Quality education really needs professional education staff, to make school principals who are professional and have good managerial skills, the role of school principals is needed in fostering, guiding and directing teachers. A school principal must have the ability to lead a school, especially managerial abilities. The principal is a professional official in the school organization whose job is to manage all organizational resources and work together with teachers in educating students to achieve educational goals and understand all school needs. Types of school action research. The research location was at SMA Negeri 3 Langgam, Pelalawan Regency. Observation and questionnaire data collection techniques. Data analysis techniques use percentages. The results of the study illustrate that using the school principal's monitoring and evaluation method can improve teacher performance in carrying out learning tasks at school. Based on the aspects assessed in cycle I, there are still several indicators that have not been implemented by the principal. supervision, the assessment carried out in cycle II gave better results because there were already many school principals who carried out managerial performance activities, in this case there were actually no school principals who were lazy sometimes, they did not understand the work to be done so many tasks were related to performance appraisal is not going well.

The problem in this study is that learning is still dominantly centered on the teacher. This is because generally lessons on software application and building interior design are presented conventionally with very minimal student involvement, less attractive to students and boring. This study aims to describe the increase in student learning outcomes in class XII using the cooperative learning model at SMKN 2 Pekanbaru. This type of research is classroom action research. This research was conducted at SMKN 2 Pekanbaru. The research was conducted in two cycles with 4 (four) stages, namely planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The subjects in this study were 35 class XII students at SMKN 2 Pekanbaru. Data collection techniques through class observation and documentation. The data analysis technique that guides data processing uses the percentage (%) technique. The results of this study indicate that learning using the cooperative learning model can improve student learning outcomes which can be seen in the average learning outcomes of cycle II which is more increased than cycle I, where in cycle I the average obtained is 75. While cycle II the average obtained is 84.

The problem in this study is that the teacher's ability to develop learning models has not been implemented as a whole, teachers use old learning models regardless of the characteristics of each student. teacher's ability to motivate children in learning is still low. The purpose of this study was to see the ability of teachers to use active learning models through workshops. This type of research is school action research. This research took place at SMKN 1 Bandar Seikijang, Riau Province. The subjects in this study were teachers at SMKN 1 Bandar Seikijang. The research procedure uses 4 stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The data needed in this study were obtained through observation (observation). Data analysis was carried out by paying attention to the acquisition of the study instrument to see the ability of the teacher using a predetermined formula. Based on the results of the research and discussion that have been put forward in the previous chapter, it can be concluded that the workshop activities can improve the ability of teachers to use active learning models at SMKN 1 Bandar Seikijang, Riau Province. This is evidenced by an increase in the ability of teachers from cycle I to cycle II. The average percentage of the teacher's ability to use learning models in the first cycle was 63.1% in the sufficient category, in the second cycle it was 88.1% in the very good category.

The problem in this study is that students do not understand and master the material. In addition, the use of learning methods that are still conventional makes students less active in participating in existing learning so that students only know something and are not able to do something, so the learning process does not run effectively. This study aims to describe efforts to improve student learning outcomes in nursery and plant tissue culture learning materials through discovery learning models in class XI ATPH SMKN 8 Pekanbaru. This type of research is classroom action research. This research was conducted at SMKN 8 Pekanbaru. The research was conducted in two cycles with 4 (four) stages, namely planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The subjects in this study were 25 class XI students at SMKN 8 Pekanbaru. Data collection techniques through class observation and documentation. The data analysis technique that guides data processing uses the percentage (%) technique. The results of this study show that student learning outcomes using the discovery learning learning model increase at each meeting. Student learning outcomes in cycle I amounted to 75, which increased in cycle II to 85. Not only that, students were very enthusiastic about solving problems and the results of the learning were shown by the very good grades obtained from the evaluation at the end of the lesson. This proves that using the discovery learning learning model can improve the learning outcomes of class XI ATPH students at SMKN 8 Pekanbaru.

The problem in this study is that the Independent Curriculum is present to perfect the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum. The teacher's understanding of the implementation of the Independent Curriculum is still in the sufficient category, and needs development. teachers who do not fully understand the independent curriculum, the independent curriculum learning plans are not maximized and the evaluation of independent curriculum learning is not satisfactory. The type of research used in this study was the school action research method (PTS). The research location was carried out at SMKN 8 Pekanbaru. The research was carried out in the June-December semester of the 2022/2023 school year. The principal action research subjects were teachers at SMKN 8 Pekanbaru. The technique of collecting data from this school action research is through quantitative data obtained from observation and interviews. The data analysis technique used in this study is quantitative data analysis originating from observational data acquisition. The results of the study show that with guidance through clinical supervision teachers can understand more about the independent curriculum and apply it more easily in the learning system. 1) Learning the independent curriculum in the form of learning tools in accordance with the guidelines for making independent curriculum learning tools, namely analyzing learning outcomes (CP). 2) Implement an independent curriculum that begins with the implementation of a diagnostic assessment, carry out learning according to project-based teaching modules, both short-term projects and long-term projects, 3) carry out assessments or evaluations of learning to implement the independent curriculum including carrying out diagnostic assessments, implementing and processing formative and summative assessments and reporting learning outcomes .

The problem in this study is that there are still many teachers who have not designed lesson plans in accordance with the Permendiknas, there are teachers who have not included the learning methods and strategies used, the selection of media is not appropriate. The purpose of this study was to obtain an increase in teacher competence in using learning media at SMAN 1 Kerumutan, Pelalawan Regency. The type of research used in this research is the school action research method (PTS). Location The research was conducted at SMAN 1 Kerumutan. Time The research was carried out in semester I July December 2022/202 Academic Year. The subjects of the school action research were 30 teachers at SMAN 1 Kerumutan. The technique of collecting data from this school action research is through quantitative data obtained from observation and interviews. The data analysis technique used in this study is quantitative data analysis originating from the acquisition of the instrument. The results of the study show that based on the results of the research discussed in the previous section, it can be concluded that there is an increase in teacher competence in the use of instructional media through academic supervision at SMAN 1 Kerumutan, Riau Province, with a score in the first cycle of 51%, an increase in the second cycle of 92%.

The principal is a driving tool, determining the direction of school policy, which determines how school and educational goals in general can be realized, including in improving the competence of education staff (teachers). The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in teacher competence in carrying out learning evaluations. The type of research used in this research is the school action research method (PTS). Location The research was carried out at SMAN 1 Langgam, Pelalawan Regency. Time The research was carried out in semester I July-December TP 2022/2023 2020. The subjects of the principal's action research were 19 teachers at SMAN 1 Langgam. The technique of collecting data from this school action research is through quantitative data obtained from observation and interviews. The data analysis technique used in this study is quantitative data analysis originating from the acquisition of the instrument. The results of the study show that the role of the principal is in increasing the competence of high school teachers in carrying out classroom evaluations in teaching and learning activities. From the results of the study, it showed that the teacher's competence in carrying out learning evaluation in the first cycle obtained a score of 46% in the second cycle, the teacher's ability increased to 83%. This proves that the principal's role in increasing the competence of high school teachers can improve the ability of teachers to carry out learning evaluations

PT Sanfremy Pratama Medan in the period 2015-2022, where the increase in CSR costs and environmental costs is not in line with PT Sanfremy Pratama's ability to prevent risks caused by environmental damage to the community, which has an impact on the company's ability to increase profits or increase asset returns, thus hampering PT Sanfremy Pratama's productivity. This study aims to determine whether CSR costs and environmental costs, either partially, or simultaneously have a significant effect on the return on assets of PT Sanfremy Pratama Medan. Data analysis in this study uses descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis tests, where the population in this study is the quarterly financial statements of PT Sanfremy Pratama Medan in 2015-2022, while the sampling method in this study uses purposive sampling. The results of this study stated that simultaneously CSR costs and environmental costs had a significant effect on the return on assets of PT Sanfremy Pratama Medan, while partially only variable environmental costs had a significant effect on the return on assets of PT Sanfremy Pratama Medan

This Classroom Action Research (PTK) aims to improve history learning outcomes in class XI IPA2 MAN I Merangin students by using the Teams Games Tournaments (TGT) type learning model. The subjects of the study were students of class XI IPA2 which amounted to 32 students. This research was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisted of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data were collected through tests, observations, and questionnaires. The results showed that the application of TGT learning model can improve the learning outcomes of history in class XI IPA2 MAN I Merangin. In cycle I, the average score of the history test increased from 69.71 to 75.44 with an average learning completeness of 70.6%. In cycle II, the average score of the history test increased to 81.62 with an average learning completeness of 88.24%. In addition, there was an increase in student learning activities and motivation as well as an increase in social skills through cooperation in groups. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the TGT learning model is effective for improving history learning outcomes in class XI IPA2 MAN I Merangin. Therefore, it is recommended for history teachers to use the TGT learning model in the learning process to improve student learning outcomes. In addition, this research can also be used as a reference for future researchers who want to conduct research on the use of TGT learning models in other subjects.

Soil Transmitted Helminths (STH) infection is a global problem, especially in developing countries. The most common worm infections are caused by Ascaris lumbricoides, Tricuris trichiura and Necator americanus and Ancylostoma duodenale. Children have a higher potential for worm infection due to their frequent contact with soil and lack of personal hygiene. Worm infections are also associated with reduce hemoglobin levels that cause anemia in children who are infected with worms. The incidence of STH contamination in North Sumatera is still quite high, especially in areas that that have the potential to be infeted with disease. To find out the comparison of hemoglobin levels in children who are infected with helminthiasis and those who are nor infected with worms at Elementary School 0488472 Kutambelin, Kutamelin Village, Naman Teran District. Analytical with cross sectional approach, sampling method using purposive sampling technique. The data in this study were obtained from primary data through examination of feces and blood directly on the sample. Data analysis using Fisher Exact Test. positive results of worms with no anemia as many as 9 children (15,8%) and anemia as many as 6 children (10,5%) Meanwhile, in children who did not have worms, 41 children (72,0%) were not anemic and 1 child (1,7%) had anemia. The results of the Fisher Exact Test obtained p value =0.001 (p value<0,05. There was a significant difference between hemogloin levels in children who were infected with worms and those who were not infected with worms at Kutambelin State Elementary School 048472 Kutambelin, Naman Teran District.
