Population growth that continues to increase and development developments that continue to increase will have an impacton changes in land use. Changes in land use will result in a shift in land use from agricultural to non-agricultural land whichwill affect food production. The land that originally served as a place to grow crops (agriculture), has gradually changed tomulti-use-use functions. Changes from land use for agriculture to non-agricultural benefits are increasing. Initially, the mainpurpose of changing the use of agricultural land to non-agriculture was to improve the welfare of the community and thenation's economy. However, its implementation can threaten the capacity of food supply if it is not controlled. Even in thelong term, changing the use of agricultural land to non-agricultural can result in social losses. Another interesting thing is thatalthough currently vegetable products are increasingly available in various shopping places, their sales have not increasedsignificantly. Producers and marketers need to understand what consumers really want and what things influence or areconsidered during the purchase of vegetables. The behavior of consumers who buy vegetable products is interesting toresearch, about how the reasons, the types of vegetable products purchased, the number of frequency of purchases, and soon. For this purpose, it is important to conduct research on Consumer Behavior in Buying Vegetable Products in ModernMarkets. Characteristics based on age, most of them are respondents who have an age range of 26-35 years (41%). Thesecond largest percentage is adults aged 36-45 years (34%) and adolescents aged 15-25 years are in third place (25%).Overall, vegetable buyers are dominated by young mothers who are starting to pay attention to the health of their families. Most of the respondents' marital status was married 73 people (73%), while 27 people (27%) were unmarried, becauserespondents stated that people who are married must provide healthy and clean food for their families.

The main objective of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan is certainly to provide social security and protection for workers throughoutIndonesia. Through its various programs, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan strives to provide certainty of protection and social welfarefor all Indonesians. The impact of employer non-compliance is very detrimental to workers, as happened in the mancisfactory fire in 2019 in Langkat Binjai, Provinisi North Sumatra. Out of a total of 103 employees, only 27 were registered withBPJS Ketenagakerjaan. As a result of the fire incident, it is not known that the employee died but only 3 people areregistered as participants of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. The crash of a private airline in November 2018 that killed all cabincrew and passengers, it is known that the pilot and flight attendant who died were registered with BPJS Ketenagakerjaanwith lower wages. This has an impact on work accident compensation that is given less than the value it should be. In fact, there are still employers who have not complied, participated in bpjs employment only part of the program, not all workersare registered or reporting lower wages than they actually are. Few employers think of social security as just a financialburden. The impact of employer non-compliance is very detrimental to workers, as happened in the mancis factory fire in2019 in Langkat Binjai, Provinisi North Sumatra. Out of a total of 103 employees, only 27 were registered with BPJSKetenagakerjaan.

In general the generator requires a constant output voltage. The load of the generator can be known every time a varied loadchange will result in the generator changing to keep it constant. Delivery control on generators using a method of fieldreinforcement control by an automatic voltage regulator system. This voltage reinforcement is equipped with a generatorrelay. AVR is a tool that can automatically adjust the voltage on a generator. This setting will work in the event of a loadchange in the generator output while the machine is operating with normal rotation. In this case it is expected that the voltageof the generator to remain in a constant state.

The problem of nutrition is no longer merely a health problem, but also the problem of education, poverty, and employmentopportunities. There are 4 sub-forms of nutritional deficiencies: wasting, stunting, underweight, and deficiencies of vitaminsand minerals. Many studies have proven that one of the basic causes of wasting and stunting is a condition of low (poor)education and family economics. This study aims to determine the relationship of the level of education of parents to thenutritional status of primary school-age children in the fostered families of the Medical Faculty of Universitas MuhammadiyahSumatera Utara. The design of this study was descriptive analytic with a cross-sectional study type. The population of thisstudy amounted to 25 mothers with 43 total childrens who were registered as members of the Fostered Family of MedicalFaculty Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara. The sampling technique uses the total sampling method. There was norelationship between parental education and the nutritional status of children, where p values (0.200) were obtained. The most nutritional status found in this study is well nourished and there is no relationship between the level of education ofparents and the nutritional status of children in the fostered families of the Medical Faculty of Universitas MuhammadiyahSumatera Utara.
