<![CDATA[KOH examination of skin scrapings can reveal a variety of microbiological features. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the results of the KOH examination of scavengers who have tinea pedis in Medan City. This research is a cross sectional study of 60 scavengers in Medan City selected by purposive sampling. The results of this study indicate that the majority of scavengers who experience tinea pedis in Medan City are in the Medan Denai area (70%). In addition, the majority of scavengers who experience tinea pedis are women who tend to be 48 years old with a low level of education ranging from uneducated to elementary school (48.3%). From the results of KOH examination of 10% of the skin scrapings, it was found that the most hyphae (80%) and the least were a combination of hyphae and spores (8.3%). Therefore, it can be concluded that the most common KOH examination feature found from skin scrapings of tinea pedis patients is fungal hyphae.]]>

<![CDATA[Indonesia is one of the countries in Southeast Asia that is found the most dengue cases in 2009 were 156,052 cases (WHO, 2011). The presence of larvae Aedes aegypti mosquitoes cause dengue fever caused by the existence of the place water reservoirs that play a big role in the density of the Aedes aegypti mosquito vector, because the more adequate water reservoirs, the more places there will be larvae of the mosquito Aedes aegypti for breeding. This study aims to find out How is the knowledge, attitudes and actions of society with the presence of mosquito larvae Aedes aegypti in Tobuuha Village, Puuwatu District, Kendari City in 2016. Kind The research used in this study is descriptive using the method observational. The results of the study found that out of 100 respondents (100%) had good knowledge as many as 76 respondents (76%), lack knowledge as many as 24 respondents (24%), good attitude of respondents 70 respondents (70%), attitude less as many as 30 respondents (30%), less actions as many as 52 respondents (52%), have good action A total of 48 respondents (48%), 93 respondents had flicks and 7 respondents did not have larvae, it was concluded that knowledge was good and there were mosquito larvae as many as 73 respondents (73%), good attitude and flicks of 66 respondents (66%), and good actions and There were 44 respondents (44%).]]>

<![CDATA[Ovarian cancer is a disease in women that can cause death, where almost half of the mortality rate for all cancer patients, one of the causes is ovarian cancer, where ovarian cancer does not have typical clinical symptoms so that ovarian cancer sufferers come for treatment already in an advanced stage. It is estimated that 70-80% of ovarian cancer is only discovered after it has spread widely or has metastasized far so that the results of treatment are not as expected at the Pirngadi General Hospital Medan, the incidence of ovarian cancer is increasing, this study aims to see the relationship between early menarche and menstrual disorders in women. This type of study used a case control design with a sample of 48 people, with consecutive sampling, data were analyzed by Chi-Square with a significance limit of 5%, the results of this study showed that there was a relationship between early menarche and menstrual disorders in women with the incidence of ovarian cancer. where early menarche with a P-value of 0.013 and menstrual disorders with a P-value of 0.001, the conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between early menarche and menstrual disorders in women to the incidence of ovarian cancer, for that it always has to be aware of anyone who is at risk for experiencing ovarian cancer.]]>

<![CDATA[Employee development is a capacity building that is applied to employees with the aim of increasing the ability and class promotion at the Merdeka Sub-District Office. In development there is education and training that must be carried out to achieve optimal work performance. In this study using the method of observation and interviews with 16 respondents were analyzed by qualitative descriptive analysis. This study aims to determine whether the development has been carried out well or not in achieving the work performance of the employees of the Independent District Office of Karo Regency. The results of the research obtained at the Independent District Office of Karo Regency indicate that the development has been carried out well although there are still deficiencies that must be improved in the future.]]>

<![CDATA[Some officers work alone in carrying out work and the level of education is not in accordance with the field of work. This study aims to determine the description of the competence of medical record administration personnel at the Regional General Hospital Dr. Adnaan WD Payakumbuh. This type of research is quantitative research. Data collection in this study with a questionnaire. The sample size was 25 respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study are univariate analysis. The results of the study of 25 respondents stated that the intellectual competence of 4 (16%) respondents in the less competent category and 21 (84%) respondents in the competent category, physical competence of 5 (20%) respondents in the less competent category and 20 (80%) respondents in the competent category, personal competence of 3 (12%) respondents in the less competent category and 22 (88%) respondents in the competent category, social competence of 9 (36%) respondents in the less competent category and 16 (64%) respondents in the competent category, and spiritual competence of 8 (32%) respondents in the less competent category and 17 (68%) respondents in the competent category.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 5 Dumai in the even semester of the 2021/2022 learning year. This research started from January 2022 to March 2022. The subject of this school action research is the teachers of SMP Negeri 5 Dumai, totaling 15 people. The form of this research is School Action Research (PTS). School action research aims to improve teacher competence at SMP Negeri 5 Dumai by implementing teacher working groups so as to improve teaching competence in the learning process. The results of this school action research show that the implementation of teachers' working groups can improve the teaching competence of teachers at SMP Negeri 5 Dumai in 2022. The observation result of teachers' teaching competence before the implementation of teachers' working group is 37.8% with less category. The results of observations of teacher competence through the implementation of teachers' working groups teaching cycle I was 68.9% with a sufficient category and in cycle II reached 80.6% with a good category.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to see and analyze the increase in Student Activity and Learning Outcomes in Mathematics Learning Fraction Multiplication Subjects in Class V SDN 07 Sarilamak. This research was conducted using the Classroom Action Research method which consists of two cycles, where each cycle consists of; planning, action, observation and reflection. It was conducted from August to October 2020. The data was processed in each cycle and then analyzed using percentages. The results obtained from this study are that using a scientific approach problem-based learning model can improve student learning activities and results. This is evident from the increase in learning activities of pre-cycle students is 49, cycle I student learning activity = 57%, and cycle II = 85%. For knowledge learning completeness increased from pre-cycle 67.07 = 42%, cycle I 73.19 = 58%, and cycle II 85.80 = 92%. For skill learning completeness, the pre-class 66.80 = 46%, cycle I 73.84 = 62%, and cycle II 83.30 = 88%. The conclusion obtained from this research is that the use of a scientific approach problem-based learning model can improve the activities and learning outcomes of students.]]>

<![CDATA[Based on initial observations made at the Ibn Sina Islamic Hospital Padang Panjang, non-medical waste was found in the medical waste container. Therefore, solid medical waste management requires further study to find solutions. The purpose of this study was to find out the description of officer behavior towards handling medical waste.This research was conducted using quantitative research methods. The population in the study were all nursing staff at Ibn Sina Islamic Hospital Padang Panjang and the number of samples in this study were 45 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study is Univariate and the data is processed using a computerized program.The results of this study indicate that 45 respondents stated knowledge 12 (26.7%) respondents with low categories and 33 (73.3%) respondents with high categories, attitudes 9 (20.0%) respondents with bad categories and 36 (80.0%) respondents with good categories, and actions 8 (17. It can be concluded that the level of knowledge of nurses on the handling of medical waste at Ibn Sina Islamic Hospital Padang Panjang from 45 respondents there were (73.3%) respondents with high knowledge categories and (26.7%) low knowledge categories. Therefore, it is expected that the hospital to increase socialization about handling medical waste.]]>

<![CDATA[Bank “ABC” provides equal opportunity to all employees to improve performance and career development of employees. Realization card products during the period 2018 to 2021 per cluster in Medan is not achieved consistently, it is certainly not in accordance with the company's expectations. This is certainly not expected the company. Results of previous studies show that the performance of the employees affected by organizational commitment, compensation, motivation, and competence. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of each of these factors on the performance of employees. Type of research is correlational research and sampling techniques based on simple random sampling with a sample size of 60 respondents. Analysis of the data used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the performance of employees of Bank ABC at 63,4% influenced by the four independent variables namely compensation, competencies, motivation and organizational commitment.]]>
