<![CDATA[The city of Medan is one of the cities known for its culinary. One of the famous culinarys in Medan City today is the Chicken Distillery, where this one culinary is widely found throughout the Subdistricts in the Medan Region, especially in the Eastern Field Subdistrict. In the East Field Subdistrict, there are 70 units of chicken-breeding in the East Field Subdistrict, of which 70 units have closed 10 units, where there are now 60 units of chicken-breeding in the East Field Subdistrict, as a result of which over the last 3 years the number of consumers tends to decline. This study aims to find out how the influence of the entrepreneurial knowledge of the Poultry entrepreneurs in the East Field Subdistrict and the individual characteristics of the Chicken farmers in the East Field Subdistrict on the continuation of the Chicken's efforts in the East Field Subdistrict. The total population in this study amounted to 60 businessmen in the east field, where the sample-taking technique used a saturated sample technique with a sample of 60 businessmen.The results of the research can be concluded that in a simultant and partially variable knowledge of the heroism of the Poultry entrepreneurs in the East Field Subdistrict and the individual characteristics belonging to the Poultry entrepreneurs in the Eastern Field Subdistrict have a significant influence on the survival of the Chicken effort in the East Field Subdistrict]]>

<![CDATA[State Universities in Medan City have a total of 117,105 students in the 2018-2020 period, of which only about 10% are interested in becoming entrepreneurs. This is due to the income expectations estimated by some state students in Medan City are still not in line with their expectations, so they are not too enthusiastic about participating in the entrepreneurship education that has been taught by lecturers on their campuses, as a result they do not have the excessive motvation to become an entrepreneur, so they still think that after graduation they will find a job to make ends meet instead of wanting to become entrepreneurs. This research aims to find out how the influence of income expectations thought by state university students in Medan city, entrepreneurship education taken by students at State University in Medan City and the motivation for student entrepreneurship at State University in Medan City on the interest of State University students to become entrepreneurs. The total population in this study amounted to 117,105 students at the State University in Medan City, where the sampling technique used the accidental sampling technique with a total sample of 44 people calculated with the slovin formula.TThe results of the study can be concluded that simultaneously the variable income expectations thought by state university students in Medan City, entrepreneurship education taken by students at State University in Medan City and student entrepreneurial motivation at State University in Medan City have a positive effect on the variables of interest of State University students to become entrepreneurs, while partially only the variables of entrepreneurship education taken by students at State Universities in Medan City and student entrepreneurial motivation at State Universities in Medan City have a positive effect on the variables of interest of State University students to become entrepreneurs.]]>

<![CDATA[Prinsip penyelenggaraan pembelajaran tatap muka di institusi pendidikan. Sesuai Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan, Menteri Kesehatan, Menteri Agama dan Menteri Dalam Negeri tentang Panduan Penyelenggaraan Pembelajaran, institusi pendidikan yang membuka pembelajaran secara tatap muka harus mematuhi dan menerapkan protokol kesehatan pencegahan penularan COVID-19. Tujuan penelitian yakni Untuk mengetahui penerapan protokol kesehatan selama PTMT di SMK Negeri 2 Bener Meriah. Metode: deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan 7 orang Responden yang dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian, instrumen yang digunakan adalah quesioner wawancara dengan metode wawancara mendalam kepada responden. Hasil: hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa untuk bentuk dukungan menunjukkan bahwa seluruh responden menyatakan bahwa menerapkan protokol kesehatan baik di Institusi pendidikan maupun diluar institusi pendidikan.Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu semua bentuk aktivitas yang ada dilingkungan sekolah dipastikan selalu melalui mekanisme penerapan protokol kesehatan, hal itu disebabkan Pada SMK Negeri 2 Bener Meriah telah menjadi komitmen serta sebuah kewajiban melaksanakan segala bentuk aktifitas dengan protokol kesehatan.]]>

This type of research is a quasi-experimental research design using the Nonequivalent Control Group Design. This research sample uses the entire population class because it only has 2 classes. The data collection method is a multiple choice test, equipped with documentation. The results of data analysis show that the learning outcomes of the control class are included in the low criteria and the learning outcomes of the experimental class are in the medium criteria.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of using Quizizz media on student biology learning outcomes. This study uses the Quasy experimental method with the Noneequivalent Control Group Design. Sampling using the Purpose sampling technique, namely from students of class X IPA 1 and X IPA 2. In learning the Animalia material, one class is taught using Quizizz media especially at the closing of the lesson, while the other class is given assignments in the form of a resume at the conclusion of the lesson. The instrument used was a multiple choice test with 25 items that had been validated. The data analysis technique used the Shapiro-Wilk test for normality test, and univariate of variance for homogeneity test. Furthermore, to test the hypothesis using the T test, while for improving learning outcomes using the N-gain test. The test results obtained that the comparison of the increase in learning outcomes was higher in the experimental class than the control class, while for hypothesis testing, it was obtained t_count 31,020 > t_table 1,683,. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of using Quizizz media on the biology learning outcomes of students of class X IPA SMA RK Budi Mulia Pematangsiantar.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to illustrate what the results of the influence of the PBL model assisted by edmodo media on class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Dolok Panribuan look like. In addition, italso wants to prove whether students' interests and learning outcomes have significant differences before and after treatment. Analysis of this data uses the SPSS program from validityto hypothesis. From the results of the study, the average value of experimental class 2 was obtained using an edmodo-assisted PBL model with a standard deviation of 92. 17 average values of experimental class 1 using a PBL model of 70.81 with a standard deviation of 9.495, and a control mean value of 57.79 with a standard deviation of 10.531 . As for the comparison of learning outcomes in the N-Gain test, it was obtained: The N-gain of experimental class 2 using the edmodo-assisted PBL model is g = 0.7 is the tingi category, while the N-gain of experimental class 1 using the PBL model is g = 0.402 is a medium category, N-gain class control is g = 0.27 is a low category. Therefore, the improvement in experimental class learning outcomes is higher than the increase in control class learning outcomes. This corresponds to the value of sig.( 2- tailed) = 0.000 on ANOVA Sig.(2 - tailed) test = 0.00,< 0.05, then Ho was rejected. <![CDATA[The prevalence of Internet Gaming Disorder (IGD) in various countries is increasing rapidly alongside the advancement of technology, ease of internet access and expansion of internet coverage. People with IGD may show symptoms of decreased cognitive function and adolescents are a vulnerable age group due to the lack of control mechanisms. The subjects of this cross-sectional study were students at junior high schools in the Special Region of Yogyakarta Province. The instruments used in this study were the Indonesian version of the Game Addiction Scale-7 questionnaire (GAS-7 Ina) to identify IGD, as well as the Indonesian version of the Modified Mini Mental State Examination for children and adolescents (MMMSEC-Ina) to assess cognitive function. Analysis was later performed to determine the relationship between IGD and cognitive function. The application of behavioral cognitive therapy to overcome marital conflicts for dual-earners is implemented through a comprehensive assessment and implementation techniques. Termination can be done if communication between spouses is more. We obtained data from 120 students that consist of 60 IGD subjects and 60 non IGD subjects with a mean age of 14 years old. Students with IGD had lower total cognitive function scores (p=0.029) than non- IGD students, especially in the domains of calculation/attention (p=0.000) and recalling (p=0.000). Multivariate analysis showed that subjects with IGD tended to have a cognitive function score of 1.34 point lower than the non- IGD subjects. The presence of IGD is negatively associated with cognitive function. <![CDATA[Regional Original Income is also a factor that has an influence on employment absorption. PAD can be used as a measure to assess regional economic conditions and community welfare. The number of workforce is the highest compared to the provinces on Sumatra Island in 2016-2020, of course North Sumatra Province also requires a larger number of jobs. The research objective was to analyze the relationship between employment and several independent variables, namely GRDP, UMK, PAD, and population. This research was conducted in 30 regencies and cities in North Sumatra Province in the period 2016 - 2020. The results of this study indicate that the best model used is the Fixed Effect Model. The results showed that the GRDP variable had a positive and significant effect on employment absorption. The UMK, PAD, and population variables have no significant effect on employment.]]>
