<![CDATA[Breastfeeding is an activity that can bring happiness to the mother, which is her nature. To support the success of breastfeeding, it is necessary to know the correct breastfeeding technique. Breastfeeding with improper technique can result in sore nipples. The research design on “The Relationship between Knowledge and Attitude of Postpartum Mothers About Correct Breastfeeding Techniques at the Juliana Dlimunthe Clinic Medan in 2022 is descriptive in the form of observation and the approach used is Cross Sectional. The population in this study were all postpartum mothers who gave birth at the Juliana Dalimunthe Clinic, Medan as many as 30 respondents. The sample in this study was using total sampling, namely all postpartum mothers who gave birth at the Juliana Dalimunthe Clinic, Medan, namely 30 respondents. From the results of the study obtained from 30 respondents, the majority who have sufficient knowledge about the correct breastfeeding technique are 14 respondents (46.7%). And the minority with good knowledge are 7 respondents (23.3%) while the attitude of postpartum mothers about the correct breastfeeding technique mostly has a positive attitude as many as 19 respondents (63.3%), while those who have a negative attitude are 11 respondents (36.7% ). Based on the calculation of the Chi-Square test analysis, it is known that the significant p value is 0.004. Because the p value is smaller than 0.05 (0.004 <0.05), the hypothesis is accepted so that in this study there is a significant relationship between knowledge and attitudes of postpartum mothers about correct breastfeeding techniques at the Juliana Dalimunthe Clinic, Medan in 2022.]]>

<![CDATA[This study uses annual financial report data in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018. The total population was 168 companies. The research sample was 63 companies which were selected using proportional stratified random sampling. The purpose of this research is to analyze whether industry type, company basis, and media exposure, give some effects toward the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosure in Manufacturing Companies on registered companies in Indonesia stock exchange The result shows that the industry type gives some effects toward the CSR disclosure. Company basis and media exposure do not give any effects toward the CSR disclosure.]]>

<![CDATA[COPD patients have an increased respiratory rate with prolonged expiration as compensation for shortness of breath. Pursed lip breathing is an exercise that aims to regulate the frequency and pattern of breathing so as to reduce air trapping, improve ventilation of the alveoli to improve gas exchange without increasing the work of breathing, regulate and coordinate respiratory rate so that breathing is more effective and reduces shortness of breath. This study aims to determine the effect of pursed lips breathing on the respiratory frequency of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in RSUD DR. Pirngadi Medan City, with the type of experimental research that is time series design. The population in this study were all COPD patients who were treated at RSUD DR. Pirngadi Medan City in March and the average number of patients every month is 22 patients. The sampling technique used is total sampling. Data collection is done by using observation. Data analysis was performed bivariately with paired sample t-test at 95% confidence level, =5%. The results showed that the respiratory frequency before pursed lips breathing was performed, namely the majority of abnormal breathing frequencies were 14 people (63.6%) and the respiratory frequency after pursed lips breathing was the majority of normal breathing frequencies were 15 people (68.2%). There is an effect of the implementation of pursed lips breathing on the respiratory frequency of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in RSUD DR. Pirngadi Medan City. Based on the results of statistical tests using the dependent test sample t-test/paired t test, it shows that the pValue is 0.002. For nurses to be able to improve health, especially in the process of healing COPD and be able to apply pursed lips breathing settings independently so that they can improve respiratory frequency.]]>

<![CDATA[Pregnancy is a period that greatly determines the quality of future human resources, because the growth and development of children is very much determined by the condition of the fetus in the womb. Because pregnant women require a higher nutritional adequacy rate (RDA) than women who are not pregnant. Pregnant women must have a healthy lifestyle. Such as eating nutritious food, getting enough exercise, resting, and avoiding alcohol and not smoking. Watermelon has a higher potassium content than cucumber. Some of the content of anti-hypertensive drugs that can be found in watermelon are beta carotene, potassium, calcium, water content and amino acids that can keep blood pressure normal. This study aims to determine the benefits of consuming lots of watermelon in pregnant women in reducing hypertension in the village. Damakurat District. Sipispis Kab. Serdang Bedagai in 2021. The type of research used is a pre-experimental research with a one group pre-post test design. The population in this study were all pregnant women in Damakurat Village. The sampling technique used Accidental Sampling with a sample size of 20 people. Data collection with SOP Questionnaire instrument. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test with a significant level of p <0.05). The results of the analysis show that there are benefits of consuming lots of watermelon for pregnant women in reducing hypertension in Damakurat Village, Kec. Sipispis Kab. Serdang Bedagai with a value of P = 0.001 where P = <0.05. It is suggested that this study can be used as a source of information for pregnant women to continue consuming watermelon as an alternative treatment that is cheap, easy, and practical in reducing blood pressure in patients with hypertension in pregnant women]]>

<![CDATA[Falls are one of the leading causes of death and injury in the elderly population. Twenty to thirty percent of the elderly have a high degree of disability related to falls. To prevent the elderly from falling at risk, it is necessary to have good knowledge and behavior carried out by the closest people to the elderly, for example children, grandchildren, in-laws or other family members. Through good knowledge and behavior, a safe environment will be created for the elderly. Based on a preliminary study conducted by researchers on February 8, 2021 in the working area of the UPT Puskesmas Kedai Durian Kel. Durian District. Medan Johor found the number of elderly as many as 200 elderly. Researchers conducted interviews with elderly families who accompanied the elderly at the health center. 7 elderly people had fallen at home, 6 elderly people after falling recovered and carried out their usual activities and 1 elderly person after falling had a hip fracture and had difficulty moving. knowledge and behavior of families with the risk of falling in the elderly at UPT Puskesmas Kedai Durian Kel. Durian District. Medan Johor. The sample in this study was an elderly family of 40 people, sampling was Accidental Sampling. The results showed that the respondents' knowledge of the risk of falls in the elderly was mostly good knowledge of 30 people (75%), the majority of respondents' behavior was good as many as 32 people (80%). The results of the chi square test showed a significant relationship between the respondent's knowledge and the risk of falling in the elderly with p = 0.001, and the uchi square test results showed a significant relationship between the respondent's behavior and the risk of falling in the elderly with p = 0.007. It is hoped that the Puskesmas will add health promotion programs about preventing falls in the elderly by distributing brochures and providing counseling in every village.]]>

<![CDATA[CV Multi Mandiri Award Pretama Medan is a company that moves in the field of aluminum processing has an unfavourable supply chain system and always obtains raw materials that do not match the needs of its products, so that the company's ability to emnerap the flexibility of demand has not been applied well, besides, the relationship customer process has not been carried out well, so the products produced are still not in line with the consumer's expectations. As a result consumers feel dissatisfied when using the products of the CV Multi Mandiri Pretama and switching to using products from rival companies. This study aimed to find out whether improving the quality of the supply chain through the flexibility of demand, placement and customer relationships processes has a positive and significant impact on consumer satisfaction using by product at the CV Multi Mandiri Pretama Medan. The analysis of the data on this study used validity and reliability tests, double linear regression analysis and hypothetical tests, where the population in this study was a consumer CV Multi Mandiri Pratama of 750 people, whereas the method of withdrawal of the sample on this study used simple random sampling calculated using the slovin formula which in the end the number of successful samples was drawn by 40 consumers. The results of this study state that in a sense of demand flexibility and customer relationships processes have a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction using by product at CV Multi Mandiri Award Pretama Medan, whereas partially only variable roses customer relationships have a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction using by product at CV Multi Mandiri Award Pretama Medan]]>

<![CDATA[PT Bina Rahmad Madani is a moving company in the field of CPO production and management, where the company is still not maximal in managing its cash flow reporting, so the cash management has not been so maximal in increasing the number of liquidity that the company is targeting, where the cash current report over the 2021 period has experienced greater cash production, when compared to previous years, so it affects the company's cash-strapped ability to be unfavourable, as a result of which it affects the company's ability to produce liquidity to continue its operations. If in the coming year the production of this cash is getting bigger. This study aims to find out how the management of the kas currents of PT Bina Rahmad Madani Medan in 2021 can improve the existing cash management of the company. The data analysis is done using qualitative descriptive data analysis, which is using the cash current growth formula in 2020-2021, where the object of this research is the kas current report PT Bina Rahmad Madani the last 2 years of 2020-2021. <![CDATA[This study was used to determine the financial performance of PT.. Mahaka Media Tbk. The focus of this research is on the 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018 financial statements, with financial ratios, namely liquidity ratios consisting of Quick Ratio Curent Ratio, and the Profitability Ratio consists of Return on Assets, and Return on Equity. The type of data used is secondary data and data sources using external data. The results of this study can be seen the overall liquidity ratio from 2014 to 2018 in a unhealthy state but the reduced level of liquidity for each year. The profitability ratio is very unhealthy, but decreases every year. Even though the financial statements decrease every year, PT.. Mahaka Media Tbk is still considered healthy and contributes positively to the success of its financial performance.]]>

<![CDATA[Cafe Coffe's business is the same as the café business which generally serves food and beverages that are relatively the same type of food and beverages and do not have innovations regarding the food and beverage products served, so that product variations cannot be done, thus affecting the brand image of Cafe Coffe, where the Cafe Coffe brand is not yet clearly known by consumers, so that the existing visitors are just that-that's all. This makes the business motivation of the owner of Cafe Coffe has not yet appeared to fix this and also to create the food and beverage products that are served, so that the business that was initiated only revolves around the same consumers and runs in place. This study aims to find out how the influence of Cafe Coffe product innovation, cafe coffe brand and the business motivation of Cafe Coffe owners have a significant effect on the sustainability of Cafe Coffe's business. TThe results of the study can be concluded that simultaneously the variables of product innovation at Cafe Coffe, the Cafe Coffee brand and the business motivation of the owner of Cafe Coffee have a significant effect on the sustainability of the Cafe Coffe business, while partially only the variables of innovation of Cafe Coffee products and the Cafe Coffe brand have a significant effect on the variables of cafe coffee business continuity.]]>
