<![CDATA[Menopause is a natural process that every woman experiences. But for some women, menopause is the saddest time in life.There are many concerns that envelop the woman's mind when entering this phase. Many mothers who go throughmenopause become easily anxious people. This anxiety arises as a result of frequent haunting worries in the face ofsituations they have never previously worried about. The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship of knowledgewith the level of anxiety of the perimenopause mother in the face of menopause at the Batangtoru Health Center inPadangsidimpuan City in 2020. The research design that will be used in this study is a correlational research design thataims to get an idea of the relationship between two or more research variables. The number of samples in this study was 40people. Sampling is done purposively samples. This research was conducted at Batngtoru Health Center. Data analysis isdone with chi-square. The results of the chi-square statistic test obtained there is a link between knowledge and anxietylevels of the perimenopause mother in the face of menopause (value p=0.004).]]>

<![CDATA[Educative games stimulate fine motor and rough child, fine motor obtained when the child pick up the toy, fingered, holdingwith his fifth finger, and sebanya. While rough motor stimulation gained the child while manggerak-move his toys, throwing,lifting, and so forth. The purpose of this study is to know the description of knowledge of mothers who have children underfive about educational games to stimulate motor development in toddlers in Ujung Padang Urban District PadangsidimpuanSelatan Year 2019. This research is descriptive by using primary data obtained through questionnaire, where the sample of39 respondents is 25% of random sampling, which is studied by age, education, source of information, income. The result ofthe study of 39 respondents majority of knowledge less as much as 23 respondents (58.97%), based on age majority ofknowledge less 14 respondents at age 20-35 years, based on education majority of knowledge less on medium educationcounted 13 respondents (33.33%), less knowledgeable with electronic media information source as much as 13 respondents(33.33%). It is suggested that mothers with toddlers can further improve and increase knowledge about educational gamesto stimulate motor development.]]>

<![CDATA[Egg yolk is a food that contains a lot of lipids so that it can cause dyslipidemia which is characterized by a decrease in HighDensity Lipoprotein (HDL). In overcoming this, simvastatin are often used therapies. Indonesian people are starting to worryabout the side effects of treatment using chemicals. Using many traditional medicinal herbs. One type of plant used is Africanleaves (Vernonia amygdalina Del.). To study the interaction of African leaf ethanol extract (Vernonia amygdalina Del.) withsimvastatin on HDL levels in wistar strain male rats induced by egg yolk. This study was an experimental study with thePosttest method with a control group design. This study uses test animals male white rats Wistar (Rattus novergicus) whichwill be divided into 5 groups and using Oneway ANOVA test data analysis. From the results of data analysis, the averagevalue of HDL extract of African leaf ethanol obtained was 72.6; simvastatin 75,8 and a combination of ethanol extract ofAfrican leaves with simvastatin 81,6. Oneway ANOVA analysis showed (p <0.05). Giving ethanol extract of African leaves,simvastatin and Combination of extracts Ethanol leaves of Africa with simvastatin did not differ in increasing HDL levels ofmice.]]>

<![CDATA[Epilepsy is one of the most common serious a chronic neurological disorder that is present all over the world. Based on thereport of WHO (World Health Organization) more than 50 million people worldwide have epilepsy. Low-level knowledge ofthe disease causes people with epilepsy to be discriminated and stigmatized. This research aims to know The level ofsociety knowledge about epilepsy in X Neighborhood, Tegal Sari Mandala II Village, Medan. This methode use a descriptivestudy with cross sectional design. The populations in this research are all community members in X Neighborhood, TegalSari Mandala II Village, Medan and 91 samples were taken with consecutive sampling technique. The results of the researchshowed that of the 91 respondents, female respondents (70,3%) are more than men (29,7%), The majority of respondentsages ranged from 26-45 years (56,0%), The majority of respondents worked as a self-employed (39,6%). 72,5% of themfinished elementary or junior high school. Majority of respondents have enough knowledge about epilepsy (46,2%). The levelof society knowledge about epilepsy in X Neighborhood, Tegal Sari Mandala II Village, Medan had enough.]]>

<![CDATA[Problem based learning (PBL) approach is aiming at increasing the self directed learning ability that can be supported by theself-directed learning readiness (SDLR). Self directed learning readiness (SDLR) is the someone’s readiness to do learningprocess that initiated by himself, with or without others help. The level of SDLR can affect and estimate someone’s learningsuccess. The higher the level of SDLR, then the higher the learning achievement of someone can get. This study aimed toknow the correlation of self-directed learning readiness towards first block score of the college students at Medical FacultyMuhammadiyah University of North Sumatera academic year 2018/2019. This study was a descriptive analitic study withcross sectional design. The samples of this study were 129 first year college students of FK UMSU academic year2018/2019 that were taken with total sampling technique. Most college students have high SDLR score with 97 students, andthen followed by moderate SDLR score with 32 students (24,8%), and no student with low SDLR score (0%). From the blockfinal exam score, most students got pass achievement with total 55 students (42,6%), and then followed by borderlineachievement with 50 students (38,8%), not pass achievement with 22 students (17,1%) and superior achievement with 2students (1,7%). The results of this study were tested with the Kruskal-Wallis test. From the Kruskal-Wallis test it’s obtainedthat the P Value is 0.568 . It means that there is no correlation of self-directed learning readiness towards first block score.The self-directed learning readiness has no relation with the first block score of college students at Medical FacultyMuhammadiyah University of North Sumatera academic year 2018/2019.]]>

Teacher performance is a teacher's ability to carry out learning tasks in school and is responsible for studentsunder his guidance by improving student learning achievement. Teacher performance in learning is the most important partin supporting the creation of an effective learning process. In an effort to improve teacher performance both in terms ofcompetence and skills in the learning process, schools need to pay attention to factors that can improve the teacher'sperformance in developing all their potential. <![CDATA[This study aims to find out the factors that affect the mother's compliance in pregnancy examination at The Romana Clinic in2019. This type of research is descriptive with the design of survey research. Samples in this study as many as 60 peoplewith total sampling techniques. The results of this study showed that the compliance of mothers to check pregnancy basedon knowledge is good as many as 33 mothers (55.0%), get social support as many as 57 mothers (95.0%), givinginformation less 28 mothers (46.7%) and the interaction of health professionals is good i.e. 58 mothers (96.7%). It isrecommended for the Clinic to provide a clear explanation to pregnant women who conduct examinations so that pregnantwomen know the development and growth of babies in the womb and get antenatal services according to standards.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of Islamic financial institutions, one of which is sharia pawnshops in Indonesia, is so significant, even thesharia service units of the pawnshops themselves are easy to find in various cities in Indonesia. This study aims to determinethe marketing strategies carried out by PT Pegadaian Syariah and what products are offered by the Prenduan Branch ofSharia Pegadaian. The method chosen in this study is qualitative to examine more deeply about the tricks, methods,techniques and methods. From the results of the study found several strategies implemented at the Prenduan branch officeof the Prenduan Sharia Pegadaian, including, 1) Social Media Marketing, here the pawn party utilizes the internet, becausethe features provided by this social network are very helpful in marketing products and services to the public. . 2) Door ToDor, this is also done by pawnshops to visit residents' homes to introduce their products and services. 3) Making banners orbrochures, to distribute this is also done by the pawnshop in marketing their products, when we see it on the road we will finda large banner that is clearly visible about sharia pawnshops, or employees also take to the field to distribute brochures withcheap promotions with there is a big discount at the end of the year. 4) Expanding the Network of Relations with the MassMedia, this is also important in building relationships with the mass media. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence the advertisement tax revenue of Province D.I.Yogyakarta2012-2019.the data used is panel data, which is a combination of cross-section data and time series in the province ofD.I.Yogyakarta for the period 2012-2019, using the panel data regression method with eviews 9.the test resultssimultaneously show that the overall independent variables (Economic Growth, Total Population, number of Industry,numberof Tourists Outside D.I.Yogyakarta and Road Length) together can show a significant effect on billboard tax revenue inProvince Yogyakarta and partial testing shows that the number of residents and the number of tourists outsideD.I.Yogyakarta have not effect on advertisement tax revenue.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to find out (1) Whether there is an influence between promotional costs on operating profit, (2) Whetherthere is an influence between distribution costs on operating profit, (3) Whether there is an influence between promotionalcosts and distribution costs on operating profit at PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk in 2014 - 2020. Bound variables areoperating profit and free variables are promotional fees and distribution costs. This research uses the data collection methodrequired purposive sampling method then data analysis technique using linear regression of quantitative data in the form ofcorporate financial statements that have been audited by public accountants have been presented on the internet from theperiod of fiscal year 2014 to fiscal year 2020. Then in the analysis with multiple linear regressions. The results showed (1)there was a partial significant influence between promotional costs to PT's operating profit. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk,(2) has no partial impact between distribution costs to PT's operating profit. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, (3) there is asignificant simultaneous influence of promotional costs and distribution costs on PT's operating profit. Indofood SuksesMakmur Tbk.]]>
