Tuberculosis (TB) is a disease with a high mortality and mortality rate in Indonesia. Pulmonary tuberculosis relapsedcases are TB patients who were declared cured or treatment was completed by a doctor, but reported back to healthservices and now found sputum smear positive. The cause is Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Many things are risk factorsfor TB disease, including other individual factors (age, gender, occupation, etc.), home environment factors, habits, contact history and so on. Other factors are poverty, environment, crowds, and limited access to clean and healthylifestyles. In TB patients, the most important thing is adherence to taking anti-tuberculosis drugs so that resistancedoes not occur with someone appointed as a drug supervisor. In addition, side effects that often occur are red urine, nausea, weakness, vomiting, indigestion, joint pain, dizziness, itching of the skin, and tingling. This research is adescriptive study, with a case control study design. The frequency of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis cases basedon the level of adherence to OAT obtained as many as 15 people (46.9%) who lacked the level of compliance. Thenbased on the side effects of treatment, 13 people (40.6%). Then based on family support, there were 13 people(40.6%). Meanwhile, based on age, 16 people (50%) were most affected at the age of 36-45 years. Then based ongender, the highest in the research sample obtained was male with a total of 19 people (59.4%). Then based on thehistory of comorbidities where the most samples were those who did not have a history of disease as many as 21people (65.6%). The prevalence of patients with wounds is 350 per 1000 population in the world. Meanwhile, the prevalence in Indonesia is8.2%, with the highest number in South Sulawesi province, which is 12.8%. The highest causes of injuries in Indonesia areinjuries by 70.9%, injuries to falls by 40.9%, followed by motorcycle accidents by 40.6%. In general, the therapy used forwounds is povidone iodine. However, povidone iodine has irritating properties on the skin and causes toxic effects. Judgingfrom the side effects of povidone iodine, other alternatives are needed to treat wounds. According to research, the content ofactive substances such as beta-glucan has a role as anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial. The research method used is TrueExperiment with post test only controlled group design. This study used male Wibstar mice which were given a 1cm longincision with a depth of 0.2 cm on the back. Then divided into 2 groups, namely negative control and positive control. Thepositive control was given beta-gluca from baker's yeast (saccharomyces cerevisiae) for 7 days at the same time. In the study, there were significant differences between the negative control group and the positive control group. In the T test analysisdata on day 2 the results were p <0.05. meaning that the group that was given beta-glucan from the extract of baker's yeast(saccharomyces cerevisiae) experienced a faster wound healing process. There was a significant difference between woundhealing time between the untreated group and the treated group.

There are threemethodology using in this research: First, the author uses technical method and fundamental to analyse the stockperformance in sub-sector building construction with crude petroleum and natural gas. The technical analysis explained witha chart, while fundamental analysis with a company financial statements. Second, to build the actual portfolio, author usesdiversification method. Furthermore, author evaluating the return of a portfolio relative with Sharpe ratio, Treynor ratio andJensen’s alpha. Third, the portfolio combined by diversification method compared as different as the portfolio that using theconversion method and selected random or index market condition. Three primary results are drawn from this research thefollowing: First, the information moving price represent return rate sub-sector building construction higher than crudepetroleum and natural gas. The stock in sub-sector building construction is grow up in period 2014 to 2016, while anothersub-sector are grow down. Second, the diversification method will be obtain return rate higher. Last, return actual portfoliowhich is obtained with diversification method higher rather that conversion method, as well as to index market. This paper isthe examine how the portfolio in combined form the historical report previous period to result maximum return. In theaddition, the level risk of portfolio can be reference to the investor to build a portfolio that they wanted. This paper uses theempirical data in previous period to present a rational explanation estimated how much value of return to be obtained infuture time.
