respondents (50%), and a minority of well-informed as many as 13 respondents (43.3%). Based on age, the majority of respondents were quite knowledgeable as many as 27 respondents (90%) in the age group of 20-35 years. And the minority is poor knowledge of 1 respondent (3.3%) in the age group <20 years. Based on education, the majority were knowledgeable enough as many as 15 respondents (50%) in the high school education group, and the minority had less knowledge as much as 1 respondent (3.3%) in the elementary education group. Based on the information sources, the majority of them were knowledgeable as many as 20 respondents (66.6%) and the minority had poor knowledge as many as 18 respondents (6.6%).Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the mothers who visited the Harapan Ibu Maternity Clinic had poor knowledge about tubectomy contraception and there were still many mothers who had not used tubectomy contraception. Therefore, it is expected that all mothers who visit the Harapan Ibu Maternity Clinic can understand and use tubectomy contraception.]]>

<![CDATA[The objective of the research was to find out, analyze, and prove empirically service quality, taxation socialization, sanction, and taxpayers environment on corporate taxpayers compliance and account representative professionalism as moderating variable in KPP (Tax office) Madya Sumut 1. The population was 927 corporate taxpayers registered in the KPP Madya Medan. The samples were taken by using cluster random sampling technique. The data were gathered by distributing questionnaires, and only 91 respondents who returned them and analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis and residual analysis for moderating variable. The result of the research showed that, service quality, taxation socialization, sanction, and taxpayers environment partially and simultaneously had the influence on corporate taxpayers’ compliance at KPP Madya Sumut 1. Account representative professionalism as moderating variable could strengthen the correlation of service quality, taxation socialization, sanction, and taxpayers environment with corporate taxpayers compliance at KPP Madya Sumut 1.]]>

<![CDATA[This Research and Development (R & D) aims to produce more innovative statistics teaching materials by integrating them into guided, valid, practical and effective guided learning models in accordance with the National Standards of Higher Education. In addition to improving the quality of student learning outcomes in the course of statistics at the Universitas Quality. Furthermore, to know the effectiveness of teaching materials statistics development results that have been applied at the University of Quality. The study population is all students of PGSD Universitas Quality academic year 2017/2018. Sampling technique by using Purposive Sampling, which is student of semester V that take course of statistics. This research method uses Research and Development (R & D) method that adapted and modified by Borg & Gall. The work steps in the study include: (1) preliminary study, 2) development of teaching materials, 3) implementation of instructional use, 4) product effectiveness test. Instrument used in this research is achievement test of learning result. Furthermore, to test the hypothesis used t-test. From the result of t test for student learning result obtained thit = 3.246 compared on ttab 2.015 (5% significance level), so it can be said that thit > ttab or 3,246> 2,015. Through these results it can be concluded that the use of teaching materials statistics can give effect to student learning outcomes. Through these results it can be concluded that instruction-based instructional materials guided inquiry effectively improve student learning outcomes PGSD at Universitas Quality.]]>

<![CDATA[Satisfaction is an emotional condition which is favorable or unfavorable for employees concerning their jobs. It is related to leadership style, work motivation, and compensation. The objective of the research was to find out the correlation of leadership, motivation, and compensation with work satisfaction of nurses in the Inpatient Wards of RSUD Puri Husada, Tembilahan, in 2017.The research used analytic method with cross sectional design. The population was 108 inpatient and outpatient nurses at RSUD Puri Husada, Tembilahan, and 85 of them were used as the samples, using total population sampling technique.The result of bivariate analysis with chi square statistic test at α=0.05 showed that there was the correlation of leadership (p=0.000), motivation (p=0.00), and compensation (p=0.001) with work satisfaction. The result of multivariate analysis with logistic regression test showed that the variable which had the most dominant influence on inpatient nurses’ work satisfaction was leadership (p=0.023; OR=3.356).]]>

<![CDATA[This study considers the impact of decision power and demographic variable on risk tolerance and portfolio in households. Financial management in the household becomes an important issue in creating community welfare. Married Couple (N= 154) separately completed a survey using Decision Power Index by Blood and Wolfe, The Survey of Consumer Finances risk tolerance question, demographic information such as, age, education level, gender, working status, and tribe. The study found that effect of decision power for husband and finance and portofolio risk level, Suggesting that husband more affects to take financial decision, but Age and Education of spouse was found to be a significan factor in risk tolerance. Further, a tribe indicating the decision power, risk tolerance level among spouse in household.]]>

<![CDATA[The Indonesian economy at this time is inseparable from the economic crisis that occurred in the international market. The government as a fiscal policy maker and Bank Indonesia as a monetary policy maker must be able to take appropriate policies to safeguard economic conditions if there is economic pressure from outside. Money market analysis to discuss the relationship between the interest rate and the level of income that appears on the money market. This study uses quarterly data from 2010-2017, using the two-stage least square simultaneous equation model. The results of this study show that domestic interest rates and inflation do not have a significant effect on changes in Indonesia's GDP, the money supply has an impact on Indonesia's GDP per capita increase, inflation expectations have no effect on changes in Indonesia's GDP, the money supply has an effect on increasing levels Domestic interest and the FED (Federal Reserve System) interest rate influence the decline in domestic interest rates.]]>

This study takes the title: "The Influence of Budgeting Participation on Managerial Performance with Distributive Budget Justice as an Intervening Variable (Study at Medan Estomihi Hospital)". The population in this study were all employees who contributed to the budget preparation process in 2018 in each section with a total of 40 employees. The purpose of this research is to find out how the influence of budget participation has an impact on managerial performance directly or through budget distributive justice.
