<![CDATA[The LTV relaxation policy through regulation No 17 / PBI / 2015 is certainly expected to have a positive impact. With theimplementation of this policy, the public can pay a down payment for a lower mortgage to buy a house. This has an effect onthe ability to repay the community so that it has an impact on the growth of Housing Loans (KPR). In reality, there is apossibility that the impact of the LTV policy on each region may vary. This is reflected in the movement of property pricesthat can be seen from the Commercial Property Price Index. From the analysis that has been done, it can be concluded thatthe application of the Loan To Value (LTV) policy to the Residential Property Price Index (IHPR) applied on a regional basis(14 cities in Indonesia) does not have a significant effect, as well as nationally, the application of the policy LTV to IHPR hasno effect. This means that the LTV policy is inefficient to be implemented both regionally and nationally. In order to meet thehousing needs of people in Indonesia, there is a need for cooperation between the Government, the community and financialinstitutions.]]>

<![CDATA[With good working capital management, it automatically affects the level of profitability of the company. RSU Herna Medan isa company engaged in health. Given the importance of working capital for the company, Herna Medan General Hospitalrequires the effective, efficient and productive use of working capital to increase the company's profits. The formulation of theproblem in this study is "Whether working capital affects profitability in Herna Medan Hospital". From the formulation, thehypothesis in this study is "Working Capital affects profitability in RSU Herna Medan". The population in this study is HernaMedan General Hospital which is located at Jl. Mojopahit No.118A Medan with a 5-year sample consisting of free variablesnamely working capital ratio (X) and profitability-bound variable (Y). To analyze the data used the Simple Linear RegressionMethod with the help of SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 18. From the results of research anddiscussion it was concluded that the working capital of Herna Medan Hospital from 2009-2013 experienced an increase anddecrease from period to period and profitability from 2009-2013. The Simple Linear Regression Equation obtained is Y =269.365 + 0.611X. That is, working capital has no effect on the profitability of Herna Medan Hospital. This is evident from thecorrelation value (r) of 0.005. This means that working capital has a very low relationship to profitability in RSU Herna Medanand the amount of Working Capital contribution to profitability of 0.5% and the remaining 95% is influenced by other factorssuch as solvency and liquidity. Advice given to companies and other researchers as information material should thecompany further increase working capital, so that operational activities can run more smoothly again. To get more accurateresults of analysis, other researchers must multiply the sample of research and variables analyzed.]]>

<![CDATA[Credit is a financial facility that allows a person or housing agency to borrow money to buy a product and pay it back over a period of time. In providing credit, a bank should carry out predetermined procedures and pay attention to the internal control system in the bank. Banks in collecting funds from the public rely on the principle of trust. The customer also keeps his money in the bank using the principle of trust that his money will not be misused by the bank in the hope that one day the customer's money will return. Banks repay the customer's trust by distributing funds back to customers, one of them with credit loans. Because of the importance of providing mortgages for PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk, it is necessary to have good control from the housing management on the procedures for granting mortgage facilities the. The Internal Control System in the procedure for granting mortgages is very helpful for housing in avoiding the risk of non-performing loans (NPL) from an early stage in the provision of mortgage facilities. The internal control system is a process influenced by the board of directors, management and other personnel, designed to provide reasonable assurance about the achievement of objectives in the effectiveness and efficiency of operations, reliability of financial statements and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The internal control system in the procedure for granting Public Housing Credit (KPR) does not depend on the number of stages passed by the prospective debtor, but rather on the stages that have been carried out properly and correctly.]]>

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of advertising, sales promotion and publicity on brand equity either partially or simultaneously at PT. Prima Karya Development. The total population in this study were 75 customers and the sample was 75 customers using the saturated sample method. The test used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that advertising has a significant effect on brand equity of PT. Prima Karya Development. Sales promotion has a significant effect on brand equity of PT. <![CDATA[This study aims to examine the effect of Tax Planning, Profitability, and Liquidity on firm value in Real Estate and Property Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period, either partially or simultaneously. The data in this study is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The source of the research data is the financial statements of Real Estate and Property companies downloaded from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website from 2015 to 2019. The number of samples used are 24 companies taken from a population of 45 companies with an observed year number of 5 years so that the number of observations in the study This is a total of 120 observations. The analytical method used in this research is using multiple regression analysis, partial test, simultaneous test and determination test, where previously the classical assumption test has been carried out. The results showed that profitability and liquidity had a significant effect on firm value with a significant value less than 0.05, while tax planning had no effect. Simultaneously, tax planning, profitability and liquidity have a significant effect on firm value in Real Estate and Property Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period as evidenced by a significant value less than 0.05.]]>

<![CDATA[Pain is an unpleasant feeling and emotional experience related to actual tissue damage or situations that describe the condition of the damage. The four biggest causes of pain are cancer, osteo/rheumatoid arthritis, arthritis, surgery and injury, which make up the etiology of pain complex. Surgery or surgery is an invasive treatment by opening or exposing parts of the body that would normally cause discomfort or pain after the procedure. To see a picture of postoperative pain intensity in patients undergoing elective surgery at RSU Haji Medan. This study is an observational analytic study with cross sectional design with a sample size of 38 people and uses the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) instrument. The data were processed using univariate analysis and bivariate analysis, which would then be described by looking at the presentation of the representation of each variable in the form of a frequency distribution table. Based on preoperative respondents, the greatest pain intensity was pain in adults as many as 11 people (50.0%). While patients with 24 hours postoperative pain, moderate pain intensity was the most according to the patient, namely 14 people (63.6%). Based on the type of anesthesia, it was found that the type of general anesthesia was the most widely used type of anesthesia among respondents who said 30 people (78.9%). Based on the type of elective surgery, the largest type of surgery performed was abdominal surgery, which was 13 people (34.2%). In the analysis, the results obtained were p value = 0.000 (p value <0.05), which indicates that there was a significant decrease in the pain intensity of patients after surgery in the first 24 hours compared to the pain intensity before surgery. In this study it can be concluded that postoperative pain felt before surgery.]]>

<![CDATA[The ketogenic diet is a diet that uses a source of fat as an energy source and reduces carbohydrate consumption. If the carbohydrate or calorie calories are too low, it can hold back leptin levels and interfere with leptin's ability to regulate hormones. The study aims to overview the menstrual cycle on ketogenic diet. Analysis descriptive with cross-sectional approach. The respondents were 118 respondents. Based on the menstrual cycle, most respondents with polymenorrhea were 36 people (30%), olygomenorrhea were 20 people (17%), amenorrhea were 7 people ((6%), and normal cycle were 55 people. Based on the menstrual cycle, most respondents with polymenorrhea were 36 people (30%).]]>

<![CDATA[Visum et Repertum is one of a help that frequently requested by investigator (police) to the doctor regarding injuries to the human body. Visum et Repertum is an evidance tool used in judicial process which not only qualify by the standart writing of medical records, but also have to meet the things that aare required in the judicial system. WHO estimate that for every one death from traffic accident, there are 20 other people who suffer the consequences. To determine the quality level of the aVisum et Repertum of injuries in people at the General Hospital of Haji Medan. The type of this reasearch was descriptive with a retrospective approach. Based on gender of patients who did a Visum et Repertum at the General Hospital of Haji Medan, there were more male patients, amount 109 patients (72,3%), and female patients as many as 41 patients (23,3%). of the 31 – 40 age group the highest number was 50 patients (33,3%).Based on the most scoring results, namely moderate scores with frequency of 120 patients (80%). It was found that male are the largest gender that took Visum et Repertum, with age range of 31 – 40 years old, with Viusm et Repertum in a moderate score.]]>

<![CDATA[Research on writing skills has been carried out by various researchers in various parts of the world. However, it is still important to reveal the difficulties faced by EFL university students in the practice of academic writing for the balance of lecturers, teachers, and students in overcoming problems in the practice of academic writing. A total of 26 students were involved in this study. They were assigned to write an essay with no less than 250 words with the topic “The Important Role of English in Era 4.0.” This study uses a mixed method. Quantitatively, the data were analyzed to find aspects of errors and the number of errors made by students in their writing. While the qualitative method is used by direct interviews with students to explore the factors of difficulty they face when writing. The findings of this study indicate that students face obstacles in mastering English grammar well before writing practice is carried out. Vocabulary mastery and students' motivation in writing are also considered as the main factor to contribute to the low quality of the students' academic writing.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the importance of optimizing the quality of human resources, especially for the workforce. The quality of human resources can be improved by training. Medan City Government through the Center for Vocational Training & Productivity (BBPVP) Medan. BBPVP is a competency-based training program, knowing the training strategy is expected to develop BBPVP in a better direction. In addition, knowing the strategy in BBPVP is expected to improve the quality of human resources so that they can meet job opportunities. Based on the description above, the researchers will formulate the following problems: How can the Center for Vocational Training & Productivity of Medan City create community jobs. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The process of collecting data using the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The conclusion of this research is: Vocational & Productivity Training is very helpful to create job opportunities for alumni.
